I needed a last minute hotel near Heathrow. I booked this hotel the day before on the Web for a really good price ... so I started to worry ... why was is so reasonable? Well checked in on Monday evenin, first thing I noticed was that there was limited parking, and on the second day I had to park on the street, round the corner, so not that great. The first day i found parking on the forecourt and was charged £10. The hotel is busy, and located in amongst local convenient shops. Room are quite... Read more

After reading previous reviews I decided to give this hotel a try. Luckily managed to find a room to book during Christmas period through Before arrival I phoned the hotel and talked to the manager named Gagan, and asked for baby cot and parking space. Manager was very friendly and even though there were very limited parking spaces he did manage to reserve one for us. Upon arrival luggage assistance was provided by hotel staff, and manager actually managed to give us a bigger family... Read more

It's on a main road but slightly off the Tom Tom. Interior is very luxurious and my first port of call was the toilet and the finishing is very high spec. I actually had a telephone conversation in the toilet without realising am in a public toilet. The staff are very keen to help and very courteous. The rooms are big and amazing including the bathrooms. We took a triple bed room for the kids and they really enjoyed. The decor was of very high standards definitely looking forward to going back. ... Read more

I don't know why but I wasn't expecting much but actually was very surprised. Great rooms, friendly staff and a world food experience buffet which was fantastic. The only downside is limited parking but very convenient for Twickenham and Brentford etc.

Hotel is only a year old so quite smart inside. However- the mattress was so cheap. Too soft and delayed springs which pop when you move. Curved to the middle of the double. Room not made up properly - dirty cups not taken away- water not replaced. If you get it cheap then you accept these things but they really should have spent more on the mattresses.

Customer service was excellent, the lady at the reception Miss.Gabriella was very helpful. Room was very spacious, clean and very comfy. would recommend it to anyone. very to the High Street, Heathrow Airport, and A4. although parking for vehicles are is for 10 pounds. i got to park my Motorbike for free, which i believe should not be charged anyway.

We have visited this hotel, once whilst going to Twickenham for a match and recently visiting the Kew Gardens Xmas spectacular. The room are modern and spacious, tastefully decorated, lovely bathrooms. There is a bar and restaurant, we had breakfast this time very good value. Excellent location for the areas mentioned. Tubes stations nearby so you can get into central London easily. Small car park so if you are lucky and its not too busy you should get a space, extra charge of £10 per night.... Read more

Excellent hotel, clean and very friendly staff. Evening meal brilliant with good variety and very tasty. breakfast exceptional value. Don't get hotel to book taxi £30 for 1.5 mile journey. As a family difficult with 4 children to be split on separate floors when asked for adjoining rooms.
