A modern fresh and clean centrally located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The service was good and I liked my bedroom. For visiting Bristol it's an ideal location.I have stayed here before and I will stay there again

Spent 2 nights here Sunday to Tuesday. After reading some of the reviews we were unsure, but cant believe how wrong we were..the staff were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble even charging my phone for me when I realised I had forgotten mine! the room and hotel was clean, tidy and modern. we were in room 427 a recommendation for any super hero fan :) only down side we felt was a) the cost of breakfast for us was a little overpriced for what we had and b) the air condition didn't... We enjoyed our stay of one night for leisure purposes. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was edible and hot (self-service). Parking was nearby and reasonable. We would recommend staying here - it's near enough to the city's facilities.

This hotel is great. Really great location where you can really walk everywhere from. 20 min walk from broadmeat shopping quarter and lots of resturants and litle coffee houses on the way where you can sit and enjoy your morning. We only had the breakfarst twice ' caus we thought it was a litle pricey, but the al you can eat buffey was really nice. Clean rooms and afordable

Just returned from a three night stay at the Bristol Ibis. Great location. Millenium Car Park over the road with discounted rates if ticket validated at hotel reception. Helpful friendly staff. Clean, modern, decent sized and well appointed room with comfortable double bed. Got a great deal too, so all in all very pleased with our choice and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The Hotel is right in the centre, close to all the amenities and shops. when I was there there was an ice rink and Christmas lights. I felt really safe and in the centre of it. Shops all around. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The place has a lovely ambiance. Only fault could be that the dining room was empty. However easy enough to get to the Slug and Lettuce opposite for some good pub grub and ambiance.

We where on the 4th floor right under a massive air conditioning unit on the roof. It made such a loud sound through out the night. Now what makes me angry with this is that there are about 9 other complaints about this on TA, and the hotel have responded to them therefore they know this is an issue. Why was I put in this room if you know there is a problem With it?

This was my second stay at the Ibis the first was 6 years ago. The reception and bar has changed for the better since then. Also the breakfast has improved from just continental to both hot and continental. My room felt a bit dated especially the TV and the pod style bathroom. Overall it was a good stay and I slept well.

Modern, clean with convenient meal facilities. Very convenient car parking (Which has accurate Sat Nav. Post Code and straight across the road from main entrance) and an easy walk into town. The staff were very helpful.

We had a little difficulty finding the hotel, but this was offset by the very warm welcome we received from a most helpful and efficient receptionist. We were expecting a somewhat pokey room, but were pleasantly surprised by the size and how well it was equipped with ultra modern furnishings. The bathroom appeared very small, but it was so well designed that the size did not inhibit normal use. The room was generally very quiet, but occasionally noise of the nearby lift was noticeable. Otherwise... Read more
