This hotel is slap bang in the middle of Bristols waterfront. There are loads of bars and restaurants nearby and it is a pleasant lively area. The hotel is a standard Ibis, the room with all the usual amenities. We spent a comfortable night and enjoyed a lively evening drinking and dining along the waterfront. The only slight problem was we parked in the wrong car park and didn't get our discount.

From booking on line to one line check in no issues. On arrival awesome male receptionis who couldn't have done more. Room very clean and perfect. Bathroom pod was very clean and powerful shower. Good nights sleep. Breakfast staff and food was very good. Staff very helpful food was very tasty and hot. Had late check out which was good and check out seemless. Will be booking for same weekend next year. Would recommend.

The Ibis hotel located on the Millenium site in Bristol is close to theatre land, the aquarium and SS Great Britain In the docks. The hotel is ideal for an overnight or two night stay but I am not sure I would to stay here any longer. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the bedrooms are comfortable. The downside is the breakfast room which is somewhat cramped and as a consequence causes queuing at breakfast time.

The Ibis has a lot going for it. very good service from its staff who were more than helpful and friendly. The rooms were basic and bed hard and room too hot and felt a little run down . The resturant however had a good basic menu with reasonable prices and the position was great for the event I attended. I definately would stay there again for its convenience .of note if you want a guitar night go higher up was loud till well after midnight on 1st floor

This hotel is ideally situated for the harbour area and is most suitable for a tourist. A nice walk around the quay takes you to the SS Great Britain or the ferry nearby gets you there in a couple of minutes. Very close to the Aquarium and many restaurants. Clean, modern, good service and the hotel's café is better than many that I have used at other Ibis hotels. Very good value at a budget price.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It is 2 years or so since we last stayed at this hotel. The room and bathroom were clean although they neglected to leave a bath mat for the second day. The bed was very comfortable. Even though we were on the 3rd floor it was quite noisy late at night and early morning! Soon after arrival I called reception for a couple of extra pillows. I had to collect them in spite of a poster in the hall called 'service' showing a staff member carrying seve... Read more

This hotel is in a great location. Short walk to many bars and definitely the place to stay for the harbour festival. The room I booked was largely overpriced due to booking same day, however for a chain hotel I was impressed with the communal/lounge areas and facilities. I would book again here, but in advance so that it is worth the cost!

A group of us stayed in Bristol last weekend and could not fault the hotel. The breakfast was the best bit for me (the bacon was ansum). The staff always smiled and the hotel was spotless. I like the idea that if you put the do not disturb sign on the door they leave a bag with towels in on your door handle. The hotels a stones throw from Pryzm nightclub which was brilliant and other bars and restaurants are not far either. The only think I would moan at was the fact you have to pay £2 A BAG!! ... Lovely hotel, clean, delightful staff and a pleasant ambience. However, there are a lot of bars and clubs nearby and the weekend we stayed the noise at night was TORTURE. Screeching hen parties an people beeping horns until 3am. Might be ok in the week in winter but I would not stay here again in the summer at a weekend. Also, the only near place to park is the Millenium Car Park which the hotel will subsidise for you but it still adds £12.50 to your bill for each 24 hours you stay.

Hotel had great facilities and nice rooms. The only criticism is the step going into the bathroom. It's only a short walk to the riverside bars and restaurants. A great hotel for groups wanting a night out in Bristol. Not sure how far it is from the city centre. Would stay again.

My friend and myself chose this Ibis hotel because we had previously stayed at the one in Temple Meads Quay in November and wanted to be closer to the city center. The location of this Ibis was much more convenient for going shopping and the night life. Ibis are budget, no-frills hotels ideal for an overnight stop and this was well up to scratch. (I would find the room too small for more than a couple of niights max). A good location in the buzzing dock area of the city with plenty of nearby food/drink choices. There is underground parking nearby with a discount for hotel guests GBP 12.50//24hrs. Did exactly what it said on the tin. A modern ibis hotel in the centre or Bristol. The room was clean & modern. It was a fairly quiet hotel considering the location. Only marked down due to issues with the key card being wiped by being too close to my phone-they didn't warn me of this making me late for a meeting the next day. So tiny issue really that could have been avoided. Staff were very helpful in trying to fix the issue.

Friendly staff and very welcoming lobby/bar/reception area. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but not spacious. The only downside was the lack of free parking, the hotel was able to validate my parking ticket, which reduced the price from £16 to £12.50 for an overnight stay.

This hotel is well situated for visitors to Bristol with a handy underground car park right next door. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is good and the rooms comfortable, but there are no luxuries. If you need an extra pillow, you have to get your own from reception; we stayed 2 nights and the room didn't get serviced, the bins weren't even emptied; and for this basic approach, you'd probably expect a basic price, but not so, for this visit at least. This hotel has a great location and is a fair price for the city. We stayed for convenience on a Friday night, having booked last minute. It's in a very busy part of town, near lots of bars, so was understandably noisy late into the night/early hours. I understand that hotels such as Ibis are meant to be basic, and to offer no-frills accommodation for a good price. But the Ibis in Bristol City Centre is very basic indeed. I would guess that some prisons offer more in the way of soft furnishings and amenities. The hotel offers clean no frills accommodation at a very reasonable rate. The staff were helpful, friendly and keen to make the stay enjoyable.
