A fairly standard ibis room. Coffee making facilities provided. The windows provided good sound insulation but the hotel is so close to the runway there is some noise. The shower room has lights in the mirror, but since the room is finished in black it is very dark with the door closed. There is air-conditioning but it was switched off. The switch was on the wall next to the unit. The entrance to the hotel is modern with a large bar and dining area. The food was warm rather than hot, the table ne... Read more

Ibis Hotel is a good bargain if you have an early flight and need to stay at the airport. Reasonably priced; clean (but small) room and restaurant & bar on site. It's easy to get to using the Hoppa Buses to and from Heathrow.

I scooped an excellent rate when I pre booked my room through expedia. the rooms are always clean, beds comfortable enough, the restaurant + bar was open late as well as the kitchen. staff is very friendly. I like the consistency of IBIS no matter which one. good location for heathrow and if its just to sleep to make a connection why spend more

I had a twin bed room for our stay and I believe the beds were smaller than a standard twin. Several times during the night I found myself almost rolling out of bed which was slightly comically. Also our shower was not working. I called the front desk to see if there was a trick to getting it to work but she couldn't help me without sending someone up cause she didn't know what type of shower we had. I didn't have time for that cause we needed to get to the airport timely. I did not allot ti... Read more

Access to the Ibis is relatively easy of the Hoppa buses and the hotel is as usual reliable with its international reputation for cleanliness and good value. However the Interet connection is poor - can not get adequate access to email in your room in spite of advertised free wifi. bar & food not inexpensive.

Stayed here twice on our recent trip to the uk. First time was for one night and the second time was for three nights. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were small but clean. Had an issue with the shower leaking water on the floor. But this could have been me not closing shower curtain properly. But when I asked for more towels, they gave them no porblem. This is a very busy hotel, but well worth the money.

The hotel can be easily reached by taxi or the hotel shuttle for a small fee. The staff is friendly. I had a small room to the back side, which was quiet. The restaurant offered a nice dinner. I had a good rest at night. Having booked 11 months in advance, the hotel price was very low.

For: Very convenient for LHR, easy to get to and from on the free bus, very clean, extremely comfortable beds, we stayed one night in room #372 on the night of 11th May 2016 and it was also super quiet. Some staff were really good. Against. 1. Google "IBIS, Heathrow" and on the right, on the screen, in the ad, you will note "Free Parking", not so, GBP14.00, not a lot, but not what is advertised until you move to their website, but by then you believe "free Parking" 2. I booked a room for 10/5 ... Read more

The address they give you on the reservation is not the one where it is actually located...in truth, it is next to the holiday inn and the opposite side of the road from the travel lodge. When we eventually found it, the hotel is nice enough, especially as we hot the Accor hotel deal of £48 a night. The parking is expensive if needed at £12 a night or £1 per hour. The bus for the airport (Hoppa) runs every 20 mins and pulls up outside, the ticket machine doesn't work so you have to pay the... Read more

very basic hotel okay for overnight only saving grace was the breakfast but the dining room was very chaotic and the staff were very unfriendly. Not once did I hear the words please or thank you. I had made arrangements for my own transport up to Maidstone. When I went to enquirer where picks up was at the hotel I was told they did not know and I should have used theirs. On checking their transfer price it was 50% more

I stayed 1 night at Ibis Heathrow & would do so again. Rooms are small but comfy & adequate. Triple glazed windows block sounds of airport. Only minus is air con which can't be adjusted to a lower temp so it was a bit warm for me. Bed really comfy.

Normally I use another chain but they wanted silly money for the date I needed so IBIS got the business. I used the Accor loyalty programme to get 5% discount and overall it was a lot cheaper booking the room direct, one of the booking websites wanted £20 more for the same night. You have to bear in mind this is an 'economy' hotel so the sound-proofing isn't brilliant inside and outside the hotel. Luckily the other guests were fairly behaved but you could hear the jets taking off very clearly.... Read more

Hotel is comfortable and clean and in a good location. When we booked it didn't mention you had to pay for the shuttle bus. In the restaurant I ordered the carbonara but had to send it back as it smelt and tasted like dirty soapy water. My wife was sick all the next day after eating the ribs.

Stopped here for just one night before leaving from Heathrow. Very welcoming at reception, hotel is busy and vibrant with tourists and airline staff. Like the modern look of the hotel, the rooms are fairly basic but to be expected The Ibis offer an airport terminal transfer (private taxi) for £10 which is very good value and worth taking, cuts down transfer time from 30 mins (free hoppa bus) to approx 10 mins Would recommend

The hotel soundproof is quite good as it said. However, the hotel seems like the last hotel in the heathrow area and the bus stop is the last stop of the heathrow free service. The hotel is very close to the airport. It is only around 3-5 stops away from the heathrow airport.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a twin room with our dog prior to my daughters flight the next morning. The room was very clean, not big but plenty big enough for one night. Shower room very clean. Beds comfortable. Room for the dog bed under the dresser. The only negative was air conditioning was blowing warm air! Were only able to open the window once the last flight had departed about midnight. If we had been staying longer we would have got dressed and gone to find help from main... Read more

Hotel was great! Arrived late after 14-hour flight and just wanted to collapse in bed. Thankfully, the bed was incredibly comfortable! Had I not been so tired, there were other options available: bar, sport showing on tv's, food available, and opportunity to mix with other guests if you're so inclined. The room wasn't huge but more than adequate. Shower had great heat and pressure. Considering proximity to airport, it was incredibly quiet. Staff were also very helpful with how to get to hotel b... Great nights stay here whilst on my travels around the London area for work. Was clean quiet, food was nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast was decent bit expensive. The only major down fall was how much you had to pay for parking!!!!! Surely paying over night guest should get free parking. Nonetheless it was a good stay at a reasonable rate (minus the parking) would definitely recommend

The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs and beautifully clean. The restaurant was ok, staff attentive and service prompt. The fish could have been fresher though. My main gripe was the extortionate fare charged for the bus from Heathrow: £4.50 per trip per person equals £18 for a couple to and from Heathrow. There was no shelter outside our hotel so had it been raining, we might have got quite wet while waiting for the bus! It's the last time I use that way to get to Heathr... Read more

Note that there are now 2 Ibis hotels on the Bath Road ?? the other one is actually Ibis Styles. I stayed at this one for 2 nights before my return to the US. The room was not that large but comfortable enough. There was hanging & shelf space; a long counter under the window ended in a small seat and there was an additional plastic chair. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom has no bath only a shower, and a very nice one at that. No amenities apart from soap dispensers in the shower & at the basi... Read more

Arrived around 8-9pm, beautiful lobby and bar area. Approached the front desk, (I am a Gold member with Accor), I did online check-in. Here how it went - I said hello, I have checked in online (same desk is for Accor members as well), no reply or welcome, ''what is your name?'' Came the reply from gentleman. Handed the key and that's it. I wonder how they deal with other people who are not even part of loyalty programme. Rest was great but I believe people make the difference.

A great hotel with FREE buses (the real buses, not the coaches just outside) to Heathrow Airport so you can catch the trains/subs to Central London easily. The hotel building is a bit old but still a modern and great facility where noise from airplanes and next door neighbours stays outside. Does contain a great lounge/restaurant and has very friendly staff. All this combined with it's room price, highly recommended!

A perfect budget business hotel. The hotel is located at an apt location - reachable to all terminals of airport through free transportation - Harlington centre. The rooms are apt in size. Wi-fi is very good. Buffet spread for breakfast is quite good and has options. Ordered food for lunch and dinner were also served fresh and in good time. The fittings in rooms are dated. They don??t match with those in the lobby/reception. I could not differentiate their rooms with those in Ibis Budget. In fact, the prices offered by Marriott and Sheraton Skyline were very competitive. I felt regret for not staying in either one of them.

I needed a reasonably priced hotel close to Terminal 2 at Heathrow Airport for just one night. The check-in staff were very friendly and the room was suitable for my needs. I did appreciate the sound proofing as obviously the runway is very close and my room was front facing. I was, however, a little disappointed with the restaurant. I booked a room for a night, from July 11th until July 12th, through Booking.com, but I changed my plane ticket ( instead of flying through London to Romania, I flew through Munich) . I cancelled the room 3 weeks prior to my supposed arrival, on Booking.com's website, and I emailed booking.com, but today I got my credit card statement and I noticed that the Ibis Hotel charged me twice, for the same room, for a night I wasn't even there. Quick check in, friendly staff and comfortable room. I'd stay at the Ibis again, good budget hotel. Tip for getting to Heathrow... the hotel shuttle bus to terminal 4 takes 45 minutes and costs £5 so I got a local bus to Heathrow central instead, and the airport shuttle train from there. Took about half an hour and all free. Theres no charge for much of the public transport in the Heathrow zone. If you've not got too much luggage it's a good option.
