Beautiful looking hotel set in large grounds. We had a Comfortable well presented room in the Grange, which is separate building a short distance from the main hotel. There we were provided with coffee and tea making facilities and complementary bottles of water which was a nice touch. The evening started at 7pm in the main hotel where we had to chose a mask, of which there were many different styles and colours provided. From there to the drinks reception after which into the dining room where al... Read more

My wife and I visited for a murder mystery event and overnight stay. The grounds were very beautiful and well kept. The service was warm and friendly when we arrived and my first impressions were very good. The downsides werre that our room was rather hot and hard/impossible to ventilate. The net curtain had a noticeable hole in it too. An irony was that despite the huge amount of land on the site, parking at the residential areas of the site was pretty inadequate, especially late at night. S... Read more

I stayed here as a group of 3 couples for the masquerade ball! From start to finish it was perfect! Staff of arrival/checkout were fantastic. Staff that ran the evening were also great and got everyone's food out quickly, food was nice with our meal. Bar was a little crowed at some points but staff were very pleasant so we didn't mind waiting a few minutes. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection to be had. I organised and arranged a business dinner and overnight stay at Warbrook House for a group booking for the Executives of the company. Warbrook House could not have been more helpful and their attention to detail was outstanding. The report back from all who attended the event was that the hotel staff were really attentive and the food was brilliant.

Stayed here while attending a wedding. Beautiful place to be, lovely grounds even better in the sun. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good, all three courses were perfect. The room was in the Grange building which is a bit of a walk from the main building. It was fairly small and slightly under equipped (No luggage rack or anywhere to put one up). Bed was comfy but again smaller than most hotels. All in all a very nice wedding venue although if I was staying for business I'd want a... Read more

We spent only one night at the hotel but we have been very impressed by the staff at the reception and at the breakfast tables: friendly and professional at the same time. The location of the hotel is impressive, surrounded by a massive, beautiful garden, as the building itself. The room (Grange building) was big and with everything we needed, and clean, just a little too tired in the furniture. All considered, and given the good price we booked the room for, we would go back again.

We were here for afternoon tea, The hotel is set in lovely large grounds with a lot to look around. The hotel was fairly busy but defiantly made the atmosphere much better. All the stuff we came across Reception, Restaurant & bar were all very friendly. The agency staff that were doing the afternoon tea were much more friendlier than the manger. I would defiantly visit here again and would recommend. Even though the De-Vere collection aren't that good.

We got married at Warbrook House on 10th June 2016 in the Drawing Room. The pre care we received was good and as a venue it is excellent but the care on the day to say was disappointing is an understatement. For us this was our only wedding day and the guy (Staf) we had looking after us on the day couldn't have cared any less. The staff were really lovely and the house and extensive grounds are beautiful. The food was not good with the exception of the tasty burger! We stayed in the grange and had a good sized room with a bath, some of the other guests staying in the main house had smaller rooms. It would be 5 star if the food was good! We recently stayed at the Warbrook House Hotel for the Masquerade Ball. Having stayed as other Devere Venues I was really looking forward to it. The Ball was amazing and for that we thank the venue. However the accommodation was appalling. We arrived early in order to get a room in the main house which we were lucky to get, however on walking to the room, it felt like we in the servants entrance, the hallway had a horrible smell and the carpet was covered in stains. We were initially pleased wit... Read more

Our friend's wedding we attended last weekend, having worked behind a bar thought the bar service was disgusting, when we arrived all the beers had to be changed which seemed to take ages, then the staff had no change in till. Then into ceremony room for there not to be enough chairs for all the guest's, after the ceremony back into bar were agin service was very slow, then I would guess the package was half a bottle of wine each we had 2 bottles......!!! Then to go back to bar after meal to fin... Read more

Lovely picturesque venue and wonderful to see all the guests enjoying themselves! The whole day was brilliant because of my close friends marriage celebration, all the guests and the occasion !! The Manager (Steve I think, was great) but unfortunately the vast majority of his back-up staff had no idea! Spoke to a night manager at the end of the evening who confirmed that Warbrook House was primarily a venue, which explains a lot! Temporary rather than full-time staff behind the bar who natur... I was in Bramshill two days for work and myself and several colleagues stayed at this hotel for one night. Upon check in we were informed that breakfast was not included. It was worth £10 and we could pay it at that moment or tomorrow after finishing breakfast. Then we went to the rooms which were pretty good. In the morning we had breakfast and then went to pay to the reception. To our surprise we were asked for £14.95 instead of £10 so we asked for explanations and were told that if you b... Read more

I came to stay at Warbrook House with my daughter as we were visiting family who live nearby. I must say we didn't check the reviews prior to booking, there was little availability anywhere else in the area and the prices here were very reasonable. As we arrived I was impressed with the appearance of this beautiful building, the spacious grounds and ample parking. I was not disappointed when we checked in where I was struck by the friendly, jovial nature of the staff who welcomed us to their ... Read more

I stayed here with my mum for three nights as we were visiting my sister. The grounds of the hotel are very impressive. The reception staff were very welcoming upon our arrival which instantly gave us a good impression of the hotel. We were informed upon checking in that if we pre booked breakfast it would cost £10 instead of the usual £14.95 which we did. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing! Vast range of cereals, cold meats, pastries, breads as well as a huge selection of full English ite... Read more

We stayed here for a romantic 3 night break for my birthday in October. First room was lovely but the toilet broke so we were moved to a second room in the main house. Second room was beautiful too, however there was not a single mirror in the bedroom, making it very difficult to use heated appliances to do my hair etc. A visit to reception fixed this with a small standalone mirror so not a major issue but still an oversight when designing rooms. Television also only worked intermittedly, so we ... Read more

As a hotel it is OK but does need some care - see photo of the blind - I think this shows a lack of pride in the hotel. My COMPLAINT is about the entertainment event called a masked ball - it was not a ball it was a disco, small dance floor in a different room to the tables, everyone wore a mask. When the ladies removed their red masks there was a complete transference of the dye which refused to move, it took at least 24 hours. When I made management aware they took little notice. When I... We recently held a Pirate themed party at the hotel to celebrate my 30/20 birthday and cant thank the staff enough for all their help and support in helping to make the night a fantastic success! We had the entire main house for the party and whilst some of the bedrooms could definitely do with some updating, the main function rooms downstairs worked really well for the event. The staff though are what made the day special and many went beyond the call of duty in helping us create a special sett... Read more

I stayed at Warbrook for 3 nights for a training course. Whilst my bedroom was located in a separate building to the main property, it was easy to find with its own separate carpark. My room was a great size and overall very clean and comfortable. Just a few of things to mention - the blind did not work, I could not seem to open the double doors that led outside and there were bad water marks on the back of the bathroom door which could easily be wiped away. However, this did not impact on my s... Read more

Booked on Groupon as a Murder Mystery evening with dinner, overnight accommodation and breakfast for 6 friends (3 couples). We had never done a Murder Mystery before, or stayed here (or any Devere Venue) so didn't really know what to expect (and previous reviews were rather mixed, both for the entertainment and the hotel). However, everything turned out to be really good. Check-in was quick and easy and we had all been given rooms in the main house next to each other which was great. Our room... Read more
