The hotel is excellent, right in the centre of the town. Friendly staff. High quality experience.breakfast is fantastic. If you are HHonors member, you are treated special, at least I was treated so. Highly recommended, if price is not an issue.

A one night break here and we so enjoyed it. The reception staff were excellent, thank you Emily. Our room on the second floor was large with lots of good extra touches - Sky television, two lots of lighting in the bath room (subdued or bright), easy chairs, current magazines, good range of toiletries. The room was so quiet it felt that we were the only people in the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with a chef cooking made to order eggs etc. Tables were cleared very promptly by smi... We were in Cambridge to attend the legendary Service of Lessons and Carols at King's College, and this was a good hotel from which to walk to the chapel as well as to restaurants and shops in downtown Cambridge. It's exactly what one would expect: friendly staff, predictable breakfast (which we paid to have included), room that was just fine. I would stay there again for the location and the staff.

Perfect location and spotless, quiet room. Two very big double beds, very comfortable and lovely bedding. Was able to leave bag with concierge the next day while sightseeing at no extra cost. Great, helpful reception staff. Highly recommended.

I stayed mid-week for one night. Easy to find and a great location, right in the centre close to restaurants and shops. I used the valet parking, which was very helpful. I had forgotten to arrange feather free bedding for my daughter and on arriving reception promptly arranged for the bedding to be changed with a no problem attitude. When we arrived at our room the bedding was changed by very helpful staff. We had breakfast in bed which was hot and delicious. I would definitely stay again.

Nice central hotel in city centre Nightmare to approach by car Worst city in England for rush hour traffic Ultra modern and as such little character Uninspiring lobby on first floor with bar and restaurant All functional and no marks for ambience Reception and bar staff welcoming Average price Such a shame in a fabulous city not to have capitalised on tradition Although many modern buildings this could have been much more exciting

I only spent a night in this Hilton following a night out with friends, I was overall very happy with the hotel. Clean, tidy, modern, well equipped and very polite, professional staff. As above, make sure you use the valet parking as the local parking is limited and very expensive. I would stay there again without a second thought.

Found hotel on Booking.com. Rang to confirm requirements before booking, late meal, late bar. Was told restaurant was open late, and bar was 24hr for residents. All seemed ok, so rather than book a budget hotel we booked the Hilton. Arrived at hotel, as advised. No dinner as restaurant was shut. Bar meal was inedible and only after asking more than once was all the food delivered, by which time the hot food had gone cold. Bar was shut when I wanted a drink. Was offered room service only. One of the main reasons we chose this was because of the valet parking. The hotel was excellent in every respect, as you would expect because it is not cheap. A little disappointed that early on a Saturday they had run out of olives for a martina costing not far off ten pounds, but that's a small thing. The room and bed were most comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The consierge service was really very good and efficient, especially when taking and collecting cars. The staff were generally ... Popped in for a rest and welcome pot of tea. It was a good opportunity to check it out for future stays. It is lovely with a lovely open area which houses Reception, restaurant and bar. There were a vast quantity of open seating areas but each group arranged to feel like its own little area. We sat overlooking the historic buildings, it was so peaceful and felt very rested.
