This is very conveniently located, a short walk from Paddington Station; where the Heathrow Express terminates. The facilities are relatively simple, the bedroom was quite small, but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is situated in a street full of old terraced houses, most of which seem to have been converted into hotels. This is a very busy part of the city, with lots of traffic, but I didn't find noise to be a problem. There are loads of eating places in the areas... Read more

I arrived there around midnight, the personnel was nice and friendly. The single room is tiny comparing to other single rooms I stayed in Europe. The breakfast is pretty good, for continental breakfast and the staff is great. Location is awsome, less than 5 minutes from the subway, lots of restaurant to choose from. I would recommend it to my friends. ?

With the proximity to Paddington and a nice collection of restaurants to sample, this is a good place to stay. We loved being able to get on the train easily and walk to where hop on/hop off buses were. We also never felt unsafe walking through the neighborhood at night. However, make sure you are placed in upstairs room if the weather is warm. For a three night stay, we were given a room in the lower/inner section which we thought was absolutely charming once we managed to get our luggage throu... Read more

Very good location with easy access to restaurants and transit. Breakfast was up to the Wyndham standards. Room was tiny, as was the bed, but very serviceable. The is not much in the way of parking if there is any, but London is a transit city, so that shouldn't matter.

Really close to Paddington Station and various restaurants. Other hotels nearby makes it easy for buses to pick up for tours also. Breakfast is ok, rooms and bathrooms tend to be small but most of your time should be spent exploring. Only giving it a 3 star because of small lobby, bar that never opened, and comparable European hotels where I stayed.

I have stayed here a few times now and am never happy, but never disgusted. This is London, so for a 'value brand' it is good. The rooms are boring, the decor is dull, but it is very clean. No signs of any wild life. So that is a massive plus. The air conditioning warms up / cools down eventually, but not for long. The wi-fi just about lets you browse and review on trip advisor, sometimes. Overall it leaves you feeling pretty 'meh'. Nothing about this place actually stands out at all, ... Read more

From desk greeting to desk farewell, I was pleased with every aspect of my stay at Day's Inn. Arriving late in London and unfamiliar with all hotels on the street, I chose DI because I knew the chain originated in my home state, Georgia. This stay surpassed the service I previously experienced in the US. VERY CLEAN! EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! HELPFUL, ENGAGING YOUNG DESK ATTENDANTS! ATTRACTIVE, COMFORTABLE ROOM!???

On arrival we were given a double room. It was tiny and it was a small double bed. We were mother and daughter so wasn't appropriate for us. We asked to change however we're still given a double room but this time it was a standard sized double so decided to stick with it. The 2 gents on reception were polite and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Location wise, very good with the closest tube being Paddington.

Had a good stay all in all and the hotel as I am used to it, is really well located and the room is nice, decent size and well maintained. The breakfast has improved and the staff are really friendly and nice. However, I asked to fix my safety box which was not working since the day i arrived and i spent 1 week but no one fixed it. I recommend this hotel to all travelers and I will stay again but service should be improved.

We contacted management in advance, were guaranteed and paid for a room with one double bed and one twin bed, and management agreed to give us an upper floor room - we had this agreement from Felecia (manager) in writing/email format. We had a redeye flight from US so arrived in late morning. Our room type (double and twin) was "not available" on our arrival day so they offered us a twin/twin on the 1st floor behind the bar. When I produced the emails ... Read more

Friendly assistance with early check in...after a long flight. Had everything we needed to collapse...and then venture out as the tube was just a 5 minute walk away. Beds were a big hard...and I like firm...room was typical compact for a city...but clean, friendly, and great service. Would return!

I really liked the location and the rooms. The hotel is located close to Paddington which means it is easily rechable from and to Heathrow through the heathrow express. It is also close to the hyde park as the name suggests. They also offer breakfast though the variety is low in the breakfast.
