Very conveniently situated, you cannot get much more central. Easy to walk out to many of the main London attractions. The rooms are nicely appointed and have everything you need. This is a good business hotel. Service at breakfast a bit slow but food ok.

Just in town for three days, we wanted to be centrally located to take in some of the sights within walking distance. Nice, older hotel with ambiance. Everything within walking distance: shows, landmarks, museums, etc. The independent restaurant -- Boyd's -- was great for dinner and drinks without having to go out. Rooms are on the small side, consistent with the age of the property. Everything was there and worked properly, no complaints. Seemed clean and well run. We'll probably be back... Read more

Me and my wife had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is superbly located in the London city centre with restaurants, bars, theatre...literally around the corner. The rooms are a fairly decent size and very well presented. I would particularly like to mention Susana, who has been extremely helpful and who gave us really useful tips during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the Club Quarters in Northumberland Avenue for a long weekend in March, very good hotel with clean and well equipped rooms. Quiet night sleep in spite of central location; and its that central location that really makes this a great place to stay. Seconds from Trafalger Square and from the Thames and the south bank. Only negative point was a pretty indifferent staff and the main restaurant closed on a Sunday night. That notwithstanding we will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in room 502 facing the back, we didn't mind this because we had it for a good price. The room was spacious, plenty of uk 3pin sockets, one by the bed with usb chargers and one iPod stand to fit the iPhone 6 style connector. Other little refinements that make you pleasantly surprised.

On the negative side: room totaly insufficient, without frigo bar, service very late (at 1,30 p.m. the room was not yet made up). On the positive side: at the check in we met Annamaria and she was very efficient and polite. At the check out Luigi was there and he did a very good job for us. Many thanks to both of them!!

Although this hotel is in a great location it has dingy dark rooms in need of refurbishment. I think better value can be found elsewhere from a Hilton or Marriott hotel with more amenities. I feel it is overpriced. The staff however are very helpful.

There was nothing they wouldn't do to make our stay perfect! First room 316 was at the back, we weren't bothered about the view( a wall and some flues) we weren't going to be in the room long. Very clean, great meet and greet in reception and confy beds. Only problem was our room was stifling with heat and when we had the air con on it was so noisy! I called reception at 1 in the morning and they sent a man up who explained there was nothing he could do but brought us water from the water units.... Read more

The staff are just that, and the hotel is right in the centre which is handy because I'd rather walk than get the tube. I was staying with my Mum and we have eaten in Bianco 43 quite a few times in the past year and every time the food has been spot on but the service has been slow. The only negative is the slightly corporate feel but what can you expect from a big businessperson hotel.

The Grand at Trafalgar square was probably one of the best locations to stay. It's beside the Trafalgar square, which has great dining nearby. The National Art Museum is a 5 minute walk. You can see Big Ben as you exit the hotel and look right. Big Ben, parliament and Westminister is a 15 minute walk. The rooms are tight but it as a microwave and a bar fridge.

We booked an overnight stay at this hotel in central London. We were given a warm welcome, excellent service from courteous and efficient reception staff and a room that fitted the bill which was very reasonable. And Wifi was included in the price and was fatter and faster than I have ever had in a London hotel.

Arrived yesterday after a long flight. With my daughter, here for a week. Brilliant location, but the rest unacceptable. Dated room needing a thorough clean. A loud vibrating noise in our room coming from outside our window is intolerable and makes sleep impossible. Bad smell in the bathroom/toilet. Management indifferent to our complaints.

I came for 4 days vacation with my wife + 2 days business. The room we first received was for disabled. Not very convenient and quite ugly. We asked for another room and received it after one night. Room was quite specious, simple and not very nicely designed, bathroom was really ugly, small and belongs to significantly cheaper hotel. What was really nice was the service and the great location in Trafalgar Square. Transportation is also excellent.

I like the Club Quarters concept. My company is a 'member' and previously we had an exec apartment booked permanently. I booked a different room at our corporate rate; it's misleading, since prices are given ex-VAT. It's average price for the location. Rooms are nice, beds comfy and everything clean. The gym was closed this week, which I wish they had notified me of on booking.

Club Quarters in Trafalgar Square greets you grandly. In the shadows of Nelson's Colum and in the middle of EVERYTHING you want to do in London it is the ideal place to stay. The staff (big up to Matthew) were oh so helpful with information, luggage storage at no charge and even some complimentary goodies. Great location and hotel. The wifi was blazing fast and simply worked right the first time. There were nice touches/amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. Great location - sites, restaurants, shopping and tube only steps away. Comfortable and clean accommodations - non-street-facing rooms are quiet. Free WIFI and access to salon if guests want to get some work done outside of the confines of their rooms. Helpful and efficient concierge and front-desk staff. For some reason, housekeeping missed my room and calls plus a visit to the front desk to get the room refreshed didn't yield the desired result. However, a minor glitch in an otherwise pleasant... The pros: moderate cost, great location, elegant facade and front lobby. Cons: No doorman, no one to help with bags up front stairs or to room. No offer to help. Initially was given room in basement of hotel (below the lobby level), damp, dewy, with a window (sic) that opened to concrete so no ventilation. To their credit, they relocated us. Interior design looks as if done by Motel 6. Appears they tried to do a modern "W" look and completely failed. Rooms were out of touch with decor i... Read more

This is a nice, affordable hotel in a great location. Excellent location in Central London - I was with my 2 year old so was very easy to walk everywhere. Rooms were large (for London standards) and was very well thought out and planned (i.e. - room under the beds for luggage). Mini kitchen was a big bonus as well and bottled water was provided along with ice which was a nice touch. Large and very comfortable bed and clean room. My latest stay is the third time I've booked at the hotel. I've been given smaller and smaller rooms, but they all look pretty much the same. Old-ish, dated, but charming. There is a water station on every floor, which is very convenient. Good to have laundry facilities too, but it may be a good idea for the hotel to increase the number of washing/drying machines. Good location as it's near the tube and also near lots of touristy places.
