Maggie and all the staff at the Hotel made our Christmas party an exceptional evening, the food and service were faultless. We have now booked a Burns Supper evening with the Hotel, and also looking to book our party for Dec 2017.

We stayed here for one night but it wasn't in the main building! We were past the pool in a room downstairs next to a set of swinging doors which were very noisy and woke us up early with other guests leaving the building. We were also kept up most the night with a lot of noise from upstairs, music and the sound of people partying. On leaving I asked if it was the staff quarters which I was told it was not. We will not be using this hotel again.

Just back from a 2 night trip to the "Ben Nevis" in Ft William. On arrival we were informed that we could have an upgrade. Nice touch and set a good impression. Little things helped make our stay memorable. The room was spotless, facilities excellent staff attentive and keen to help. Barmeal was a surprise, we had eaten in the restaurant and all enjoyed the experience but the following evening haven eaten out earlier we opted for the, we assumed, smaller option of a bar meal, we were surprised by... The well run spa is a great bonus, and the hotel is in a good location. Breakfast is excellent and the lounge and bar areas are very comfortable. Plenty of parking and first class reception and staff.

Just back from Ben Nevis hotel. It is an excellent hotel. The room was lovely and spotless. The bathroom was excellent with a bath and shower. The staff were great and very friendly. The leisure facilities is a great bonus for your stay. The exterior needs painted but don't let that put you off. ð???

This is not our first positive review of this Hotel and I trust it will not be our last. After a decade of staying for our New Year Celebrations at the Ben Nevis (which speaks for itself) we have yet again not been let down in any way, shape or form. From the moment we arrive to the moment we have to leave the attentiveness of the Staff and the overall service is second to none. As usual, I have left my review until a few days after we have left to gauge the comments left by other contributers t... Read more

Everything we got during our 4 day stay was very good The staff excellent The room excellent The food excellent The pool and gym excellent. The only slight down could be a hotter shower. Because I love driving this was an ideal base to enjoy some of the best roads and views anywhere in the UK. We also looked forward to getting back to the Ben Nevis hotel to be really well looked after.

A one night stay whilst travelling south. A genuine cheerful welcome. Lovely room in the main part of the hotel, very comfy bed and no noise from other rooms or corridors. Probably the best breakfast I have ever had. Plenty off road parking, reasonable pet charge. Hope to stay again

The staff are so friendly. They will go that extra mile to make your stay a good one. We even had a bottle of fizz in our room. However, it is on a busy road, which is very noisy, even though they do have double glazing. We had to be moved to another room as there was no hot water. It is a lovely hotel, but I was surprised that they didn't have any music or entertainment on. It is quite a walk not town, but the reception staff will phone for a taxi for you. It did cost us £5 to go one way. We ... Read more
