We did not stay in the hotel as we were on self catering in Balfron but we ate here twice. The young charming lad who runs the restaurant (I believe his name is Scot) was very helpful and friendly so we went back. The food was very good both lunch time and dinner. Killearn is a lovely wee village close to LochLomond and enjoys its own local distillery Glengoyne !

We got a great deal for bed and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the evening meal and the breakfast we had were very good. The staff were very good and the village is very nice and quiet. Will return.

Stayed here for a weekend with my partner. We arrived to a warm friendly welcome from the manager who showed us to our room. The room was clean, tidy and had everything you need. As we arrived late after a long drive we choice to stay local and ate at the hotel. Best choice we made enjoyed the meal, friendly staff and atmosphere so much we stayed at the hotel the second evening. Breakfast was just as delicious as the evening meals with a wide variety to choose from. We have never stayed some... Read more
