It's a really nice hotel. The rooms are really nice and the service was great. The room I stayed in has one of the best bathrooms I've ever saw. The rooms are technologically updated and you will find everything that you need. Didn't try breakfast but their in room dinning was quite good. The location is perfect because it has a tube station right across the street.

I visited the Conrad for 3 nights while on vacation in Europe. Everything was five-star quality, from the staff, to check-in, to my accommodations, to the concierge lounge for honors members, to check out. The property itself is in a convenient location for a tourist- walking distance to many of the major checklist items, but also a few blocks off the major roadways so it makes for a quiet, yet very accessible stay. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to London.

My wife and I visited this hotel for an overnight stay for her birthday. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting local sights and is literally across the street from St James Park underground. The hotel itself is stunning inside, and the service we received was excellent. Room was well appointed with a large bathroom. We didn't eat dinner or lunch in the hotel but did use the Blue Boar Bar, which served great cocktails. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very good. As it was my ... Read more

I had a one night stay at the Conrad. I liked the property and especially the room. Since I had a fair amount of work to do in the room, I appreciated the rather large desk. There were 4 bottles of water and a Nespresso machine provided. Breakfast was good - nothing to complain. The gym was quite small and gave a bit of a 'cave feeling'. Good location - I found a very nice little Japanese restaurant nearby.

We were on a vacation trip during Jan 15 - 19th and stayed at the Conrad. Truly was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. So clean and rooms were great! TV in a glass wall was perfect. Loved all the little extra touches in the bathroom from slippers to dental kits, combs and shoe polishers. We used the executive lounge and the service provided by Marius was topnotch. We were checked in by Sophia and she was fabulous and so helpful. Even walked us to our room!. Every time she saw us in the... Read more

I stayed here with my wife. The room is £350+ for which we got a double bed with about 2ft of room around it. The room was just too small. The fridge buzzed really loudly so we had to get the maintenance team to switch it off so we could sleep. We then had a call at 7:30 to say our car was ready for us, but we hadn't asked for it and can only assume they mixed up rooms. Sleep quality therefore bad. We had breakfast in bed (again expensive but it was good) and the table for it could barely... Read more

I spent one night in this hotel and the whole experience was great.I would like to especially give a thank you to Anita at the restaurant who gave an exceptional service during our dinner. All staff were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel, even for a short break in central London !

We are not generally fans of chain hotels (regardless of how nice); we prefer more unique and interesting places. That said, however, we were surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay at the Conrad. From check-in to dining reservations to show tickets to help getting to the airport, the hotel's service simply could not be beat. The concierge and check-in clerk were so helpful and engaging that we felt we had new friends (although I understand that this is their job, it was very well done). W... Read more
