Stayed in a 2x double bedded room which was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Good location to the tube and airport. Not much else around but if you just need an overnight stop off before travelling it's great. My only criticism would be that the reception staff did not seem able to answer any questions about the local area when we were asking for information about nearest shops and places to eat/ drink. They also did not inform us of the free bus (285) that runs around the perimeter road ... Read more

This is a really great airport hotel. It's everything you need in a hotel airport. Feels new. Very clean. Room spacious. Friendly staff. There is nothing around, so don't even try to go out, the restaurant is good enough. It doesn't have a lot of personality, nothing to do there other than sleep, but it does that perfectly. Very comfortable bed. I was worried that, being in the flight path of the airport, it would be noisy. There was absolutely no noise from airplanes. It's an amazing fea... Read more

My husband and I travel regularly to Heathrow Terminal 4 and this hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are clean but the decor is decidedly uninspiring. The en suites are tiny but Ok for one night. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bar food was poor and the wait staff seemed a little disgruntled. There is a small shop with extortionate prices and when we arrived at 10.30 room service was over. I would suggest buying snacks at the airport and taking them to the hotel. We ... Read more

The hotel is easily accessible from Heathrow Airport via the free public bus. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, good sound insulation, decent free WiFi and friendly, efficient service. My only gripe is the lack of shops and eating places outside the hotel, but the place is perfectly fine for a short 1 night stay.

We were on a 24 hour layover at Heathrow on our way to Croatia so the location of this hotel at the airport was perfect. What was also important was the fact that the hotel was only a short walk from the underground station which we took into central London to visit friends. The room was fine for a overnight stay but the location did it all for us.

Pleasant surprise as it was quiet during the night. Hard when you are next to an airport and with lots of people coming and going. Good bar area and all together a good place to stay when you need a place near Heathrow. Staff great and very helpful

This hotel is easily accessible from any terminal at Heathrow. The room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. There is free, fast Wi-Fi. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the check-in process was fast. I will be happy to stay again when next travelling through Heathrow airport.

Good hotel if you have to stay near Heathrow. However careful with the expensive and "Hotel Hoppa Bus" which is the shuttle between the hotel and the various terminals. It does not run frequently between certain terminals and hotel (i.e. T5) and also does not run on time. We nearly missed our flight because of this. The hotel does not operate this bus. Make sure to allow enough time or walk to the Tube Station about 500 metres away

The biggest plus is the location- 1-2 underground stops from the airport ( depends of the terminal) and another 5 min walking from the station to the hotel. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the bar has good food and drinks at reasonable prices. I would definitely choose it again if I would have an overnight stop in London.

Stayed here the night before a longhaul flight so sleep was important. We have stayed here before & knew what to expect so there were no surprises. The room was lovely, it was soundproofed so we never heard the planes overhead. We booked a dinner bed & breakfast package & this proved to be very good value & I would recommend doing this for the quality of the food. When I fly out of Heathrow, I will always stay here in the future.

The hotel is a convenient (when it's not raining) 3 minute walk from the Hatton Cross station on the Piccadilly line. The room was great... clean, new, good sized, quiet. The bar area is a bit strange, though... the staff seemed quite confused, which resulted in me contesting a charge the following morning (but that said the management was very accommodating). I would definitely stay there again, especially considering it was a third the cost of the Hilton where my friend stayed.

This Hilton has nice rooms, lobby, restaurant and bar. Long line to check in with managers just watching. Shows lack of being service oriented. Breakfast was similar, several people standing around but had trouble getting coffee. Over there are similar quality hotels near Heathrow with better service at a lower price.

Hotel lobby is modern, but the rooms were average. The hotel staff was very friendly, however, I am confused on how the restaurant was supposed to work. First, I went to the restaurant and no one came to seat me, so I asked a server and he told me to seat myself. Once I seated myself, no one came to take my order for 20 minutes. Finally, I approached the bar and requested an order and had to prepay for the food (I also prepaid for the tip, since I paid by credit card). Not sure if that was ... Read more

The hotel is modern and offers standard rooms with good sleep quality. It is located close to Heathrow Airport and therefore convenient for those doing business in the area or catching a flight at the airport. Breakfast was very good with sufficient choice. The hotel also has a restaurant which is convenient if you want a quick meal after a business day.

We stayed here before we went over to New York, the staff are very helpful, the room was spotless & a good size too. Being next to the airport it was surprisingly quite, tea coffee making in the room with a fridge as well. The hotel is only 3/4 minutes walk from the tube station & it has a shuttle bus to all the terminals a good place to stay. We had a meal too the food was of a high quality it tasted as good as it looked with excellent service as well,

This is my 'go to' hotel when traveling internationally through Heathrow. Easily accessible through the Hotel Hoppa coach system, the hotel is modern, clean, and the staff very friendly & accommodating. The restaurant food is well prepared also. Another plus is the Undergroud station just a short five minute walk from the hotel, accessing downtown London on the Piccadilly Line - awesome and so very convenient!!

Restaurant was busy but basically got ignored for about 30 minutes as I had already got a drink from the bar. Food was average at best. Nearly walked out without signing by bill as it took 20 mins to arrive. I think next time I will try the bar menu! Conveniently situated about a 10 mins walk from the tube

We stayed at this airport hotel (near Heathrow Terminal 2) on August 4, 2016. Very professional and helpful check-in and comfortable clean room. We opted to book a private car to the airport for £10 versus £4.50 each for the two of us for the shuttle. Great decision, and the hotel looked after everything. Dinner options were good with great service, and pricing was what could be expected near the airport. Though found the breakfast buffet a bit pricy (no options other than the buffet). Fri... Nothing to complain about. Food was good, room was clean and comfortable. They got my request right for a down pillow, which was appreciated. The concierge was great, cheerfully helping me out with a small traveller's problem (something I forgot). Those small things can make a big difference. I won't hesitate to book here again if needed.

This hotel was wonderful from start to end. Our original hotel stay was for 4 nights and then move into the center of the city for the last 3 days. Based on a terrible experience at the 2nd hotel we wound up calling Hilton Garden to book our last 2 nights with them. The hotel staff Keirra was so attentive and booked us a new room within minutes. they saved the trip. And the reviews are 100% accurate, we couldn't hear the airplanes outside. Very good choice on my part. This hotel was selected to avoid a very early morning trip across London. Mission accomplished. Very close to the Hatton Cross tube station with easy access to the Heathrow bus services that will get you to the terminal you need. The walls seemed a little thin as any conversations from your neighbours in the halls and next room were muffled but audible. Hotel staff were very helpful and professional.

Very convenient to the airport and Hatton Garden underground station. Room was excellent and soundproofed enough that we did not hear one plane even though we could see them from the room and they were very close. Great Buffett for breakfast, didn't eat there at night. Bar is small and somewhat rushed but excellent price and comfortable. Kudos to one staff member there, Petra, who was great. Front staff also fantastic especially Claudia. Very well done. It was my third stay at this hotel and this time it was one to remember. The surprise came at the check in when the staff at the counter informed me about my upgrade to a complementary breakfast. I asked her to double check as I had not opted for a break fast plan. But she again confirmed the same. The rooms itself were what you would expect from a class hotel like Hilton. Very grateful to find this hotel just one stop from Terminal 3 on the Piccadilly Line to Hatton Cross, which took all of 3 minutes on the Tube. The room was spotless, the bathroom glistened cleaner that mine at home. Fara at Reception was fast, efficient and above all, welcoming. For 69 pounds you can't go wrong. For 14 pounds you get a slamming buffet breakfast before your flight. Could not here the planes overhead.

easy check in and still a few parking spaces left in the hotel car park. Cost is £9 per day. We had a room on the 7th floor as Hilton diamond members. Very comfy king size bed and Incredibly little aircraft noise given how close we were to the runways! You can hear sounds from adjacent rooms, however, but nothing particularly disturbed us. It is a 5 minute walk to Hatton Cross station and one stop to T3 but we got a taxi for £12 ( for the 10-15 minute journey).

We needed an Airport Hotel for the end of our 21 day trip and this was a really good choice. -Location: It takes less than 15 minutes to get by bus to the hotel. If you have heavy luggage, you can pay 5 pounds for a bus to the airport that stops every 20 minutes at the hotel door. If not, you can just opt for the Tube that is a short walk away. The hotel room is nice and quiet and you cannot hear the air traffic noises. It is located 2.6 miles away from terminal 4 (ordinarily about 10 mins but in morning rush hour almost 20 mins). A morning Uber will cost about £8.50. The breakfast choice is adequate. Overall, it is a nice enough place to spend the night before travelling with a comfortable bed. It is a bit on the pricey side but that might well just be London prices and the Hilton's brand and reputation helping to justify the price.
