Stayed at the hotel before a work trip in Dubai. Great location for the airport. Although upgraded to a suite this time, as I've stated 3 times before as its my airport hotel of choice. Nice large room and free bathroom. Swift service although the online check in didn't work so still had to queue. Service in burger and lobster was excellent and again for breakfast, great choice and selection and is a cut above the standard airport hotels.

This is the second time we've stayed here in 3 months, we liked it so much the first time we rebooked when we got home. Both times we've stayed as part of a hotel and airport parking deal and the price was great value. The car park is secure with nice wide spaces and cameras everywhere. Checking in was easy and swift with all questions answered. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay here again before our next holiday.

The hotel is much nicer than other airport hotels and reasonably close to all terminals, i.e. a 10 min drive in a taxi. The hotel tries to be quite grand in its decor (country club meets imperial 'charm'), and the rooms are small but nice with a fully stocked mini bar. Wifi is free and fast. Everything was nice although the bathroom could have been cleaner, as the bathtub was discoloured. The room also faced a dirty and messy courtyard with old furniture. Not a nice view. Reception very helpful (Rosina) and facilities overall excellent! The decor and furnishings are lavish and the hotel is flooded with international travellers pleasing most!

I have visited this hotel around 10 times in the past 2 years. At first, it was sort of OK, convenient for the airport and some nearby business parks, standard rooms, very good gym (although not 24/7, only 6am - 10pm) and average breakfast (very few protein options, it's mostly bread and sugar in all shapes and forms) At least the service used to be good, eager to please and prompt to deliver. Not any more. In the past few visits I have noticed a decline in the service quality. It's like they... Read more

This hotel is "located in the middle of nowhere," according to a hotel staff member. It's in a quiet location very close to Heathrow and on the hopper line. Yet a short walk out away from the hotel led to a fast food restaurant and a pub full of locals. Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. The mini bar had a large gap on the bottom shelf, as if a product or two were missing. No one picked up the phone at the front desk, so I walked to the lobby. Unfortunately, no one was available to speak w... Read more

Facilities supposed to be offered in the hotel aren't available, service in the hotel bar is abysmal. Waited 10 minutes just to get seated in an empty restaurant which was a mess, lots of tables not cleared up, and then waited too long again to get served. Gave up, walked next door to the Marriot hotel bar where service was much better. Not worth the premium paid for this hotel

Stay here often when flying from Heathrow. Good quality rooms & a decent parking deal. A couple of restaurants one Indian (great food) & a steak & lobster and a bar. Check in & concierge offer great service but the attitude & service levels from the 2 young men in the steak & lobster bar is nothing short of appalling. I saw them laugh after a guest requested drinks service outside & they were most unhelpful when asked about the outside heaters. Appalling & service at its most vindictive worst. O... Read more

We stayed here the night before our flight in a triple room to accommodate our daughter. The hotel is not very pretty from the outside during the day, but is stunning inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was mostly quiet, although the revving of cars at the McDonalds opposite did wake us up at 1am. Overall a great place to stay before (or after!) flying.

We needed a place for the night near the airport prior to our flight back to the States. So, out of many, we chose this one. And, it worked for us. It's been years since I've been a business traveler but this Radisson brought back old memories of what it was like. Not a lot of personality for individual/couples but you get a nice room, an amazing breakfast included and attentive staff. Are there others in the area that could meet your needs? Yes, probably but this is a safe choice.

We stayed overnight for an early plane flight. All staff were gracious and helpful. The only concern is one about bathroom safety where entry and exit is too big a step and one is prone to slipping getting in & out. Food was good.

The room is small, the usual pokey size for an airport hotel. Barely enough room for our two large cases plus carry on etc. Not the quietest hotel because of people coming and going all night. However the bed was comfortable and the water hot. Beware of parking charges, 15 pounds sterling for one night is a bit steep.

As it's name suggests this is a really nice traditional and elegant hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. We only stayed for one night before our long haul flight. We took advantage of the hotel on site parking which is well situated and organised. The price was quite competitive. We booked via Hotel Extras who were, as always, good and efficient. British Airways paid for my night here after the Istanbul Attaturk Airport bombings last week, and I appreciated the professionalism of the staff, the nice room, and the proximity of food and other services after flying for 20 unsettling hours. A maze of dark corridors make getting to your room difficult and often got lost trying to get back to my room. Rooms were comfortable however someone had left uneaten seafood in the mini fridge making it stink. Food in the restaurant was ok though did not try the better ones as we arrived after they had closed. Staff were very good but luxury did not come to my mind in all respects.

Hotel good, comfortable, but eating options poor (Indian Restaurant (a last resort before starvation). Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. Check air conditioning in room is working.

Often stay at this hotel when passing through the UK. This was the first time I was upgraded to a Junior Suite which was wholeheartedly welcomed ... the "Chelsea Suite". Despite my eager anticipation ... The room was in desperate need of a refurb. Simply old and dated - furniture and fittings. It's just an OK hotel in terms of having the usual facilities but there's really nothing more you can say!

This was our second time at this hotel, we had a lovely stay last time so decided to stay here again this time. The last time the only person not quite up to scratch was the concierge, this time the consierge could seriously not have been any nicer, a delightful man who did everything with a professional smile. There was a minor problem on my iPad when I was booking this room and on arrival it seemed I had booked the room for only one person. Nevertheless the young lady checking me in said it ... Read more

Although there is the £4.50 Heathrow Hoppa service that comes to the hotel door, there is a public bus stop just down the road (2min walk) and the busses are free around the Heathrow area and stop at the terminal. It seems like it is expensive, but it isn't. It is just an ordinary hotel with some fancy trimmings. The real giveaway was the buffet. Stodgy pasta and tasteless salad. Cheapest possible ingredients thrown together with zero imagination. I don't know of Radisson are ripping off the airline, or the airline are ripping off the delayed passengers. Either way, it is a noisy, basic hotel with nice carpets and crap food. I would definitely not stay here from choice. Look elsewhere!

Stayed here again in September for a total of 12 nights. It was a testing time with the car park being a nightmare. Luckily, I found a space every time I came back from work around Midnight. The drinks vouchers went a long way to make me calm down nicely. Thanks very much to Rosina and Bazil, who turned my rant into a memorable "good laugh". No serious problems. The breakfasts are nice, however it would be nice if there was more of a choice of cereals. That's it. No more to say. Looking forward ... Read more

Stayed in this Hotel many years ago when newly refurbished and could do with a tidy up now, although our room was nicely decorated with a comfy bed, all the extras you like to find in your room were there, tea making, iron, hairdryer, trouser press, and toiletries. Breakfast was a bit unorganised, and food slightly warm, and having to order fried eggs etc which you want to eat with your meal was a bit strange, if you were wanting a overnight stay before flying in the morning, this would be an ... This was payed for by my work, but it was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I got the standard one bed room. So many little luxuries, the room service was incredible. The staff is very pleasant and kind. There's a bus that goes from the hotel to the terminals, it's quick and affordable. The spa and gym were very nice; you can use the gym, sauna, cool dip and relaxation room for free. I have emailed the company twice now, and had absolutely no response! so I shall write my review on a public forum for all to see. My american friend came to visit and as a surprise and treat I booked us into the Radisson Blu Heathrow Hotel, I upgraded us to a superior room even though it stretched my budget somewhat. We arrived after travelling for a couple of hours, and heavy traffic, exhausted but ready for our relaxation and fun in London to begin. First impressions were good, we asked for ... Read more

The reception staff were efficient and friendly no queues when I checked in or out. Rooms are clean and well appointed if a little on the small size but more than adequate for overnight use. I was at a conference for one day so not much time to relax. However on this occasion my colleague and I went to the in-house Indian Restaurant. The meal we had was absolutely fantastic the best Indian meal I have had in years. There is a good choice and the staff were wonderful and attentive.

Hotel star ratings are a sham really. Expecting a 4 star hotel to be good but dissapointed. namely - size of room (swing a very small cat), cleanliness of room, TV channels (if you want to watch Sky you need to go to a bar), Cigarette smoke smell in corridors and lift, badly stained carpets in the hallways, poor service at the Steak and lobster restaurant. Thinking sleeping in the airport a real option next time. on a positive - Peroni at the restaurant good (when you manage to get service)

I'm a great fan of the Radisson offering. They suit my style, budget and general idiosyncrasies. This one is no exception, I especially liked their friendly check-in, pride in their work, good bar menu and excellent location. The bus to the airport leaves opposite and they are exceptionally frequent, even on a Sunday. There was no noise from the airport that I could hear.
