Fantastic location. This was our first time in cardiff and it was brillant for getting around and close to shopping and places to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing was our room was a very strange shape making it diffcult to see the tv when lying in bed. Room 410. However it was clean and comfortable and will diffently be back and recommending it for people to stay.

Arrived on Friday afternoon and was checked in very quick. Had room on 5th floor and was very clean, chucked our bags in and went to the bar downstairs, great bar to start your day in Cardiff, plenty of options of drinks. Didn't eat in the restraunt but the food looked really good, will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed here when attending an event in Cardiff. If you have stayed in Premier Inns before, it is exactly as you would expect. The on line check in process is easy, just collect your keycards on arrival. The meal deals are great value, and the food is of good standard. The Premier breakfast sets you up for the day. Hotel is well situated for the city centre, and just a few minutes walk from Motorpoint arena and St. David's Hall.

I go regularly to Cardiff on business and have to say this is the best place to stay in Cardiff. Rooms are clean and spacious - comfortable sleep and great pillows...bath towels soft. The tea facilities in the room are basic 2 teabags and 2 sugars so if you are a tea drinker bring some more. Bathroom liquid gel and soap are ok but not great. Breakfast is reasonable but a bit pricey at £8.95. Continental or english breakfast - buffet type set up.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in May. We had a family room which was clean and comfortable, we'd been allocated a room in the quiet zone which was good. Although by the station we were not disturbed. The bathroom was looking a little dated in areas obut it was very clean. Check in was swift as I had done this on the app but we were greeted by a host who helped us through the key collection process and excellent customer service was demonstrated. Only grumble (and VERY) minor was we reque... Read more
