Good location, right near Waterloo station, very close to Imperial war museum. Numerous buses to all parts of London. Clean tidy good food. Lifts own drink making facilities. Welcome desk. Breakfast can be purchased separately depending on what options were chosen on booking

Very good, no complaints at all. Room was spacious and clean, everything we needed was there. Didnt stop in the room long because we were sightseeing and had a concert on the evening, but for the time we were there everything was great. Nice bar on the ground floor to have a drink before going back to room.

We got a twin room which was quickly resolved, great room for the money, comfortable beds, not too noisy and adequate bathroom. Can't complain really and great location!

Tea & coffee provided, You can leave your luggage if you have things to do on the day of check out and it is so close to Waterloo station (5 - 10 minute walk) or you can hop on the Bakerloo line at Lambeth North (2 mins away)

The hotel was conveniently located and well maintained rooms. Also the bar was open and had a wide variety of drinks. The breakfast was very well organized. One minor detail was that I did not have a power socket located at the bedside, so I had to reverse the bed in order to use my CPAP with the power supply on the desk even in a room for disabled persons.

This budget hotel was a convenient location for me. It was my first trip to London and I wanted to visit Westminster Abbey several times. I could walk there easily but there was also a bus just a few blocks away. An underground station was convenient for going further. I was able to easily catch the tube to Waterloo station for the train on departure. While I didn't eat in the neighborhood, there were many restaurants and convenience stores handy. Recently spent three nights at this hotel ‚?? chose it on the basis of favourable reviews as a good quality budget hotel. We arrived at Euston station at midday and to avoid hassle travelled by taxi to the hotel. Very disappointing stay and certainly wouldn't consider booking that hotel again. Bedrooms very small with very little wardrobe space for hanging clothes. Staff seemed ok but didn't seem to be concerned if you were there or not and didn't really have the friendly touch. Days (Inn), an American chain hotel, was reliably clean and efficient. But it's a lousy neighborhood--dirty, and run-down, although the police station is nearby. There are convenience stores and cash machines nearby. The Lambeth North tube stop is a block away, and there's a couple of bus lines. It's an easy walk to the London Eye and the South Bank, but I don't know if I'd do it at night. There is street noise, but not noise from hotel neighbors. Hotel is in a reasonable location. Room price we paid, for London, was fairly competitive. Our room, number 001 was too dark and airless though, as the window was too small and couldn't be opened properly. Staff were quite friendly and in general the facilities were adequate. It was a completely fine hotel for sleeping. Our family room included 4 single beds (lined up across from each other, dorm style) but that's kind of better than sharing a small bed! But, for London, the price was right. The staff were a bit lacking in customer service, though not to any extreme.
