The staff are incredible, nothing is too much. they come out of their way to talk to the children as well. Breakfast was delicious and so much on offer. We had initially planned to go across to Beefeater for their all you can eat breakfast but at the hotel kids ate free and there was so much choice with having the continental option too and my son loved the dried fruit section. The shower was wonderfully powerful, the room was huge, probably the biggest family room we have stayed in.

Uncomfortable beds. Hot rooms, a/c does not work. Poor service: laundry does not include ironing (a wolrd's first). Extremely noisy as there is a truck park near by. Poor breakfast: quality of food is dismal, no healthy choices. STAY AWAY!!! This place is beyond redemption.

Everything was nice and clean and the staff all very helpful. However the air con in the room didn't work, the pillows were just awful and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall above the bed. These are all things that could be sorted out with minimal effort. Location wise the hotel was great for our needs and we also got to hear the Will Young concert that was on down the road!

I stopped there 2 seperate nights. The first night I was given a room. The air conditioning didn't work. I reported it to reception and was given a fan to move about the hot air. One restless hot night done. When I checked out I asked that the next time I stopped could I have a room where the air conditioning worked. The next time I stopped I mentioned that I requested air conditioning that works. I was given a room the air conditioning did in fact work. It blew like an asthmatic. The wind it b... Read more

Doncaster hotels all seemed to be very busy last week so I spent one night here., At the cheaper end of the Radisson chain, this place is not the best Park inn I have stayed in. The location is strange, sandwiched between a main road and an industrial park, so a lot of traffic noise both day and night. It's about £5 in a taxi from the station, but has free car parking on site if you arrive by car. There is a bar, which seems to stay open late, and food service, but quite basic food available. ... Stayed here with my son this weekend. Nice clean hotel but put off by the location. You have to drive past a parking location for long distance lorries which is scattered with rubbish. On the night time we literally had to zig zag along the road as they socialised. Leaving early in the morning you could see all of the rubbish that they left behind. The hotel was spotless although the air con seemed no existent when we tried to use it as we couldn't keep the windows open due to the noise from o... Read more

One night stay at the start of our journey to our new home in Crete Greece. As other reviewers stated a strange location but no complaints about the hotel itself. Pet friendly but rooms were immaculate and had no doggy smells or stained carpets. Ate dinner here which was excellent especially our starters. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend, good value for money.

This hotel is on the edge of an Industrial Park but the hotel itself is Excellent. A lovely modern room with luxury bathroom, shower cubicle and flat screen tv. Food was excellent, lovely variety and quality of food and staff were very helpful and friendly especially Hayley on reception. May I also say compliments to the chef for the lovely meals. Would definitely stay again.

Working away from home I was booked into this hotel by my employer, I found the condition of the room to be satisfactory but was extremely disappointed to discover that I only had access to 6 TV channels and that the television was only slightly larger than a portable. I found the staff, with the exception of two, to be unhelpful, uncommunicative, disrespectful and inefficient. I object to being addressed as "mate" when checking in, ordering food or interacting in any way with a member of sta... Read more

A great place for a trip to the races. The rooms were clean and tidy, I would describe them as functional, after all you get what you pay for, so I would, describe this as good value for money. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, we paid for breakfast, the plates were cold, there is only a small 2 slice toaster, similar to the one I have in my kitchen at home. They ran out of eggs, the mushrooms/hash browns were gone and not replenished whilst we were there, so not good value for money, you... Read more

It was very noisy, the air conitioning was out of order throughout the hotel due to them not being able to obtain obsolete parts so it is likely it will be out for some time. We were not advised of this on our arrival so I spent a long time trying to get it to work. This meant we had to sleep with the window open and the hotel backs onto an industrial estate where heavy lorries are to-ing and fro-ing all night.
