Our first visit to London. We found it to be a good choice. We opted for the Executive Lounge option. It paid off! We ate and drank to our hearts' content...all included. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and snacks and wine. This option was especially good for breakfast. Fresh juice, rolls...etc. Huge coffee machine made individual orders perfectly...even cappuccino! Pleasant, helpful staff. We took a taxi to the airport. Made it easy to get to our flight home. Others were catching the "Hoppa"... Read more

This hotel meets my expectation of an airport hotel. Not very flashy....rather average. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff is fantastic. The fitness center is small with limited equipment. If you are looking for better fitness facility stay at the Marriott Heathrow Windsor. The restaurants are good but a bit pricey. Had some billing issues where they put someone else's charges on my room so make sure you check your folio before checking out.

From the outside the hotel looked old and a bit run down so we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped inside. There wasn't anything special about the rooms but they were comfortable and clean. The amenities offered were great though...good workout room, restaurant and executive room perks were nice. Great food was served there with free drinks as well. The customer service was very good. Stayed here for 3 days for business with a colleague. The hotel is really close to the airport with regular shuttles to and from the airport. And the Piccadilly line brings you straight into central London. Lounge is a bit small however still pleasant. The hotel is really nice inside and seems to be always busy. Only down side is the price.

Close to airport. Rooms very comfortable - 2 double beds in a twin room. Shower facilities en suite including all the products you would need. Very comfortable nights sleep. Ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Food was excellent with a good choice. Couple of disappointments. There did not seem to be enough tables for guests in the restaurant - and the staff also seemed to be few in number and many did not appear to speak English. You felt hurried to eat your breakfast with items ... Read more

This hotel is located right next to Heathrow airport and within the "free bus zone". It has been around for a while but is well looked after and offer what's needed. There is a descent gym and offers an Italian restaurant as well as an "American" grill. Both of these offer a fairly good choice and descent food. The last option is the "sports" bar which has zero ambience. For those with access the executive lounge is plans offers free snacks and drinks in the evenings. The breakfast has also ... Read more

I stayed here for one night before flying out from Heathrow. A fantastic place just for that you can even leave your car there whilst your away and was cheaper than the airport carpark for the both. Easy access to the airport via the free bus took 10 mins. The hotel was lovely and clean and the the staff helpful and welcoming. My only criticism would be the bed was rock hard and the pillows awful not a good nights sleep I'm afraid but the rest I can not fault.

Great room, excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Do NOT take the 'Hoppa' - which you have to pay for (substantially). The hotel is well-served by free public transport from all Heathrow terminals. (Details are on their website, but the 'Hoppa' is given much greater prominence.

I stayed here on a 6 day business trip and if you have to stay near the airport it is convenient. On the several times that I ventured into London there is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to the Tube. The service was great and the hotel clean and comfortable. It has a small pool and workout room that are more than adequate. My room was directly above the 7Seas Bar and occasionally I could hear cheering when a team scored, but it was not invasive, but something to keep in mind i... Read more

We appreciated that the concierge lounge was open all weekend. We had a rather dismal dinner in the steakhouse Saturday night, and chose to ignore our "free breakfast" Sunday morning, knowing the concierge lounge would not disappoint. The rooms could use additional USB outlets. One was not enough. Our room was toward the back of the hotel, away from the runway and was both quiet and dark. We used the convenient Hoppa Bus to and from the airport.

typical Marriott accommodations- slightly smaller room than I expected but it worked for an overnight prior to international flight at 10:00 am. There is a great pub within walking distance of the hotel- don't miss it for dinner! We almost stayed at the Renaissance but it really looked sketchy so glad we paid more to stay here. We were very surprised we heard no road noise and no plane noise.

Access to the executive lounge, breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, and beverages. One area where we were disappointed was the restaurant on site, the Italian restaurant. Yes its a Marriott but..... The staff were excellent and the facilities super. I had both dinner and breakfast and I found the food good quality of a little pricey but it is an airport hotel. Pay attention during checkin for when the service desk tries to sign you up for a 50 GBP breakfast and snacks. The rooms are clean and large. However, it was incredibly noisy - guests are coming and going at all hours, and the walls are paper thin. Avoid the restaurants. I had a particularly fatty steak that I will not soon forget, mainly because it was gross and I didn't eat most of it.

We were off to New Zealand and wanted a great night before the flight. We stayed here. Loved it so much we have booked it again for our trip back to the UK this time as well. Restaurant has great steak. Don't risk staying at the rest.

A great hotel at Heathrow airport. The staff were friendly and professional. The food in the grill restaurant was excellent. And the room was comfortable and clean. The pool and leisure club facilities were great too especially for the children. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in Marriotts before so it is a brand we trust to get a good nights sleep. We booked early and got a 4 person room and a park and fly rate. We were not here for long, but the hotel was good for our needs. I usually get asked if we want to book the executive lounge, but didn't this time. Upon requesting we were given a rate which we accepted as this is the main reason for us using Marriott hotels. You get soft drinks, wine and beer after 5.30, and canopies and nibbles in the execut... Read more

The Marriott Heathrow serves its purpose. It's a decent hotel with decent rooms, decent food, and decent services located close to the airport. They've done a nice job with soundproofing, as I don't recall hearing a single plane from within the building. We grabbed an early taxi from the hotel, which took less than 5 minutes to our terminal (but did cost 25£). We stayed there one night before our early morning return home, and I would stay there again for the same purpose. It's a solid 4-s... Read more

We were back in this hotel after long period of time. Short visit though Heathrow and Marriott is still a perfect place. Now even better. Lobby area is nicely decorated with elegantly arranged fresh flowers (looks really good). Executive lounge has been upgraded by adding a new food isle. There is more selection of snacks and very nicely presented. Exceptionally good service in the morning and evening from two ladies on duty. It was also very nice to be remembered from the past visits. This all ... Read more

The check in and check out was very smooth. The staff was courteous and helpful.Though the lobby area and the rooms could do with refurbishment the hotel is quite clean. It is conveniently reachable from and to the airport by a shuttle service.

Nice looking hotel, which has had a recent refurb, food and staff helpful and food decent. Small car park with not enough spaces for guests. There is no baby change facility in the whole hotel though, i find this incredible in 2016!, the staff were embarrassed to even tell me this. I was there for a wedding and several people had babies and they ended up changing them on cafe tables, unreal! The whole hotel is let down by this fact. I think their 4 stars should be reduced to 3 because of this.

It's a nice option to stay here if you're in Heathrow. The hotel is close to the airport and there are buses that take you anywhere you want right in front of the hotel. The Italian restaurant is really good. The best thing about this hotel is that they have the best beds you can think. It's comfortable and clean. The staff is just ok. It's worth the money.

From arriving on Friday 2nd Sept to leaving on Monday 5th Sept 2016, the courtesy efficiency of the reservation desk and front door staff was exemplary; they were very efficient in their handling of my booking and very knowledgeable about surrounding areas of interest. Our room on entering was clean neat and tidy. Plenty of free bath bubbly and mouth wash, flannels and towels, hand and bath. Chocolates were position on the pillow of our large very comfortable bed. A kettle with milk a selection... Read more

We stayed here on September 4th for one night after having had a lousy Marriott stay in Edinburgh, Scotland. Upon arrival after a long day of travel we were greeted by the incredibly friendly Sarah on the front desk. I had used mobile check in but needed to change my credit card and she had this taken care of in seconds and had us on our way to a freshly renovated room on the 5th floor. The room was excellent with two big clean comfortable beds and a clean bathroom with enough room to move ar... Read more

Pretty much what you'd expect from a Marriott, nice room and decent spa/pool facilities. Nice atrium with bars and shops. Picked this specifically for it's proximity to Heathrow and so we could get the free bus from across the road (do not pay for the rip off Hotel Hoppa or taxi unless you cannot be bothered to walk 200 yards to the bus stop!!) Service was great especially the very nice man who took my son up to the roof to watch the places take off for 10 minutes!

Stayed the Heathrow Marriott lots, maybe 20 times - never had a bad experience if I am honest, maybe sometimes a small way for check-in or in the restaurant, but this is a fast-paced environment who deals with these issues tactfully and efficiently. Although there are other hotels in the area which may offer a cheaper price, you will definitely get a better overall experience here - all areas of this hotel are well kept, the staff are trained to a very professional quality and the rooms are love... We stayed here for one night before flying from Heathrow. The hotel staff were friendly, the only issue we had was that the hairdryer in the room didn't work and it took 3 phone calls to reception and a 25min wait before getting one that worked - which isn't ideal when you have a flight to catch. Other than that, the beds were comfy, room was clean and we had a quiet night (surprisingly, as there was a wedding celebration there on the night). I would recommend for anyone looking for a night sto... Read more

Read good things about this hotel but our experience was bad. We'd reserved an Executive Room but instead we were given a standard room. I called down to the desk and was told that the 5th floor with the Executive rooms was under construction so they weren't available. It turned out there was construction on the 4th as well because we could hear it when we woke the next morning. Also, the marble counter in the bathroom was badly rust stained. This room cost £220/night which made the experience ... Read more

Rooms are ample enough. We are here this time for two days and we have stayed here bi yearly since 2002. We have found it convenient to the airport (via the hotel Hoppa) and to London via the 'tube'..a 45 minute ride into Piccadilly Circus. We generally use its plush pillows and linens to recover after long hauls from the USA and in the past from Asia and the Middle East back to the USA. Its a good hotel. Their executive rates include their executive lounge which provides water, soft drinks and... Read more

Very pleasant meal in a well appointed restaurant. As a family we had a wide variety of items. All were well presented and tasty. Here's the problem though - everything is overpriced for what you get. This is of course common to the area but it still isn't right.

I had a two-night stay here and it was fine. It was an acceptable option for using the airport. The value for the money was not great, but it was clean and somewhat upscale as would be expected for a Marriott.

We spent 1 night in Rm 1067 at this Marriott. The room was very dark (poor lighting) and we were forced to ask for an additional light. A table lamp was produced and it helped but still didn't completely solve the problem. Why make a room so dark to begin with? the bathroom had definitely seen better days (worn) but most important was that the hot water faucet for the shower was either "hot" or "Scalding" The toilet did not flush adequately! the restaurant had a limited menu and the foo... If you enjoy condescending, snarling young girls at the check-in, a non-existent concierge, and no room service for more than $200 per night, this hotel is for you. At check-in, the unfriendly seemingly angry staff started a miserable experience off with a portent of things to come. I received a 5th floor room, despite asking foe a lower floor when I booked. The room was the furthest possible from the elevator in a dark hall next to the fire exit. As a disabled person who walks with a cane, thi... Read more
