Friendly staff at reception helped me to get to my room as a early check in. I needed to get some lunch before a meeting so headed into the bar to get a quick sandwich which took time to prepare and was not very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was satisfactory. Worth visiting but give the bar food a miss.

Clean room and communal areas. A good breakfast service, rather than buffet fried eggs and scrambled eggs I was able to order freshly poached eggs. However, I did not think it was good value at £120 a night for a bog standard double room.

Had a lovely visit to Belfast on Saturday night with my Husband. The reception staff on arrival were so friendly and had our room ready on check in. We paid extra to stay in the Executive rooms which were just beautiful and well worth the additional money. The decor in the rooms were really modern and had lots of little extras that made it more special and the bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in! I recently stayed at the Jury's Inn Hotel on the 1st of July, to my surprise the stay was very comfortable. The room itself was extremely quiet during the day and night, and the staff tended to my every whim. One in particular stood out by the name of William, i asked for a fan to cool me down due to the temperature being extremely humid, and he provided with said fan within minutes, even with a smile. We had a good service at the Jurys Inn. Very spacious and clean rooms with good facilities even though it was a standard room. We do not recommend to be next to the elevators because of the noise from other guests waking and talking near the elevators. But overall a great service and good breakfast in the morning.

It was a good experience. It was also the priciest stay of our two weeks in Ireland. Thankfully, i had to stay at this hotel for just one night since i had to catch an early flight in the morning. 1) The room itself is relatively poor and not appealing. 2) The TV did not function well. 3) The extractor in the bathroom was constantly on. We stayed one night in the Jurys Inn Belfast. The best thing about the hotel is it's very central location - a few minute's walk from Belfast center. The downside of the location is noise - from the street and from a carillon in the nearby church, playing in the early evening hours. The hotel itself appeared very old fashioned. Stayed for one night excellent central location within walking distance of city centre. The room however was quite stuffy lacked air conditioning and was noisy when windows opened. That said it was perfectly adequate for our needs for one night. We were not on a luxury trip. Ate in the restaurant both dinner and breakfast again perfectly adequate nothing fancy and perfectly adequate. The convenience of the hotel far outweighed any negatives. Totally recommend.

Great location, convenient to where we were going. Lovely hotel, dealt with same staff member at reception on check in and out, lovely girl, chatty and seemed interested in what we were doing. Lovely big and comfortable room. Only complaint was the heat, room was far too warm, no air conditioning and a window that only opens a small way.

Our stay was only brief on a busy Sunday but most pleasant and met with all our requirements. We had nothing but good vibes from all. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed. We parked our hired car in Castle Street car park as recommended by the Jury's Inn website. The hotel is conveniently located close the Victoria Square shopping centre and there are numerous other shops walking distance away. We walked to the Cathedral and the Waterfront.

Very clean & friendly staff. There was an issue with the delay on getting our food but it was sorted by the Manageress who gave us a discount on our meal. The bar staff were a little inexperienced & I think too young .

We enjoyed Jurys Inn for its great location in the middle of the city of Belfast. It is in close walking proximity to several sites around the city. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the hotel staff was very friendly. We had the continental breakfast, and it was very nice.

My partner booked this hotel through Alpha rooms, unfortunately they did not confirm this with Jurys. Jurys asked us if we had the confirmation form and by luck my partner had the confirmation on his phone. We visited Belfast to attend attend pride but waiting for a dicission about a room we missed most off the parade. Jurys done us proud and explained that they held rooms in the Europa and we got upgraded to 4 star. Many thanks Jurys. Unhappy with Alpha rooms.

Good breakfast to start your day, smallish rooms with no fridge to keep your beer cold. Close to all things that you need to do with the hop on hop off bus stop right out the front. The girls on the front desk need to learn a bit about what in walking distance from the hotel to recommend to people

Good hotel centrally located great breakfast. Inviting lobby good desk service. Close to pubs nightlife restaurant and shopping. convenience store across street quick food and regular restaurants close. Room nice a little older parking looked like a mess but we were on tour no car. Were a few large groups in hotel which mad the lobby briefly madhouse but they staggered the checkouts so went smoothly.

Ok so managed to visit Belfast on possibly the hottest day ever recorded! Hotel common areas were cool, however room was very warm. The fact there was no air conditioning, in room was the only negative I can offer. And in reality for 99% of time it's lacking would have gone unnoticed, just I was there on the day it was mid 30c Room clean, fresh and of quality. Staff helpful and friendly Hotel clean and well presented Would stay again

Had a brilliant stay at Jurys Inn yet again! Was here for a hen party at the weekend and I can safely say that all 6 of us had a brilliant stay! The stag allocated us 3 rooms next to one and other which was very handy. We had drinks in the bar throughout the day and breakfast the next morning both were fab. Yet again have to comment on the great location in being centre to Belfast meant it was easy to get to nearby Victoria square and we ended up in Robinsons bar across the road at the end of th... Spent two nights here earlier in the month. Having stayed here twice before on previous trips up north I knew the central location of the hotel would come in for handy as a base from which to explore Belfast. In fact we went on an Antrim coast trip with Allens tours and the coach picked us up from right outside the door of the hotel. So close to shops, pubs and restaurants the only downside for me is the fact that the hotel does not have a carpark so parking comes with additional costs although ... Read more

I stayed a one week in Jurys in august 2016 and I enjoyed very well the hotel. It was in short distance from the center of Belfast and we didnt neet taxi or bus to visit most of the museums and remarkable items in Belfast. Just a two minutes walk to the Europa bus centre. On the ground floor was a fine bar. The staff provided excellent service. The room was fine. Noise from the traffic from the window but we slept despite that.
