Spent a weekend here for the second time this year. I was impressed the first time with the service and price I decided to return! This hotel makes a great base for touring. Great location within the city, with good transport links. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the check-in staff friendly & helpful. Check-in itself was quick and painless. Our room was of a good size with air conditioning and an opening window (for choice). Bed was firm but comfy and the rooms must be soundproof as I didn't... Read more

Very clean hotel in a superb location. ...only one slightly negative point was breakfast as there was no eggs which I pointed out to one of the staff. I was told they would bring one over to my table however am still waiting a day later!!!! Other than that a good hotel that I would definitely use again....big positive was receptionist on duty in the morning who was extremely polite and helpful

First visit to this chain of hotels. Overnight stay to visit theatre. Very happy with quality of Bradford Jurys Inn. All staff with whom we had contact (reception, bar, house-keeping) were very professional, friendly and helpful. NCP car park next door and just around the corner from Alhambra Theatre (also well worth a visit.)

For many years we often used this chain. However, a bad experience changed that. We have a loyalty card. So, this place looked good and we decided to give them another go. After this experience there is no going back. From the car park we were forced to walk pass some shall we say disadvantaged individuals, upsetting at best. On arriving at reception we were for the first time in our 30+years together and at any sort of establishment, asked by a male receptionist if we were sharing a bed - we a ... Read more

We had a basketball tournament over the university over the Bank Holiday weekend it's gels every year & we frequently stay @ the Jury's due to location walking distance to all the courts. The rooms are,a good size, the breakfast is sufficient with full English &/or continental & on request freshly made porridge with honey very tasty. The waiters/waitresses were very friendly which was a complete contrast to the reception staff, where I witnessed an uncomfortable 'dressing down' by a senior member to... Stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend and it was a very comfortable stay and staff were all very nice and helpful. We did not have breakfast here so couldn't comment but the car parking is a nightmare. It says on the website that car parking was £8 a day with the validation of the ticket by the hotel but we were charged £9.60 everyday for 3 days which is rather expensive considering we had already paid for the hotel. The hotel not having its own parking is a real inconvenience and an expen... Read more

The check-in process was fast and friendly. I was advised how to get to my room. The room was standard hotel quality, for the price I paid it was really good value for money. Room was a little on the small side but didn't matter as it was only a place to sleep. One thing I didn't like was that there was only enough milk and tea for one cup each. Would have been better if there was enough for a cuppa before bed and one in the morning (showing my age now lol) Overall a very good hotel and would re... Read more

I frequently stay at this hotel and am consistently impressed by the high standard of customer service, always friendly and helpful - from the waiters/waitresses to the night manager. Rooms are very clean, facilities appropriate for business use, and staff go out of there way to help (a special to mention to Jonathan for his assistance printing something for me late at night recently). I had stayed in Jurys Sheffield in the past so came into Bradford and just went for the same option without looking elsewhere, was disappointed by the staff - no proper information about where the gym is or times of the restaurant/bar. We needed a quick stop in the city centre and this turned out to be a great location. I like to stay in Jurys Inn for the standard and type of rooms they offer (triple) and this was just as expected, clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel at all and don't like big breakfasts so avoided the charge for that (Starbucks just across the road). Would definitely recommend

Although the price is reasonable our room was very unclean, there was a dark stain down the wall and what looked to be dried sick on one of the beds. The shower head was spraying left right and center and the window curtain had black marks on. Although I did manage to have a decent night's sleep and staff were friendly the lack of cleanliness was a really let down.

My room was missing a curtain! In the middle of summer, overlooking Bradford City centre. After an hour, at almost midnight the staff gave up on trying to fix it and just shrugged their shoulders. I was staying here on business. This is centrally located hotel with comfortable and well equipped rooms including iron and board. Although just of main road the sound insulation is good. There is an NCP car park, with hotel discounted rate, less that 300m from hotel. It closes between midnight and 6am so secure or inconvenient depending on how you look at it. Although a typical Jury's hotel the friendly and helpful staff made a great effort to make me feel welcome.
