Staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful, with good humour. One was on reception the evening when we arrived at 9.30pm - she was on again the next morning at breakfast having begun her next shift at 6.00am! The rooms were standard Holiday Inn Express - very comfortable bed, clean, reasonably furnished room. A standard buffet breakfast. You have to pay to park in the adjacent multi-storey car park. There is some inevitable city centre noise, though nothing too bad. All in all, very acceptable,... Read more

Have stayed here a couple of times when in Bradford on business and have always found it to be satisfactory. Car park confusing at first but head to level 4 and u at the same level as hotel entrance. Situated in leisure complex which offers a variety of restaurants which is good as no lunch or dinner available in hotel. Rooms clean and presentable plus an ideal size. Bed comfortable enough and a selection of soft and firm pillows. Breakfast basic but enough to give a reasonable selection. My ... Read more

Great location with excellent access to all amenities - situated next to restaurants, cinema and leisure centre, less than 10 min to shopping centres, 5 min to train station! My self and three others visited this hotel on 13th May 2016. We were going to the Alhambra theatre, and stayed for one night. The location was perfect, a 5minute walk from the railway station, and a 10 minute stroll to the theatre. Everything at the hotel was faultless, from the cleanliness, to the staff, to the food! Our rooms were spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the buffet style breakfast had something for everyone. We were all highly satisfied an... Read more

Friendly efficient staff. Very good customer service. HIE Bradford is very well located in the city centre. Parking, public transport, cinemas, theatre, pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Comfortable room. Breakfast was good, with staff working hard to maintain the service. Would certainly return.

The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. There are tea & coffee facilities in the rooms and if you require extra coffee, tea, sugar or milks you only have to ask at reception. Coach parking in secure place under ground. The hotel Is in the top of the tower. Room 409 had a cold shower, so had it changed to 408, a nicer view, and offer of a free drink at the bar. Got offered a double whiskey when I went to the bar, and had a great conversation with Weronika who was wonderful throughout my stay. Hamid the other reception was also great. Rooms are nice and spacious. And the hotel was so quite whilst I was there.

Stayed at this hotel twice and on both occasions it was excellent. Very well positioned for the town centre, walking distance to bars, restaurants and the theatre and very cheap convenient parking. (£4 for 24 hours). The staff are really friendly and helpful and I wish they would train the staff at the Leeds Armouries to be more customer friendly! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and very good value.

I stay here regularly because the IHG loyalty scheme is great. Avoid a room which looks onto the main road as its noisy. Staff are always very helpful. I've never had a member of staff be unhelpful or attentive. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. Not many cereals to choose from. I don't eat the cooked breakfast so can't comment. Coffee is rubbish but I'm a bit snobby about coffee.

Good location for all routes around and out of the city. Everything you'd expect from Holiday Inn Express. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff. Stayed one night on business. Very reasonable mid week rate and had a comfortable and clean room. My husband and I stayed here while visiting a friend in the area. We have never stayed in a Holiday Inn Express before (in Australia they are quite expensive) but this one was so cheap. The room was spacious and the shower was nice but sleep quality was not. There were kids running up and down the halls at midnight and other guests deciding to have conversations in the early hours of the morning. The hotel is well situated for people using public transport being only a stone's throw from Bradford Interchange. As with just about all of the big chain hotels there are no surprises although we found our room to be a bit on the warm side. The breakfast was more than adequate but the coffee was disappointing coming from one of those multidrink dispensing thingies. We found the staff here to be professional throughout.

There is a sofa bed with King or queen bed. Around the mall, there is Broadway Bradford Mall, cineplex, bowling alley and many hallal restaurants. The parking for Hoiday inn express is located level 4 and it cost £10 per week to park car. Really convenient and great ????????

I stayed here before when travelling before on business, found it again okay and hoped they had a room which they did! Still had my details on file from the last time I stayed and even put me in the same room which was nice, couldn't have been a coincidence as it is huge! Large, clean room, staff were pleasant and the breakfast was also good and hot. £80 wasn't too bad for city centre (IMO), parking was close as well in the multi storey. Decent hotel.

Booked it for family members. Was very noisy at night however expected it to be since it is off the main road. Bedding was clean howrver fpund few stains on the chair and carpet. There is a kettle ans an iron in the room that is alwaya a great addition. Breakfast selection was poor. Room was clean. Would recommend

Stayed here with hubby after going to see Mary Poppins at the Alhambra Theatre. It was very near the train station . Check in was smooth and friendly , the room was clean , warm and comfortable. The breakfast was good the next morning , for £52 you can't go wrong !!.
