After Paris and London, we wanted the feeling of countryside, along with history. This hotel is right on the grounds of Syon House, which is packed with history! It was closed on Mon. And Tuesday, so we did not tour, but the grounds were teeming with bird life and there is even a private fishing pond! The section of the hotel we stayed in was connected by a Glass Conservatory. It featured lovely fountain views and bird songs were piped in....voice activated! It made us smile and....breathe... Read more

We stayed there for 4 days at a wedding that was taking place at the same place, It was a very pleasant time, very helpful staff and great service too! They made a few intitial mistakes with the bookings but there was rather a lot of us staying for the wedding, and the staff kept a cool head and sorted it all out very efficiently. As for surroundings - well you get the quaint windsor village feel which is very pleasant along with being near the city by train its a great place to stay. A bit expe... Read more

Staff were very courteous without exception but felt a little unorganised as some reservations we made weren't booked. Breakfast options were amazing, so was the pool and facilities. Was looking forward to a deluxe shower but was just a shower head over the bath. We only had dinner once which was in-room, was nice but I felt that the price didn't match up to the standard. We were close to the airport but couldn't hear any aeroplanes during the night.

You may also access Syon House garden area via private gate even though the area was not open to the public. And if the Syon House would be open to the public, you can upgrade your access by paying upgrade fee at the Syon House shop. Dog friendly hotel but not allowed in any restaurant bar area including outside sitting area adjucant to the main restaurant which was a bit disappointing. But the terrace bar area next to hotel lobby area is welcoming our 4 paws!

Following a wonderful day on Sunday 29th May watching England V Wales at Twickenham, we had to stay overnight due to our car being locked in a car park overnight (our fault!). We chose Syon Park as we have stayed numerous times before and the service is always over and above what you would normally expect. The young man on the reception desk was so welcoming and understanding after our calamity he just couldn't do enough to help. All we know he was from Scotland but his name escapes us. Throug... So I visited this previously as a Waldorf but I prefer the Hilton style much more relaxed. Amazing staff all very helpful and pleasant without being pushy. I was upgraded to a King Exec room which was gorgeous witha lovely view over the back, the room itself was spotless the balcony needs a good clean though. Amazing sized bath with a TV perfect at the end of a long work day, mini bar auto charges but had space for a things of my own no complaints from me there. I had free wifi and found it ... Read more

We stayed here for our anniversary from 4 June to 6 June. This is the hotel where we got married and wanted to reminisce here. The hotel is amazing, very state of the art and the grounds to walk around are amazing. The rooms are great and extremely spacious. However, the service let's them down big time. The staff are polite, but it takes a long time getting anything done. Checking in took us a lot longer then necessary and the front desk didn't have all the relevant details to check us in which... Check in was easy (with friendly service) and our room was spacious with two very comfy beds. We had a private terrace boasting lovely views of the conservatory in Syon Park. We stayed here for 1 night as part of a Virgin Spa experience day. The hotel was a bit tricky to find and there wasn't great sign posting for it. Its a nice and modern looking hotel, the rooms were clean and good size with good facilities. We stayed on the ground floor which usually I'd try and avoid, but in this case there was a little patio we could use. What a location! I only wish we could stay a second night and walk around the park and adjacent country house. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony, reception staff efficient and friendly. I found the bar staff a little severe, and the buffet breakfast is distinctly average when you consider the quality of everything else about this hotel. Nevertheless we had a lovely stay and hope to return. Top marks!

All fur coat and no knickers. As a Waldorf Astoria this hotel would have been very nice, but since it's rebrand to Hilton I would suggest the usual haphazard approach to customer service and hotel maintenance has taken hold resulting in a very uneven hotel stay and one which I would not wish to replicate. Staff were hit and miss; as were the rooms meaning we moved from 228 to 202. No HHonors benefits were recognised. MVP restaurant service was slow. Breakfast staff were incompetent and food qu... Not sure why I haven't stumbled across this before, nicely tucked away in Syon Park near Heathrow (you pay for the proximity with flight path noise). The bedrooms were excellent, particularly the bathroom which was stunning - big rolltop bath with TV and monsoon shower. The only slight downside for me is that the place feels a little dark, possibly just the design. Would use it again for a business meeting.

Went for dinner in the lovely surroundings of the Marco Pierre White restaurant. The staff were very helpful and attentive could not fault the food or the service.Desserts were amazing. Best Eton Mess ever.Only one criticism and it happens in most restaurants now that they serve you bottle water and then charge before asking. But will definitely return to this haven of tranquillity in West London!!

For a Hilton I felt that this was very average and maybe even disappointing. Breakfast items were cold. There was no drinking water in our rooms on the first night. There is an annoying flow from the light switches for the bathroom which meant I had to keep the bathroom lights on and block the door with towels so I could sleep in the dark. Odd smells in the shower cubicle and the rain shower was awful. Sheets and beds very clean and comfortable.

It didn't turn out to be relaxing. -Was not told that loud music will be played throughout the night -construction work was being carried out throughout the whole time of our 1 hour treatments -room was not ready on our arrival and was not clean. Overpriced for the quality of service received.

Stayed before a flight from Heathrow. Beautiful gardens free to hotel guests and received a suite upgrade as a diamond member. No lounge anymore but still worth a visit. There's a new bar on top of the conservatory which has a great atmosphere for a summer drink or two. Don't forget to walk down to the Thames and there are a few good pubs to choose from. I've stayed at a number of Hilton Hotels on business recently and been rather disappointed. This however is the real deal. A beautiful new hotel offers big rooms (with a balcony).
