I just say keep up the good work staff. We can´t wait to return back soon.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed in this hotel, this time staying in a King room. As usual, the staff at reception, bar and at breakfast were excellent and nothing was a bother to them. The room was spotless and the shower is excellent. The hotel is centrally located with plenty bars and restaurants nearby. Another thing I like is that there is a Q-Park right next to the hotel and you get a 25% discount if you stay in the hotel. I would definetly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a... We had a junior suite 5th floor. Air conditioning was totally ineffective. I told the staff to open the window but they said they didn't have the key! I didn't believe them. They put one fan and then another in to try to cool the room but that was just circulating hot air. Two nights without sleep! Plumbing lacked all power with just a trickle from the handbasin tap and a very weak shower. The aircon and plumbing in this building is just not up to the job. We stayed here for a couple of nights as we were in Glasgow to see Bruce Springsteen. Good points: friendly staff, good walk-in shower, excellent sound proofing from the windows, local craft beer in the bar, free drinks in the mini bar, and the Marco Pierre White restaurant (reviewed separately) for dinner. Now to the negatives. The design of the superior room was not very practical, the wardrobe was tiny and there was hardly anywhere to lay down anything (including the suitcase). Air conditioni... When I arrived at the Hotel on Monday afternoon, I was allocated a room on the fourth floor a distance from the lifts. I asked the Polish receptionist if this was suitable for a disabled guest. Typical of the Indigo brand. Modern with funky interior and comfortable rooms. Rooms are typical. A little small but the high ceilings help and the air conditioning is spot on. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is centrally located so walking access to many restaurants and shops. It has stylish decor, extremely comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast was included, small touches like the well stocked in room tea/coffee and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the mini-bar highlighted the attention to detail.

We have stayed at a couple of Indigo hotels in the last year, one in Newcastle and one in Glasgow. Both very well finished modern and well equipped rooms refreshingly tastefully decorated and everything you need for an overnight or a few days. Located just up the road from the main station and centre, you couldn't be better situated. The car park opposite is handy and you get a 25% discount if you tell reception that you are parked there. This hotel is really lovely. In my opinion situated in a quiet area of the city centre. Room Very spacious, and spotless clean. Front desk staff extremely helpful. My mobile phone had stopped working and Fraser kindly found the local mobile shop for me. We didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Had a drink in the lounge and that was very relaxing.

Room had a large double bed and faced the front of building, free mini bar, which was a lovely touch. In the morning we had a lovely hot breakfast, plenty to choose from. Hotel is located 5 minute walk from Central Station and walking distance from restaurants and bars. There's a car park next door(Q Park). There's a small but great gym, fully equipped. The rooms are tastefully decorated and there's a high attention to detail. Impeccably cleaned every day. Staff at reception, bar and restaurant were exceptional. Recommend the restaurant, I absolutely loved the salmon (starter) and the sticky toffee pudding. Book in advance as it gets booked very quickly.

What's good: well presented, clean, 20 min to the town centre on foot, the bar, quiet room (we asked for it) What's not so good: shower does not drain well, the bathroom is cold, not much space to hang towels, tiny wardrobe, no suitcase stool, little space for suitcase, parking at Q park is very pricey even with the 25% discount from the hotel, immediate location around the hotel is not the best but felt safe.
