Really nice hotel, excellent service delivered by front desk and restaurant staff. The room was lovely and appropriate for my requirements - with the added touch of The White Company products. It's only a 10-minute walk from Paddington station, 5-minute walk to local shops and restaurants and a very short taxi ride to Oxford Street. I would definitely choose to stay here again...even for a leisure.

I'm quite disappointed with this hotel. I was expecting more from a 4 stars. Rooms are the smallest I've ever seen and noises comes from everywhere. Bathroom too small too. Breakfast is poor, not hot food like scrumbled eggs. Juices are bottled nit natural. There was a problem with the rooms keys that wasn't solved till my last day. Won't be coming back.

Stayed here for 3 days in March 2016. Small rooms, but centrally located to most conveniences. Courteous staff, clean and maintained well. wi-fi was good. Recommended for short duration business stay.

Stayed here for one night, it was walking distance to Paddington station and a street away from Kensington Park (so even managed a evening jog). The hotel was very nice, breakfast options were ok, although they asked a number of times if I wanted tea or coffee I was never asked if I wanted a cooked breakfast, this was after a slight mix up about whether breakfast was included in my stay. The staff were very nice, didn't eat in the restaurant as went to a local restaurant a couple of streets away... Read more

Just got back from a long weekend in London and stayed at Caesar for 4 nights. Best part of the hotel is the location: it was within 3 block walks from 2 tube stations and we were able to use the tube to connect to everywhere, including both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. The room was small as reviewed by others, but was bright and clean. We were on the top (4th) floor and away from the lift so we were not disturbed by it. Nor did I hear any noise from other guests. The room was quiet and ... Read more

My wife and I stayed here with another couple for three days. It was a great location with wonderful service. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very accommodating. The only slight is the small rooms and bathrooms. The shower design got the floor very wet and the beds needed to be "zipped" together to make a king out of the twins. Would definitely stay here again and the price was very reasonable.

This was a perfect place for us and our 3 days in London. Only 15 minute walk from Paddington Station in from Heathrow, and only 15 minutes to the Queensway tube stop, which is on the central line. Made for easy travel throughout the city. Nice, but small room, well appointed. Good breakfast each morning. We would return.

My wife and I stayed at the Caesar Hotel for four days while visiting the sites in London. The place was generally very comfortable, although the rooms were a little small by US standards, making it somewhat cumbersome to easily handle two suitcases at the same time. The restaurant food was good, although slightly more pricey that one could get at restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, etc., about two blocks away, but not immediately adjacent to... Read more

The hotel is modern, clean and well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in was very small but the bed was very big and very comfortable. The small issues that I had were the services. The toiletries were not re-stocked (including toilet roll) and neither was the coffee and tea. Housekeeping also called at 8 and 9 in the morning. I personally wouldn‚??t consider The Caesar a four-star hotel but this not prevent me from staying again - if the price was right!

A fancy good located hotel in a nice Area closed to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Most of the staff are Spanish and spoke several languages. Nice breakfast served in the morning. The bathroom was not too big. You can open the window at your room.

I stay in London a lot for business and sometimes rooms can be small. However, the single rooms is this hotel are too small. You can't open your case apart from on the bed, you feel cramped and it's generally unpleasant because of of the size. The pillows are really bad - I didn't get much sleep. It's like trying to sleep on a bouncy castle. Plus there are no spares in the room. The TV was retro - small 4:3 and with a poor picture. Staff were quite friendly and helpful, the decor is nice thr... Read more

We stayed for 1 night on a recent visit to London to see Funny Girl at the theatre. I can not fault anything that we experienced with our stay. We had an executive room on the ground floor. It was a spacious room with a large queen bed. The bathroom had a large walk in shower and the overall cleanliness was faultless. We had a peaceful nights sleep with air conditioning for extra comfort. The reception staff were helpful and smiley. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. We did ... Read more

Room was modern and well decorated and although quite small, was perfectly adequate. The bathroom was great and the cosmetics supplied were top notch. The hotel is centrally situated and is within easy walking distance of bus, train and tube transport links. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Would certainly stay there again on some future occasion.

We found that this hotel is pleasantly and conveniently situated. Handy yet quiet. The standout feature for us was how pleasant the staff are. Genuinely friendly. Our room was fine - we had a free upgrade to executive, so we really can't fault the service.

Very much enjoyed my stay here for 5 nights. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean, tidy and well presented. We reported a problem and it was promptly fixed. However it was difficult for 2 people to move around with 2 suitcases but we were able to just put them under the bed when we were not needing them. Overall a wonderfull experience.

So we stayed here for one night and I don't think I could have managed two.... The hotel is in a good location and first impressions as you enter reception are positive. There is a small bar where my husband could buy a pint of Peroni for £5.50 so he was happy! We were in a room on the 3rd floor and although I have stayed in some small spaces this was tiny - claustrophobically so! You could hardly move round the bed and there was no space to put anything - I have no idea why they put a bath i... Read more

The entrance is as one would expect very clean, spacious and bright. The rooms are accessed through 'funky' corridors which made me feel claustrophobic, however it's just a corridor. Room disappointing, there must be a reason why laminate flooring is used but it creates an uncomfortable and echoey environment, wish I'd brought slippers, not very cozy. When working away from home it's nice to feel like you're in a homely environment, this is not what I had from The Caesar Hotel. The bathroom... Read more

Really good location, 3 mins from Hyde Park and 5 mins from 2 tube stations Check-in was fast and professional. No early check in but fair enough Room was small (but this is London) but modern and clean Plush towels and good pressure in the shower (rare in London!) Breakfast was very good, cold Spanish buffet (tortillas, pan con tomate..) and some hot dishes to order as well Overall a very solid experience for a very reasonable price. Great choice for London

Staff really friendly - hotel foyer interesting with mosaics and joss sticks... Very calming. We had a double - small double - including the bed... Room 516 .. Air con is an old type unit which blows to head when sleeping - I had to switch off as thought I'd end up with neuralgia ... Shower decent but because no door - water leaked out onto the floor.., shame as beautifully finished ... Window looks out onto a tiny square of hotel ... I thought something was up with the room numbering as 517 ... Read more

As a group of three we were coming to London to see Stevie Wonder at Hyde Park and this hotel was a great deal for an overnight stay. For the price I wasn't expecting much but I was mistaken. This was a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. 10 mins walk to Hyde Park and so pretty and quiet. The receptionist (Rita) was really welcoming and was incredibly helpful. I picked this hotel based on our location needs and the price. I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment we pulled up we loved the charm of street and the hotel building. We stepped inside and were greeted by exceptionally friendly staff members. It was my birthday and my sister's was the next day. The staff took extra steps to make sure we both enjoyed our special days. We didn't have time to eat at the restaurant or just enjoy drinks at the bar but it looked like a great choice if we n... Really nice hotel in a nice area. Was very clean with a good size room for London, with a lounge area. The only thing that didn't work was the key card for the door which would have been abit frustrating if I was staying for a few days, but wasn't a problem for the one night. Recommended.

Overall, excellent location for a somewhat pricey stay in a tiny space. First, it was difficult locating the hotel after walking from Paddington station. The reason being that there is no eye level signage to catch your attention. Even when I was in Queen's Gardens (the road in front of the hotel), I couldn't find the hotel. Reason could probably be that there are a number of hotels in the area with each occupying a few units of the same building along the row and none is allowed to publicize ... Read more

Really chose this place for the location, which turned out to be very convenient. Booked a single room, which hadn't really occurred to me would mean a single bed (mostly because I'd never come across that before in a hotel). Room was pretty basic, but very clean and neat. Unsure how I feel about the hotel for value - seemed pricey for a single bed room, but then maybe thats normal for London.

This hotel is set in a magnificent Bayswater street, It is a short walk from Paddington Station (less than 10 mins) so it is extremely convenient for access to the Heathrow Express. In the other direction, it is also a short walk to either Bayswater or Queensway tube stops. Very convenient. The rooms are comfortable although ours was on the smallish side. The wi-fi was good and the staff were very helpful.

I booked the hotel on Hotwire, which I have always had good experience with. This was no different. The hotel was clean and fairly up to date. The rooms were quite small, which is what I expected for London. I think my room was a double. It would be very tight with 2 adults with full size suitcases. It was good for one with a small suitcase. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room had air conditioning. It was well located as it was close to 4 tube stops. I would stay there again.

I thought I had booked a deluxe room however it was a standard which was tiny but functional. Very hot when we went but due to quiet location we were able to have the window open and not be disturbed, the AC unit was very effective too. There was a £50 deposit required on check in which we were not aware of (wasn't disclosed on booking.com or on the hotel site or information) this nearly ruined our trip as we were up for a hospital stay and so had limited funds.
