I stayed here mid-week and paid a very reasonable amount for London. My single room was small but clean and had everything I needed. I found the staff polite and helpful and check-in smooth. The location is brilliant, only a short walk to Gloucester Road tube station which is also surrounded by places to eat and drink. I have stayed here twice in the last 6 years and would do so again for the price I paid.

Wi-Fi costed 1 Pound for 1 houres 5 Pounds for 24. I cosedt 5 Pounds eatch time to have our bags stored when we come early and left late. The room was ok but no minibar. Good aircondision. Nice naberhoods. Easy to travel to with underground from Heathrow. Waiting time to get at table at breakfast two of three mornings.

We stayed here because it was arranged through a travel company. This is definitely a low cost option and I would certainly not recommend it. The rooms were very small. The wifi is free but requires a new password each day. The breakfast that came with the room was only a continental breakfast that was OK but the eating area is relatively small, cramped and loud. The hotel is located right off the main street of Cromwell and is about equi-distant between the Glouster Rd and Earl's Court und... Read more

We stayed here for 7 nights. It is a very decent and clean place. The staff were nice and spoke a wide variety of languages. The rooms were okay but very small and very varied in size. Within our group we had 4 groups of 2 and one group of 3. Some of the 'double' rooms were considerably larger than others and some were VERY cramped (even by European standards). There were individual bathrooms though - which was nice (a variety there too--some were only showers which is fine but knowing tha... Read more

Walked into a clean modern lobby a couple of hours before our room was ready. Was told it would cost 10 £ to store out two bags. This was changed to £5 by another staff. Never ever before have i had to pay for a hotel to hold on to luggage. Very bad service! Very small roon. Toilet didnt flush properly. Flat hard pillows although they did change them. Had to pay for wifi. Clean and close to underground

We were in London for a little less than 2 days, this hotel was perfect for that. The location is really nice and convenient to Tube stops. The hotel rooms themselves are very small, normal by European standards, but they get the job done. Early check-in was not available when we arrived. We got in about 9am and check in is probably 2-3pm, I don't remember. They charge a couple of pounds to hold your luggage, so we were still able to explore London. Continental breakfast was pretty good too!... Read more

Plus: - The hotel is situated at around 400 m from Gloucester Road Underground Station and around 150 m from 74 Bus Stop. - Not far (walking distance from the Museums and Albert Hall). - Variety of restaurants in the area and also supermarkets. - The personal is in general kind and helpful. - Coffee maker in the room. - The shower (enough space to move yourself in the cabin). - Clean. Minus: - The room was incredible small for the price paid (130 EUR per night). It was no space to move around... Read more

I must have spent 100 nights at this hotel in the past year. Things people need to be aware of, if you haven't got an umbrella (it frequently rains in London) then the hotel will see you one for £15, yes that's correct an eye watering (no pun intended) £15. Check out in the morning but want to leave your luggage until your journey home, that will be an extra £5. Need wifi, you've guessed it, there's a charge. The hotel is very well-located in central London, near two Underground stations (Gloucester Road and Earl's Court). The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. The personnel was helpful, polite and very careful. I stayed for 3 nights for my studies and I felt very comfortable! The price-quality ratio is very good! Surely I would recommend it for a short stay for someone, who doesn't want to spend a lot of money and visit London. The only disadvantage is that there is not good quali... Read more

This hotel is not the type of hotel you want to stay in on a special trip. The room size we were given for $145 was only a foot smaller than the room. No drawer space except open shelving. A desk that can't be used because you can't pull the chair out. You have to pay extra for WiFi ($6.75.day) and the continental breakfast (didn't ask cost). The desk clerks would rather prove she is right than satisfy the customer. I should have checked the hotel in more detail, but since we used a travel agen... Read more

The accommodation was very disappointing. It was nothing like the pictures on their website. We were in room 605. The room needs updating. Carpet was old and dirty so was the furniture in the room. The only nice thing about this hotel is the outside appearance, reception and foyer. Too bad we can't use that space as a bedroom!

Spent 3 wks exploring London in April. Basic hotel but great location between Earls Court and Gloucester station. We were able to take the Piccadilly line directly from Heathrow. Lovely area. Lots of local restaurants to choose from, with groceries and laundromat close by. Didn't like that they charge for wifi. Rooms are small but they kept it clean. Lots of hot water. Same breakfast offered everyday but we were able to make it work for us

This is a hotel in a great spot. It's close to Earls Court train station, and a block or two away from Gloucester Road tube station. Hyde park, the V&A, Royal Albert Hall, etc, are all within walking distance. As a bonus, the Stanhope Arms pub is five minutes away. Fantastic. But, it's really time to stop charging for wifi. Booked a double room for one night for £100. Even the most unscrupulous of estate agents would think twice about calling it a double... Barely enough room for a bed, certainly not enough room for the wardrobe, which blocked the window...
