We stayed at the Sheraton prior to a flight the next day, parked at the hotel that night and moved to the long stay car park prior to flying so cannot rate the long stay parking at the hotel. From arrival to leaving this was the most pleasurable pre flight hotel we have ever had. The staff were amazing, check in swift, no long queues. We upgraded to a club room and that was worth every penny, the club lounge was an oasis of peace and we stayed there all evening. The breakfast the next morning wa... Read more

We phoned to book a room at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel the night before flying off on Holiday. On arrival the receptionist said our booking was made for the Sheraton Heathrow a few miles down the road so we'd need to get there by bus. She was very unhelpful and eventually put us through to the booking office on the phone. They were much more helpful and transferred the booking over to the Skyline. On returning home we had been emailed to inform us that we'd be charged for a room at both hote... Read more

We booked this hotel as a "Mystery Hotel" through Holiday extra. Good price for 8 nights parking and accomodation. We were very pleased with the rooms and made good use of the pool and cocktail bar. Children and parents went to room at 7 and had Mc D's from nearby but the rest of us booked to go in the very busy Madhu's Indian restaurant. Good job we did book too. Staff were very attentive and food was great. We had what can only be described as Indian Tapas . Inventive and worth visiting for th... Read more

I booked for 2 nights in this hotel with family. I was looking at different hotels in London but was impressed at the website's photo of the Sky Pool. Unlike any other hotels I've been to, the pool was actually on the ground floor with people coming to have a drink at the sky bar. Some family members were embarrassed to swim as most people in there were just hanging around and not swimming apart from few kids. Pool was open from 4-11PM weekdays but from 9am during weekends. I ended up swimming a... Read more

The rooms are very nice. We were on the executive level on both of our visits. The lounge is nice and open all day. Breakfast and cocktail hours are limited but it is still nice to have the lounge to stretch out since hotel rooms get boring. We used the Hoppa bus and taxis to get back and forth to the airport. Both were fine and fairly priced. The staff at the hotel was very helpful. They got us a local taxi to get to Windsor which worked out great. The Mercedes did not cost much more th... Read more

Stayed here with the family prior to our holiday and it was ideal. The price including 10 nights parking was good with a hoppy bus from hotel to terminal. The pool a bit bizarre but we had fun! We left our bag in the car park and travelled three hours north (damn that jet lag). They've promised to post back and the customer service was good. We had breakfast in a local cafe on the high street round the corner. Much cheaper than the hotel and plenty of food!

WE were only going to be in London for 4 days so we looked for convenience first. This was a great choice. There's a free bus to the Underground less than a block away. We were able to get right to downtown with no hassle whatsoever. The room was nicely appointed and spotless. Everyone was friendly and helpful making our stay all that much more pleasant. The pool area is enclosed, a real treat for someone like me from the tropics in a cold environment. When it was time to leave, the airport bus ... Read more

Beautiful indoor trees. Fun pool. It felt like a different country being here. Service was excellent. Check out the photo of my complimentary birthday cake! Shame service at the desk is slow. They could also improve the pool changing room. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We went for £13 voucher each for full English breakfast. Kinder overpriced but definitely yummy.

I'll start with the bad news ... the carpet in the corridors near the rooms is a little dated. That's it. Everything else was just magic. I was travelling from Australia and booked a day room just to freshen up after 25 hours of flying. The rooms and hallways are a bit outdated and in need of a refresh. However, everything was clean and the rooms were a decent size (family room), especially for a UK hotel. The crown jewel is the resort style pool which was a welcome reprieve each night after a couple days of sightseeing. Has a Starbucks on site and was given a room upgrade with SPG Gold status. A solid choice, especially convenient if going to Windsor Castle or WB Studio Tours (Harry Potter).

Trying to explain that we were booked into the hotel and wasn't acceptable to not be able to park - eventually they told us there were a couple of spaces around the back. Silly as actual hotel is fine.

Stayed here for one night, for an early flight from Terminal 2. The Heathrow Hoppa picked us up right outside for the short trip to the airport. Has everything you would expect a 4 star hotel to have. There is a nice little Starbucks in the foyer. The room was clean and had everything you would need but I feel it was a little dated. Great view of the planes landing. Lovely pool area.

It's a large hotel that hosts a decent number of flight crews due to it's location next to LHR. We were upgraded to the Conceirge floor but unfortunately was not able to take advantage of the lounge due to our early morning departure. The hotel itself feels a bit dated as the carpet is worn and are most of the FFE's of the room but it was comfortable to catch a few hours of rest in. Staff were efficient and nice. During my stay, everything was fine. Room service was provided, the food was great, the swimming pool was fun to be at too. But to be honest, I find it unnecessary to charge extra to use wi-fi in the rooms when it's free in the lobby. The staff were okay, most of them seemed quite pleasant. Perhaps it was because I just finished a nice 5-day stay at the Sheraton Park Lane in central London - a fantastic property with recent major renovations. So this hotel was definitely a step below that. The lobby and general areas on the main floor are very nice - almost 4-star. But the rooms are just "ok" - definitely not of a 4-star property. There are no hotel shuttles to any of these hotels, only the "Hotel Hoppa" bus that cost £5 and took a long time, or taxis for about £18... Read more

My preferred choice when transiting via Heathrow. Like the bar ambiance and the fairly good internet connection. Bedding quality is way above the average for same price. Will return again with no hesitations

The Sheraton is one of the virtually indistinguishable properties lying along Heathrow airport's northern edge. It is very pleasant, huge, and a little disconcerting to navigate! That said, the rooms are fine, the amenities quite acceptable and the ambience pleasant. It is, however, a large, airport conference property, and can't be thought of in any other way!

We chose the hotel assuming it would be close to the airport since we had a 7 am flight. The hotel is in the airport area, but getting to/from it is very slow (30 min by taxi for the terminal) and expensive. The concierge had us book a taxi: in the morning we discovered that a bus was leaving for our terminal at the same time! The trip was 18 GBP rather then 4.50. Did not appreciate it. We could not have our prepaid breakfast either because breakfast service had not opened yet, All in all we do ... Read more

I sometimes stay here for work and have chosen this hotel many times during the padt 10 years. The beds are huge and heavenly!! We had breakfast in this super chic private room.. fabulous!! Great customer service and very welcoming staff. There is a free shuttle service to some offices as well. The sports bar has a great atmosphere too. See you again soon :-)

We usually visit once a year when flying out of Heathrow. The rooms are large spacious and well appointed the beds to die for the shower is something else. Can't fault it for the price inclusive of parking. My one grumble and absolute pet peev is no free wifi in the rooms! Get with the 21st century please Sheraton

Stayed for the night before flying out of Terminal 2 the following morning. We have stayed at most of the Hotels around Heathrow and this rates as one of the best. Check in was efficient with a very pleasant receptionist. The concierge met us as we exited the Hoppa Bus and took care of our luggage. Rooms were of a good size and well appointed. We ate in the Sports Bar and the prices of food and drink were not too bad for Heathrow. Service throughout the Hotel was very friendly and our stay ... Read more

We have stayed here several times before flying from Heathrow, the stay and park deal is good value. We upgraded to a Club Room and enjoyed the drinks and canapes in the lounge, as well as a full breakfast for a nominal cost. Excellent check in from a young lady on the desk who took time to explain the room, restaurants and transfers on the Hoppa. We will certainly book again if we need to fly from Londan.

Needed a hotel room for me and daughter decided to book through Priceline rather than our usual premier inn. Priceline guarantees a room allocated at check in for 2 people so we thought ok. Unfortunately hotel manager said we could only have a double room even though rooms available with double/single beds and if I wanted one of those it would cost a extra £35 Avoid especially if booking through a consolidator. The room we stayed in was ok but corridors were dirty/worn

I attended a two-day business meeting in this hotel, and stayed also overnight here. Surprisingly nice rooms (not "worn-out" as in some airport hotels) a good wi-fi connection, excellent breakfast and lunch buffet. Friendly service. Starbucks in the lobby was a nice surprise. Didn't use the gym, unfortunately. Hoppa shuttle bus operates between the Heathrow terminals and the hotel, but cannot be trusted (this service is not organized by the hotel) - my colleague waited for a bus to the hotel in... Pros: Very vintage feel to the hallways and rooms - alot of people may not like it but i found it warming and quite 'english'. Again, ambient rooms with minimal lighting, something else i found relaxing. Close proximity to Heathrow Airport and still cannot hear any planes or outside noise. Beds are very comfortable Cons: No use of swimming pool over the weekend - it was booked out all day on Saturday and Sunday for various functions. Parking atrociously overpriced - book a space at the Marrio... Read more

Difficult to get excited about an airline hotel but the ones around Heathrow are mostly dreadful (especially the other Sheraton). Stayed here for a night when getting in late from a flight from Reykjavik. Didn't remember first that I had actually stayed at this property previously. Paid a visit to.ybe club lounge that was quiet on a Wednesday night. They had beer and wine available during the evening happy hour along with some snacks. The internet worked well. Remember this is the better She... Read more

Pleasantly surprised that this hotel was as good as it was. Attended a large conference. The mass catering was very good. The room was nice with a big comfortable bed. The hotel is positioned close to the airport alongside a lot of other hotels, with a handy hopper bus to airport @ £5.00. Public ladies toilets did run out of toilet paper ( no idea where it all went!!), did inform Concierge that it needed addressing but this took some time. Apart from this every thing else was fine.

Got this room under a park and stay deal online. It was great value for money and of that I'm grateful. With that said and done i was very surprised at the age of the room and the lack of any plug next to a bed for phone charging or laptops. What plugs they did have were only fit for the lamps they have with totally different plus sockets. In his day and age a hotel should not be charging for wifi and should have modern amenities. The room I had (2006) was like a room from an 80's era Washin... Read more

Stayed here for one night as I was transiting through London to Italy from Asia. This is an airport hotel so my expectations were not high but I was pleasantly surprised by the value and efficiency of this hotel. Pros: - Starbucks in lobby - Hoppa bus goes to and from hotel to airport. - Staff were generally very friendly but not that proactive - I got upgraded to a Club Room which had an additional pullout sofa bed. We also had access to the Club Lounge with free breakfast. The selection w... Read more

My hotel to go when in Heathrow. Enjoyed the lounge (worth paying for if you have to) and personnel are very helpful. I know that the Hoppa buses are a nuisance when you miss one and have to wait 30 minutes for the next one, In this case, take a taxi, they are waiting just there. If not, the Hoppa are fine.

We were flying into the UK and landed at heathrow. Decided to get a hotel to acclimatize to the local time. Landed at 0730 and took a city bus for free to hotel. Had booked a rental but didn't really want to drive just after the 7hr flight. Was able to check in at 0900 and get some wonderful sleep prior to getting a cab over to the car rental. 12£ was a flat rate and was easy to get back to hotel. 15£ for overnight parking. This got use some much needed sleep, easy access to the airport syste... Read more

Spent a week at this hotel. The Pool are its quite good, however the rooms lack what you expect from the brand. Was expecting much better out of a Sheraton. Paying internet it's also something quite unique nowadays and was disappointing. Breakfast ok. In general ok for Business trips if you don't spend too much time in your room. Staff very friendly. Avoid connecting rooms!!! I spent a couple of nights hearing my neighbors having fun.

After a few days in London we stayed at this property before flying home. Room was quite comfortable. Club lounge was well stocked. Only challenge is no shuttle. Public bus for £5 per person. We took a "taxi" for £12. It was a beautiful Mercedes - well worth it for the two of us. Highly recommend.
