Im half way through my stay here at the holiday inn and cannot fault it. The room is very clean and freshened up each day. The breakfast is excellent and caters for everyone. The pool and gym have been most welcome after a days work and staff have been helpful if ive needed anything. Id definetly recommend a stay here and wish my wife and 2 children had been with me as they have an excellent play area and plenty of space for them to run around.

After a 4 hour journey the last thing I wanted was a hotel under refurbishment when I walked through the door. I shouldn't have worried. The check in lady was very friendly, my room was not the largest but bright, clean and nicely equipped. A lovely bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed. I don't usually sleep well on my first night in a hotel but did here. I had the Indian buffet in the restaurant nice tasting food and good value. Visited the hotel for a wedding reception and I have to say the staff were very polite and helpful. On arrival I was welcomed by a girl (Kate) who was lovely, even though all rooms were booked and obviously under staffed everyone seemed calm and collective and happy to help. We tried to book a room in hotel but unfortunatly hotel was fully booked, food was lovely on buffet. I would Deffinatly recommend this place to friends and family, thanks again

My husband and I stayed here after we attended the Bruce Springsteen concert at the Ricoh Arena. It was lovely, really could not fault it, the staff were professional and friendly, our room was clean, decent size and had bathrobes and toiletries. We had breakfast, which was buffet style, everything was hot (including the plates which always impresses me!). Would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody

This hotel is very nice and breakfast excelent. Rooms a decent size and very quiet. However once it gets to 8am you start getting knocks on the door from housekeeping, '1 minute' i said as i felt forced from the room. 5 minutes later she came back saying 'are you ready yet?' so I woke up and left a lot earlier than i wanted to. The problem i have with this is you have to give your cards in at reception anyway, so devise a simple check out list so housekeeping know what rooms are vacant as the gu... Read more

Hotel room was clean, well decorated with comfortable beds and pillows, trouser press, good size TV and most of all, a powerful shower. The dinner menu had lots of varieties to cater for all diets. All of the staff were really friendly. We stayed for a single night and breakfast in a double room. Nice hotel and room was nice albeit a tad small. Unfortunately we didn't get much sleep due to the heat and no thermostat to remedy it. Rooms were a tad noisy but decent quality and quite clean. The bar was nice but the menu was expensive especially with a number of chain restaurants fairly close by. Breakfast was buffet style and quite pleasant.

I stayed here for one night for work. The room was tiny with dented old furniture, a cracked sink with rusty plughole, a stained toilet seat and stained mattress cover. The walls are paper thin, there is absolutely no sound proofing which led to just a few hours sleep thanks to people next door snoring or people upstairs walking around. Nice place to stay with friendly staff. A playground for kids, swimming pool and free wifi. No traffic noise for a good night sleep. But food on the expensive side ( but pub down the road) and found the room was dark as light did not cover the room. I would stop here again. From the 25/11/2016 to 27/11/2016

Stayed one night when visiting Stoneleigh Park. Despite there being a wedding on that night, the rooms were extremely quiet, clean and comfortable. Had a lovely swim, Jacuzzi and steam room session followed by prompt room service. Food was lovely (had Cajun beef) and we all had a complimentary glass of wine. Staff were friendly and efficient. All in all, spot on!

Stayed at Holiday inn coventry. Location is nice. Walking distance to ALDI, TESCO and have 3 min drive to nando's and cinemas. And if you are looking for city, its just 10 min drive to coventry central market. Gym facility is good with indoor swimming pool. BIg Lounge and dining area. Rooms are big compared to other Holiday inn hotels nearby.

Returned here for a business meeting recently after about 6 months or so. The place has always been positive with friendly helpful staff and good facilities, and this is certainly still the case. The reason for the new review is simply to give a positive nod to the refurb that has taken place in the conference and dining areas, very tasteful, comfortable and modern. Nicely done. Food was great even though the luxury treats and puddings provided probably weren't that healthy overall, bread... Read more

Front of house has been renovated and is now looking very modern. Booked here as we do every year to attend the National Indoor Archery Championships being held close by. Booked here as we need to use the pool facilities after a days shooting to unwind and relax tired muscles but was very disappointed that on arrival the Pool was closed down for maintenance. It would of been good to of had noticed of this so other arrangements could of been made! There was a very large and loud party on Sat ... Read more

Husband and I stayed for one night in December. Free parking with plenty of spaces and the welcome at reception and overall first impressions were very good. Our standard double room was rather small but clean with a nice bath and shower and lovely clean white bed linen. We did not eat in the restaurant that evening as there were other places to dine close by. Had a decent nights sleep, no noise, however the room was rather hot (yes, in December!) and the small window difficult to open and rea... Read more
