Staff where very helpful. When we arrived we where given an adjoining room and could here fully the conversation going on behind the door, even though the occupants weren't using raised voices so we asked to move rooms. This wasn't a problem, although we where moved to a smaller room at the back of the hotel. The rooms themselves where very clean and comfortable. I attended a charity fund raiser last night in the Bronte Suite of the Bradford Hotel. The room was freezing with no heating despite the weather being unusually cold. I asked a staff member if we could have some heat but it didn't happen. I wore my coat throughout the evening! If you must go there wear your thermals.

Went to a charity event at The Bradford Hotel last night. NO HEATING so freezing cold and they were asked to put some heating on 3 times but ignored. NO BEER, which for a big hotel is ridiculous. Staff could'nt care less. The only reason 2 out of 5 is the buffet which was ok. This hotel has had a bad reputation with locals for years and this experience does nothing to improve that.

Stayed with my two children for a function we were attending. Central location, helpful staff, great choice for breakfast, reasonable rate. Had to wait for our room to be ready even though we arrived after check in time, advised it would be an hour but they sorted it within 15 mins. No temperature controls in the room so it was boiling at night, but this was my third stay and would go back again.

We were just passing through Bradford and wanted some lunch without having Indian food pushed at us. Looking through the window the restaurant looked inviting, a man was standing at the entrance to the bar/restaurant area, on asking him if we could get some food, he told us that if we sat in the bar area, bar food would be available, we looked at the bar menu and decided it would be OK. Staying at the Bradford hotel, as part of a coach holiday. Day one was fairly good-no complaints about the service or evening meal on Friday 5 August, and no complaints about the breakfast on Saturday 6 August.
