This hotel is in an excellent position for the city centre, only minutes walk from Liverpool One. The rooms were spotless & spacious, reception staff were very helpful & friendly & I would recommend paying for the buffet breakfast which had a great variety - especially the delicious bacon!

Friend had stayed before and said it was handy for both Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Room and bathroom were clean and there was a kettle and teabags etc. Staff in the bar/restaurant and at check-in were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed Happy Hour in the bar and shared potato skins which were really good. Paid extra for breakfast which was plentiful although some items like the bacon were a bit tired and dry. Only complaint - my room faced across the street and only had a net curtain so I felt... Read more

Helpful, friendly staff. Great access to dockside areas incuding Slavery and Port Museums, public transport, Liverpool One, James Street Station. Good size, comfortable rooms. Large dining facility with well-priced meal options.

Booked this hotel months in advance to coincide with a gig at the Echo Arena - great location for the Arena, as the docks and the shops.... in fact, spot on. The room was plenty large enough, the en-suite fine, decent shower but, the bed.......... not good, not good at all. Look, I know this is a budget hotel, but there are other low cost hotels that provide really comfortable beds and, at the end of the day, a comfortable bed is exactly what we all require for a good night's sleep. So sort it o... Read more

Firstly, not many hotels do a triple room as cheap, we had a double bed and single bed in a spacious, modern, room, flat screen TV although not Sky, spotless bathroom, it was quiet , insulated from the street noise although not from guests in the corridor, partial view of Albert Dock, and a kettle which meant we saved money by having breakfast in our room. There is a Tesco express 2 mins walk away and a pub next door. The Days Inn is 10 mins walk down from Lime Street Station, 5 mins to the ma... Read more

The hotel is clean and tidy that's about all that was going for it. It took my about 25 mins to actually check in and trying to get parked wasn't the easiest you can but then it's a walk and the car parks are not cheap. If you want a clean ok it's good for that but be patient.

The Days Inn is a very reasonable multi-storey hotel in the middle of Liverpool, its location could hardly be bettered. A mere stoneā??s throw to the re-vitalized Albert Dock area, Echo arena, Liverpool museum and Liverpool One shopping centre. The express bus from the airport will stop at Liverpool One and the hotel is a very easy 5 minute walk. Reception were quick to get us to our rooms, without fuss. The rooms were comfortable for an overnight stay, it does not have a bath, rather, itā??s a ... Read more

Very small reception area, pleasant staff. We had to leave our bags in the office, as check in wasn't til 2 pm, we'd parked in a multi-storey car- park and didn't want to carry the bags back to the car. The room was basic but clean, we were on the third floor and it was very quiet but the bed wasn't very comfy, the springs were quite noisy so not a great sleep! The location, however, was excellent and taxis easy to get right outside.

Stayed here with my sister for a shopping trip to Liverpool. On arriving the reception staff are lovely and friendly. The room was very clean. The bathroom & shower were excellent. The bed however was very, very creaky every time you turned over. There was a lot of noise ( music ) coming from somewhere, we decided it must be from the bar that was on the same floor as us. All in all this was okay for a 1 night shopping trip.
