The rooms were very small, there was a huge stain in our carpet, and the housekeeping left us with dirty cups and spoons for tea and didn't supply more tissues (I had a cold). However, the lobby staff were very helpful and nice and the breakfast buffet was large with lots of delicious hot and cold foods.

I try to stay at Hilton properties wherever I travel, and was glad to have selected this hotel for my first trip to London. Its on a quiet side street, and within a short walk of the major sites - Westminster, Parliament, Big Ben, etc. And, there are subway stops within walking distance as well. Nice quiet and clean rooms (nothing fancy but adequate), a great lounge and a restaurant. The concierge was very helpful too. Overall - a great value.

Our room was huge for 4 people. We stayed in a suite. The value of cost to what we received was outstanding. We love Hilton hotels. Our honors membership allowed us to get drinks for the kids all day long- So important! Overall great, clean, friendly stay!

Located in an area with lots of construction going on. Doesn't seem close to anything. Very disappointing hallways leading to undersized rooms. TV in the room is the size of a laptop screen with limited channels. Bathroom is beyond tiny. Ate in the hotel restaurant and worst fish and chips ever. I had hoped as a Diamond member I would be assigned a slightly larger room but hopefully what I did get is the smallest in the hotel. I would hate to think there is something less desirable. The ... The location is pretty good with an easy walk to the Pimlico station and the 24 bus nearby. Breakfast was extensive and didn't get boring during a week long stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. When tea and bottle water were not restocked daily in our room, the front desk quickly ran it up. The bedroom was a good size for London but the bathroom was small with very little counter space. The room was generally clean but a bit worn. The carpet had stains, there were cracks in the bathroom t... Read more

Nice hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice enough and the room and hotel general area was nice, clean and fresh. It is however a bit out of the way if you are traveling by tube. The rooms, nice enough as they were did not have any view whatsoever, apart from a high rise, just opposite the window. I would therefore suggest that this hotel is a little overpriced for what you are getting. My 3 stars for this reflects the price paid for a room, it is still a quality hotel.

If you like to sleep on the bare ground, Theese beds are made for you! (All rume has same beds) Tip, order extra beds they are more soft and comfortable. (Suite 1317) We had 2 horrible night before we could find a sulotion and 2 acceptable night.

Decent hotel in a very good position. Just round the corner from Pimlico tube station. A short walk to Westminster with Abbey, Houses of Parliament & Big Ben. You get warm cookies on arrival which is a great welcome.
