Selected the hotel based on location and price and it won on both counts. Located only a few minutes walk away from Albert Dock and a short 10 minute walk from the city centre. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and our room was clean and well located on the forth floor over looking the docks. The hotel upgraded us from our booking without us asking which was a real plus. Breakfast was typical chain fare but with a good selection. This is a very modern hotel, with bright decor with a mi... Good value hotel, great location, nothing to complain about. Easy to park car, allowed to check in 2 hours early. Good nights sleep, room was quiet. Average complimentary breakfast but fine for the price of room. Would stay here again.

Good sized rooms. Comfortable large bed Clean modern shower room and toilet. Very quiet in the rooms, no noise from the neighbouring bedrooms. Everything was spotless . The corridors have thick quality carpets, it always has the scent of new carpets in the corridors. This is a well maintained hotel, everything always looks clean and new. We have been using this hotel over the past 4 years on our visits to Liverpool,it always looks good. Ask for a dock view. 7 minute walk to the main shopping ar... Read more

We stayed on a Saturday night and fiound the hotel very modern but not in the best location. The room was a decent size and comfotable. The staff were excellent but did find breakfast a little crowded but we were warned of this on arrival. Overall the hotel was value for money

I stayed here with a few friends for the weekend, I couldn't fault the hotel. Comfy bed, clean room, nice breakfast, helpful staff. It's within walking distance of Albert Dock and the town centre. I will stay here again and will recommend to others.

Great location a few minutes from Albert Dock, the shops and the legendary Bold St. Cozy clean comfortable room. Safe parking, although I feel this should have been free. Service was good, breakfast great. Nice tasteful Beatles memorabilia. Hard to fault... Fidelscastrol.

This hotel is in a really good location for the Echo Arena, which is where we were going, quite basic, but pleasant enough! However, when we got back from the concert the hotel was in total darkness as there had been a power cut which still hadn't been sorted out when we left the next morning at 10 am - so obviously no breakfast (the ladies in the restaurant were doing their best with toast and pastries) and no shower! Although I must admit there was no hesitation in saying we would have a full... Read more

Unfortunately the hotel had a full power cut on the Saturday the 26th.. we had no power, heating etc.. there was also no emergency power/lights in the corridors. We were due to spend Sunday roaming Liverpool, but with no shower and being cold.. went home. Hotel are refunding our money in total which I think is the very least they should do! There response to go that extra and compensate us for a ruined weekend fell on deaf ears.. there response that it was not there fault the power! Poor manage... Read more

Stayed for 3 nights with 2 teenagers and one 10 year old and myself. This had been stated on the booking form and I requested an extra bed if possible. What we got were two doubles, one large and one small. Would have been great to get double and 2 singles... would have given everyone extra room. Don't like the sliding door to the bathroom which covers the wardrobe too.. necessary in such a small space but not ideal. Card needed to enter lift, gym etc... grand for doors but lifts were a bit hit... Read more
