Stayed here for one night. Hotel looks very tired and unwelcoming from outside but totally different internally . Room was adequate although a little cold, we had a twin room which was clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely with lovely view , hot drinks available at poolside with sun loungers and jacuzzi. Restaurant and bar were comfortable, offering good food and lovely breakfast . Staff were all lovely . Would stay again .

TLDR: No wifi in the rooms, pricey for what we got, good breakfast, staff service ranges from friendly to mildly ignoring, noise from the bar could be heard from our room. The view was decent (room 027): you could see part of a mountain, but also the road, roof of the lower hotel (which was not too clean) and the stairwell looked directly in our room if our curtains were open. Blinds didn’t block out direct sunlight in the morning, although this didn’t bother me as I enjoy waking up to a s... Read more

Wife bought me this as a birthday present. We stayed over Easter weekend and had a great time. Rooms although a tad small were clean and tidy. The food was excellent, we had breakfast and evening meal and no complaints at all. Staff very friendly throughout the stay. Used the leisure club a couple of times sauna steam room Jacuzzi and pool all well maintained and great place for relaxation. Only a short distance into the town centre pleasant walk or very short taxi ride. Would definitely stay he... Read more

I'd originally booked this for March but due to hospital admission had to change dates. I felt the hotel was very expensive for the rooms - although it had new carpets some of the paint was worn, some of the wallpaper was hanging off and the bathroom smelt damp. I'd requested a quiet room but was put near an extractor fan. The TV wasnt working and staff could only get a few channels when they came to sort it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable - dont use if you have a bad back. The staff were e... Read more

Spent one night with my friend in this hotel. Checking the room on arrival we decided that we don't want to spend time there and only come back for sleeping. There would be room for an upgrade and refurbishment. The room decoration, wallpaper, carpet, furniture, bed cover and the bathroom are all very old and the room itself had a damp smell. Although the room was clean, it gave the impression that it wasn't clean enough and would really need refurbished. Don't quite think it was good value fo... Read more
