Fantastic weekend away. good sized clean room, whole hotel was clean. Staff were very attentive and friendly, especially reception, spa, and breakfast. Not bad value for money, stayed in cheaper hotels but this was well worth the money.

Great rooftop terrace with views sadly faces north so not sunny. Food well prepared but standard international menu service good. Great for an afternoon cocktail in the summer on the terrace. Nice modern decor and service good

New hotel, very centrally located a short walk from pier and beach. Rooms are large and have all expected appointments. Ours was facing the main road which meant that we could hear the music from the nightclubs late into the night. Not the hotel's fault, but something to note if you are planning on staying. Hotel also seemed to have some small growing pains. Elevator was painfully slow, executive lounge was too small for the number of people they sold access to it and room keys worked inte... Read more

Lovely, modern, clean hotel. Had a touch of luxury to the feel. Very busy - lots of children surprisingly. Room was nice - 2 x double beds would have been nice given the star rating. We chose the 5th floor and had a balcony overlooking the front. Could see the Sea from the side and a great view of central Bournemouth. It was very loud at night though -maybe avoid this on the weekend if you want to sleep! The Sky Bar was packed and like a night club - open to the public so walked in and b... Read more

What a class act! From the minute we walked into the lobby I knew we had made the right choice. A warm welcome, stunning decor, and first class service from start to finish from every staff member. The food was fabulous with very generous portions and what a treat to see it being cooked in front of you - I just loved the open kitchen - and having a banter with the chefs who clearly love what they do. Thank you Hilton Bournemouth - we will be back - I need to try to Spa next time!

We booked a room with a balcony. On arrival I thought wow this is lovely until I went into the bathroom and seen what looked like sick on the wall. I rang reception and she apologised and said she would send housekeeping up straight away. We went out but when we got back it was still there so I rang again. This time they cleaned it. Not good enough as we paid a lot of money to stay here. However the hotel is fabulous and the sky bar views were great at night. We didn't get chance to use the spa ... Read more

This hotel is about 1 year old. It is very near the BIC and the beach. About a 2 minute walk. The hotel is very luxurious and has beautiful huge bedrooms with everything you need. TV which you can also hear in the bathroom. It has the usual stuff that all Hiltons have. We had an Executive room on he 6th floor so we had the extra amenities. That gives you access to the Executive Lounge on the 2nd floor. It has a TV there and desks and PC access. In the evening you can have a light meal in there p... Read more

Had a family meal at the Schpoons and Forx restaurant and both the food and service was fantastic for a large group. We had after dinner drinks in the Sky Bar which again was brilliant. Has a good selection of cocktails and some nice beers. The view from the balcony is amazing. Highly recommended.

We wanted to visit a few places in the general area of New Forest, Dorset, Hampshire so this was a good place to stay. New hotel with quirky furnishings. Room was reasonable size, comfortable, bed and linen all good quality. Shower not very powerful but ok. Had dinner twice in Schpoons and forx. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was good quality, beautifully cooked and presented. Breakfast in there was a buffet with a good variety. Delicious omelette prepared to order. We had access to the Exec... Read more

The Hilton in Bournemouth is a modern hotel with interior furnishings designed by Ted Baker. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped with a lovely comfortable bed. We stayed there over the weekend to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very close to the town centre, the beach and main pier and Bournemouth International Centre. There are many restaurants close by and the hotel has its own restaurant which offers a good meal.

We have just returned from a weekend away and stayed at the Hilton. The hotel is modern with quirky interior furnishings, all of good quality. We booked a king guest room and a twin guest room. Both rooms were large and bright with comfortable beds and good quality bed linen. The room was spotless and well maintained. Comfortable chairs and a little fridge to keep water or wine cold. The bathroom had a large walk in shower, again good quality fittings, spotlessly clean and lovely fluffy towel... Read more

On a family visit we went to the Level 8 Sky Bar for afternoon tea as we had heard it was good. It certainly didn't disappoint. Although the bar was quiet, we felt welcomed and were very well looked after. The sandwiches were imaginative but very tasty and the cakes and scones were light and delicious. The presentation was quirky but effective. We ordered tea but then progressed on to Prosecco. The price was a bit steep but as long as you are prepared for that, the overall experience was very ... We have been to the above for lunch today, I must admit to check out what the food was like for a visit and overnight stay next month. We weren't disappointed the food was well above expectation and the staff were so very nice, being lunchtime they weren't rushed off there feet so cann't pass comment if they were very busy, but it was so nice to have a waiter that had time to chat to us. I look forward to our stay next month.

This Hilton opened in December 2015. As a Diamond Member I was asked if I wanted anything extra upon arrival. I asked for extra towels which I did not get, so I had to call housekeeping. We stayed there three nights and every day I had to request two face cloths. I was offered breakfast in either the executive lounge or the restaurant Schpoons & Forx. The first two days I went to the restaurant and couldn't get a cup of decaf coffee. They said they were out. The wait staff speaks very poo... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for long week end whilst running half marathon and it exceeded my expectations. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and everything looks new. Bar on the roof is amazing for coffee or cocktail. Its also dog friendly which was great and the best thing is I never heard any barking or unpleasant behavior, my dog loved it too!

Me and my partner decided to try this restaurant out as we live in Bournemouth and still hadn't been!! We arrived early so we chilled out in the level 8 sky bar with a drink, lovely atmosphere up there and very attentive staff! 5 stars for up there! We then went down to the restaurant, it was a special occasion so we decided to have starters too! However don't think this was the best idea as we ended up waiting an hour for our food. We didn't want to rush our evening so we were okay waiting, how... Read more

I stayed in a room with a balcony for one night on business. The hotel is new and very well appointed with quirky fittings such as two wooden park benches outside the lifts. Good attention to detail. The 8th floor bar is a must. Really enthusiastic staff. The receptionist raved about the suites. She said I must try one. And I probably will. This hotel is really very good!

Very nice relaxing stay. Booked a room as we were attending the Pop4Diebetes annual Charity Ball which was a great evening for a very good cause. Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the hotel. Will stay again :)
