Beautiful looking hotel set in large grounds. We had a Comfortable well presented room in the Grange, which is separate building a short distance from the main hotel. There we were provided with coffee and tea making facilities and complementary bottles of water which was a nice touch. The evening started at 7pm in the main hotel where we had to chose a mask, of which there were many different styles and colours provided. From there to the drinks reception after which into the dining room where al... Read more

Great value for money, amazing overnight stay for a masquerade ball purchased via Groupon. Staff were friendly, food very good, room clean and tidy. Followed by a great breakfast this morning. Couldn't ask for more. Only down point was the bar was a little pricey.

My wife and I visited for a murder mystery event and overnight stay. The grounds were very beautiful and well kept. The service was warm and friendly when we arrived and my first impressions were very good. The downsides werre that our room was rather hot and hard/impossible to ventilate. The net curtain had a noticeable hole in it too. An irony was that despite the huge amount of land on the site, parking at the residential areas of the site was pretty inadequate, especially late at night. S... Read more

I stayed here as a group of 3 couples for the masquerade ball! From start to finish it was perfect! Staff of arrival/checkout were fantastic. Staff that ran the evening were also great and got everyone's food out quickly, food was nice with our meal. Bar was a little crowed at some points but staff were very pleasant so we didn't mind waiting a few minutes. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection to be had. Rooms in the main house are a little on the small side but had everything you ne... Read more

I organised and arranged a business dinner and overnight stay at Warbrook House for a group booking for the Executives of the company. Warbrook House could not have been more helpful and their attention to detail was outstanding. The report back from all who attended the event was that the hotel staff were really attentive and the food was brilliant.

Stayed here while attending a wedding. Beautiful place to be, lovely grounds even better in the sun. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good, all three courses were perfect. The room was in the Grange building which is a bit of a walk from the main building. It was fairly small and slightly under equipped (No luggage rack or anywhere to put one up). Bed was comfy but again smaller than most hotels. All in all a very nice wedding venue although if I was staying for business I'd want a... Read more

We spent only one night at the hotel but we have been very impressed by the staff at the reception and at the breakfast tables: friendly and professional at the same time. The location of the hotel is impressive, surrounded by a massive, beautiful garden, as the building itself. The room (Grange building) was big and with everything we needed, and clean, just a little too tired in the furniture. All considered, and given the good price we booked the room for, we would go back again.

We were here for afternoon tea, The hotel is set in lovely large grounds with a lot to look around. The hotel was fairly busy but defiantly made the atmosphere much better. All the stuff we came across Reception, Restaurant & bar were all very friendly. The agency staff that were doing the afternoon tea were much more friendlier than the manger. I would defiantly visit here again and would recommend. Even though the De-Vere collection aren't that good.

I visited Warbrook House on business and both the setting and facilities were top quality. Grounds are stunning and the building architecture is to match. Rooms were spacious and suite was well presented. Quality oozes through the hotel with fixtures and fittings giving the impression no expense spared. Top quality hotel, service and hospitality

Great hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely location, with many restaurants and village pubs within a short drive, if you do decide to venture out. Have stayed here on a number of occasions now and never disappoints.

We got married at Warbrook House on 10th June 2016 in the Drawing Room. The pre care we received was good and as a venue it is excellent but the care on the day to say was disappointing is an understatement. For us this was our only wedding day and the guy (Staf) we had looking after us on the day couldn't have cared any less. He didn't came and see me to go through things and I asked at least three times, he eventually showed up when I was getting ready which was not the right time. This me... Read more

We went to a masquerade ball. I wouldn't do that again but I would go back to the hotel for B&B if I was visiting that area. The staff were really lovely and the house and extensive grounds are beautiful. The food was not good with the exception of the tasty burger! We stayed in the grange and had a good sized room with a bath, some of the other guests staying in the main house had smaller rooms. It would be 5 star if the food was good! Just avoid the food and visit one of the local pubs instead... Read more

We recently attended as a couple the mascarade Ball, absolutely brilliant evening. Good food, wonderful staff that are always happy and helpful. Superb Disco, and nice to meet other people. Accommodation was excellent. Afternoon high tea. Was lovely. The breakfast was A 1 catered for everyone. Can't wait to come back again. Stunning grounds to take a walk. See you again very soon. We held our school's year 11 prom at Warbrook house, last Thursday evening. The event was fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us. The setting is just stunning and the photographs taken were beautiful. The DJ was current and the kids loved the music and the photobooth was a lot of fun. The food was of a an excellent standard and much better than any previous venues we have been to. We will definitely be booking Warbrook for next year.

Magdalena and I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at Warbrook House for all your help at our wedding reception. Thank you so much for all of your hard work in setting up and organizing everything for us - it was just perfect! The Drawing Room and the Morning Room looked fantastic and everyone commented on the venue, the food and in particular the way in which we were all looked after. I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us, not only on the day to ensure it all went smo... Read more

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst on business in the area. Arrived late at night to be allocated a room in The Grange. My room was okay, comfortable bed, good sized TV and a good shower however I had a small window that only opened on one side as the handle on the other side had snapped off. The window faced directly into trees and there was no natural light. Iron and board in the room which was good. Wardrobe had a funny smell to it that also made my shirts smell a little. Breakfast was the hig... Read more

We visited Warbrook House in March for 2 days and loved it so much we decided to go back. We went back in mid June and, yet again, we were not disappointed. The house is amazing and the setting is lovely with large grounds to wander around if you wish. The breakfasts were great and the choice of evening meals was wide enough to please most people. The staff were very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. A special mention for the General Manager Maria Griffiths who was so professional ... Read more

When we arrived we were met by friendly reception staff. We went to the bar area and waited while a table was set for us (we had booked). We were the only two people in the restaurant so the atmosphere was dire. We both had the Thai chicken with sesame noodles and pak choi served in a Tiffin tin. First it came in a bowl, no sign of any tiffin tin. There was no pak choi unless it was the tiny flakes distributed throughout the sauce. The dried noodles were badly cooked and tasteless, no sign of se... Read more

Stayed hear from 29th to 30th July 2016, was very disappointed with this venue when we checked in we were told that we could not use the facilities in the hotel as there was a wedding going on that means no access to the bar or restaurant. I booked the break so me and my partner could just chill out at the hotel and spend time together have a few drinks and spending the time in the hotel which was not the case. We were put in rooms far away from the main hotel too this hotel is not really for ... Read more

We choose this venue as it had beautiful grounds and was within a good distance to places we wanted to visit. The main body of the hotel is stunning and the gardens are amazing however there is no further positive comments I can give which is a real disappointment. Stayed here mid July different weekend to Elaine below but agree with her comment as on arrival told there would be no bar or restaurant facilities due to a wedding. Receptionist offered us room service only but did however recommend nice pub down the road! With such large grounds and marquee up (not in use during our visit) it seems strange they can't offer guests facilities as well as a function. Rooms were on small size. Breakfast was too busy staff couldn't cope as wedding party were all th... Read more

Overnight stay before delivering a training course the following day. Some De Vere Venues can be hit or miss, this is definitely a hit. Check was great. Very professional. I was staying in the annex, the grange i rhink it was called, which I was a little sceptical about as I had to drive to it but it turned out to be inspired. A little removed from the main house but a short walk as it turned out was great. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. All high quality food items. Conferencing t... Read more

Went here with my wife for a nights break, booked a superior room but don't think it was at all like it was made out to be. We got put in room 30 which is next to a storage room which they decided to start filling back up with chairs at a ridiculous time of night and kept waking us up with banging and clanging. We told the people on the desk in the morning which they apologised but it was a bit late after being kept awake half the night. I don't think we will be rushing back

Went here to attend a wedding and was really looking forward to a night away in a lovely place. Was disappointed on so many levels. To start with, we were put in Grange two which is just like an outhouse to the side of the main building. We could hear the people walking in the bedroom upstairs and I'm 5"2 but when stretched out my legs could hang off the bed so must be a very small double. Wifi in the hotel is awful (unless maybe you're based in the main building) - there was no signal in th... Read more

Stopped here for 1 night as we were at the red bull air race on the Sunday. Lovely surroundings, and a lovely area we took a walk round the pond area and on the path that eventually leads you from the lodges (where we stayed) to main reception however the path is in dire need of tree trimming and hedging cut back ! Overall room was clean and tidy, bed a tad squeaky but comfortable. Got a bit noisy late at night but I assume that was the wedding guests going back to their rooms. Would stay he... Read more
