Spent a weekend here for the second time this year. I was impressed the first time with the service and price I decided to return! This hotel makes a great base for touring. Great location within the city, with good transport links. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the check-in staff friendly & helpful. Check-in itself was quick and painless. Our room was of a good size with air conditioning and an opening window (for choice). Bed was firm but comfy and the rooms must be soundproof as I didn't... Read more

Very clean hotel in a superb location. ...only one slightly negative point was breakfast as there was no eggs which I pointed out to one of the staff. I was told they would bring one over to my table however am still waiting a day later!!!! Other than that a good hotel that I would definitely use again....big positive was receptionist on duty in the morning who was extremely polite and helpful

First visit to this chain of hotels. Overnight stay to visit theatre. Very happy with quality of Bradford Jurys Inn. All staff with whom we had contact (reception, bar, house-keeping) were very professional, friendly and helpful. NCP car park next door and just around the corner from Alhambra Theatre (also well worth a visit.)

For many years we often used this chain. However, a bad experience changed that. We have a loyalty card. So, this place looked good and we decided to give them another go. After this experience there is no going back. From the car park we were forced to walk pass some shall we say disadvantaged individuals, upsetting at best. On arriving at reception we were for the first time in our 30+years together and at any sort of establishment, asked by a male receptionist if we were sharing a bed - we a ... Read more

We had a basketball tournament over the university over the Bank Holiday weekend it's gels every year & we frequently stay @ the Jury's due to location walking distance to all the courts. The rooms are,a good size, the breakfast is sufficient with full English &/or continental & on request freshly made porridge with honey very tasty. The waiters/waitresses were very friendly which was a complete contrast to the reception staff, where I witnessed an uncomfortable 'dressing down' by a senior member to... Stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend and it was a very comfortable stay and staff were all very nice and helpful. We did not have breakfast here so couldn't comment but the car parking is a nightmare. It says on the website that car parking was £8 a day with the validation of the ticket by the hotel but we were charged £9.60 everyday for 3 days which is rather expensive considering we had already paid for the hotel. The check-in process was fast and friendly. I was advised how to get to my room. The room was standard hotel quality, for the price I paid it was really good value for money. Room was a little on the small side but didn't matter as it was only a place to sleep. One thing I didn't like was that there was only enough milk and tea for one cup each. There is an NCP car park, with hotel discounted rate, less that 300m from hotel. It closes between midnight and 6am so secure or inconvenient depending on how you look at it. Just had 3 nights 4 day break in Yorkshire staying in Jury's at Bradford...... how disappointing. The hotel room to be fair was very clean and housekeeping deserve the award of one point. The staff downstairs need a complete review of they're customer service skills except for one Breakfast waiter who unfortunately didn't give me his name. He had a very friendly demeanour. The rest of the staff especially the CHEF should be sacked as I serve tastier food at the soup kitchen that I volunteer at ... Read more

I have just returned back to London after staying at this terrible hotel with my new born baby & disabled mother. I saw great reviews and decided to book. Upon booking the reservation staff at the hotel stated I will have 2 double beds (one of the main reasons I booked this hotel). I did not receive any confirmation so on the day I rang the hotel to find out if the reservation was confirmed. I was told yes it's confirmed and I have a double and a single bed. Checked in to jury's inn Bradford tonight after a long drive staying for 3 nights on a business trip. Must say my stay has already been brightened by a delightful member of staff called Vicky Loker. Vicky has been friendly, attentive and above all helpful. Everything done with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. If your company ever held competitions for employee of the month or year, Vicky would win hands down. A credit to your company!!!

My stay here was only for one night. If you could call it a stay. I stayed on a Sunday night from 11pm to 4am I had to put up with fireworks and loud music. I tried to have a bath and was met with Atleast 10 little bugs flying out of the overflow. And the service in the restaurant was horrendously slow and poor. I was asked repeatedly to remind them what I had ordered as they forgot (drinks abd food) it took me over 2 hours to have 1 meal. The other hotel staff are lovely I can't fault them. And... Read more

Unfortunately Jury's inns are not organised in the restaurants at all.....this is the second jury's we have stayed in and they are exactly the same....running out of food and people having to wait in queues till the trays have been refilled ....sometimes taking quite a while. The restaurants are not big enough for the size of hotel and amount of guests staying there in my opinion.......The rooms were OK had plenty of room and they were clean it's just the meal times let it down.

Was on a coach trip which included an overnight in the Jurys Inn Bradford. The room was excellent nice big, comfortable double bed with TV,tea&coffee available hairdryer even an iron & board plus air con. Because of the number of coaches booked in evening meal & breakfast were at a set time . This led to a little confusion due to lack of clear instructions from the hotel staff. Could not fault this hotel at all. Ordered room service for dinner, food was amazing! And when the food arrived late (we hadn't even noticed) we received some complimentary drinks! Staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful too! Just a two minute walk to Bradford station (as we were getting the train into Leeds) location is ideal, and it cost less than £15 for a taxi back from Leeds city centre so definitely a cheaper alternative to staying in Leeds itself

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip. I'm pretty sure it is currently going through a makeover as there was a smell of paint in some areas, although that was no big deal. Check in was fine and the room I was given was clean and a good size. Room service for dinner was very tasty. Maybe I didn't notice at time of booking but the car park is an NCP at the back of the hotel so there is a cost involved and it closes between midnight and 6am. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately on the night I stayed there seemed to be a lot of "I am new" badges being worn in the restaurant and this did affect the service. Not sure I have ever waited over 1 mins for a beer for it then to be taken to the wrong table. That said when the food arrived it was good quality, well presented and reasonable.
