Spent a weekend here to explore Edinburgh, ideally located opposite Tram stop so easy to locate from airport. Staff friendly, hotel and room very clean. 10-15 minute walk towards city centre so ideal to explore, plenty of restaurants and places to grab a bite. Platform 5 bar next door good for a night cap!

My Dad should have come to Edinburgh to visit me for couple days. Unfortunately my grandma got seriously ill and he had to stay with her. I had no problem to change a date of reservation, furthermore, I found staff very friendly helpful and mainly sympathetic in these circumstances. Thank you very much for that, amazing experience!

Decided at the last minute to stay an extra night in Edinburgh and got this hotel at a bargain price. Was not expecting much from the hotel but it far exceeded our expectations! We have stayed at many hotels around the world including many 5* and the sevice we recieved here far exceeded some of these! Iris at check in was fabulous and could not have been more helpful, she really is an assest to the hotel. Room compact but serviceable, could not expect more for the price! Bed very comfortable, ro... Read more

Staying at the Tune Hotel is becoming second nature on business and leisure trips to Edinburgh, especially when travelling by train. Some 100 yards from Haymarket Station this comfortable, practical hotel is tailor made for short stays. It is comfortable, warm, and staffed by efficient friendly people who can't do enough for you. A must stay for regulars to Scotland's capital city, and cheap too, particularly at this time of year.

We had a difficult experience at this hotel in April 2016, the manager promised if we returned he'd put it right. We did just that and returned in January 2017. Well what can I say other than thank you Tune Hotels and a big thank you to David for making our stay very special. I often stay at the Hilton Grosvenor with work, so have a view of what good should look like, the tune hotel whilst a budget hotel is way ahead of other hotels when it comes to customer care Very well done and thanks aga... Very bad accommodations, lot's of noise, cold. Poor comfort. Only British breakfast. Probably great for one night. Good localization near public transports. Tricky wifi access and bad clean service. No repeat. Sorry!

We stayed two nights here in August 2016 at the start and end of a tour around the Highlands and Isle of Skye. The staff were friendly and we were able to store a suitcase at the hotel whilst we were on tour for a small fee. Yes, the rooms are compact but we didn't intend spending much time in the room and they had everything we needed for a decent price. The hotel is directly across the road from Haymarket station. Alternatively its a short walk in to the city centre. We would stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It was nice, modern and clean. The staff were really polite and helpful. The only thing that let this hotel down was the size of the room, it was awfully small. Luckily we didn't intend on spending much time in the hotel room so it wasn't a major issue but the room was seriously small. Hardly enough room to walk around the bed!

This was a great location because the transit was right outside the hotel. Just a short walk will take you to some wonderful restaurants. Walkable to the old city. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Very happy with this hotel.

I stayed at Tune for two nights when attending a conference in Edinburgh. The location is really handy for transport and just a short walk from the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. The service was good and the room rate was incredibly good value at £95 for the two nights. The rooms are cosy and basic but very clean and comfortable, and for a business stay I did not want for anything and slept incredibly well. Good wifi too. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
