Fine hotel due its location, and good sized rooms for central London. Hotel has great bar and good room service, although my room had no mini bar even though that was stated as on of the facilities available. The only drawback is its not cool or fresh like the new hotels in Soho such as Ham Yard. But this is reflected in the price.

Stayed here while on a weekend trip to London. Rooms were ideal, roomy and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful at reception and bar staff were pleasant. Ideal location for all of the things we had planned to do. Underground close by and plenty of cafes and bars within easy reach, shopping also easily accessible. A very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

When we arrived, we were extremely happy that we had been upgraded. The location of this hotel is fantastic but that's about it! The room itself was large, however the carpet looked old and dirty, which I did not expect. However, Free tea and coffee was a lovely touch. We paid £40 extra to check out at 4pm. However no one had told the staff. From 1-4 pm we had constant interruptions, with all the staff saying that they did not realise we were still there as we should have checked out at 1... Read more

A gorgeous hotel with what might be the best customer service in all of London. We were treated extremely well, the room was beautiful, and it's a great location too. Just be careful to not confuse this location with the other property. Highly recommended!

Lovely and quiet considering the central location with a good menu that matches the big chains or have a drink and nibbles in one of the old cells. Service is very friendly but very slow. Great pre Palladium location for food and drinks

The reception staff were very helpful allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. The room was very clean , comfortable and very well appointed. We had a champagne tea in the afternoon which both myself and my friend thoroughly enjoyed. On the downside the shower was hard to use and the breakfast tea and coffee was disappointing, the latter was quicky rectified on request. This short holiday was purchased as a birthday present and it did not disappoint.

When we arrived the staff were pleasant and curteous the rooms were clean and presentable. The carpet was stained and the furniture was old and tired I would say it is in need of renovating . The bed was so big I got lost In it ,but it was comfortable and I had an excellent nights sleep I would probably give it a 3/4 *

First time at the Courthouse Hotel and selected due to the excellent location, the curiosity of the court room and jail history and of course the great deal offered in the Telegraph at £180 a night B+B for what we thought was a 5 star hotel. The location is excellent for both the theatres and the shopping BUT the hotel facilities are poor and 3 star at best. The biggest let down was the breakfast served in a cold, soul less, windowless room, furnished like a church hall using old tired banquet... Read more
