Stayed for 4 nights for a conference held at the ACC Liverpool. Loved the location, it was less than 5 minutes walk, it would be great for the Echo arena too. Close enough to the shops as well. The suites were giant with everything you need, well equipped kitchens, powerful shower and a nice big bed. Breakfast was great plenty of options, reception were nice. Lifts were sometimes annoying slow. There wasn't anything on at the Echo for the nights I stayed so I don't know how loud that would be i... Read more

We will certainly stay here on any future visits. The apartments are large and it is great to have a second room, cooking facilities, kettle, complimentary coffee and tea sachets and large bathroom, with breakfast included for just slightly more than a standard room in a hotel. Location is great for the wheel, pier head, Liverpool one shops and the maritime museum and an easy walk into town.

We had an overnight stay at this hotel on the docks in Liverpool. The hotel is located directly opposite the Echo Arena and is a 5-10 minute walk to Liverpool 1. We were given a lovely hotel on the first floor at the front of the hotel over looking Keel Wharf - what a great view. The room was large with a small, yet practical kitchen area with a breakfast bar. The suite contained a comfortable king-sized bed with a flat screen television and a recliner sofa! The suites are right by the waterfront and the Echo Arena. The suites are warm and comfortable. I slept really well because I felt so secure in the suite. We only stayed for one night so didn't use the cooking facilities, but the kitchen was well equipped. The onsite shop is certainly not cheap, but has microwave meals, snacks, drinks and toiletries you might have forgotten to pack. When we asked to receptionist Mr. Steven , he was so rude and shouted and gave us a terrible disable room. Phone was not working in the room. When we asked to talk with manager, We were threatened by him as he is from local area and he said no manager available. we felt like we were in a HALE. My friends and I stayed at the Staybridge Liverpool because we had entered the rock and roll 1/2 marathon. You can't get a better location. We rolled out of bed onto the start line. The room was lovely and the breakfast was great. We did have a problem with our booking but it was all sorted out to more than my satisfaction. This is the first time in all our travels, we have opted for this type of accommodation. Well weloved it. Combined kitchen/lounge room. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Sink, kettle, microwave, hot plates, toaster, tea, coffee, crockery, utensils, pots and pans. Everything we needed. The bedroom was normal, very comfortable. Bathroom a good size. It also had parking on site. In a great location in the Docklands of Liverpool. Also very clean. Also air conditioning.

Servers cleaning up dirty plates then handling food. Room was quiet and clean with good facilities we would not use in an overnighter. Car park arrangements were unclear. The hotel is located next to the Albert Docks and ideal for a very quick stroll to the bars/restaurants. The actual Suites are very well appointed and you have underground parking for guests. Mid week you have a welcome hour offering free drinks and food such as cheese boards and snacks. Overall the staff were really good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Suites.

My partner and I found we had a (rare) day off together so decided we'd take a bit of a last minute trip out to Liverpool. We booked our stay using the IHG app. We left straight after work on the Sunday and headed to the Staybridge Suites. Unfortunately the onsite carpark was full but we were directed to another carpark very close by. Check in was pretty quick and efficient, although slightly impersonal, the job was still done. The suites overall are fine for a short stay and have the essentials but are quite small. It was all clean and tidy and the communal areas were well kept and served a very good breakfast choice. Staff were nice. The one thing I didn't like about our suite was that it faced a multi story car park so I had to close the blinds all the time as people could literally park and see you in your bed as it was that close.
