Friendly staff at reception helped me to get to my room as a early check in. I needed to get some lunch before a meeting so headed into the bar to get a quick sandwich which took time to prepare and was not very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was satisfactory. Worth visiting but give the bar food a miss.

Clean room and communal areas. A good breakfast service, rather than buffet fried eggs and scrambled eggs I was able to order freshly poached eggs. However, I did not think it was good value at £120 a night for a bog standard double room.

Had a lovely visit to Belfast on Saturday night with my Husband. The reception staff on arrival were so friendly and had our room ready on check in. We paid extra to stay in the Executive rooms which were just beautiful and well worth the additional money. The decor in the rooms were really modern and had lots of little extras that made it more special and the bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in! I recently stayed at the Jury's Inn Hotel on the 1st of July, to my surprise the stay was very comfortable. The room itself was extremely quiet during the day and night, and the staff tended to my every whim. One in particular stood out by the name of William, i asked for a fan to cool me down due to the temperature being extremely humid, and he provided with said fan within minutes, even with a smile. We had a good service at the Jurys Inn. Very spacious and clean rooms with good facilities even though it was a standard room. We do not recommend to be next to the elevators because of the noise from other guests waking and talking near the elevators. But overall a great service and good breakfast in the morning.

It was a good experience. It was also the priciest stay of our two weeks in Ireland. Thankfully, i had to stay at this hotel for just one night since i had to catch an early flight in the morning. 1) The room itself is relatively poor and not appealing. 2) The TV did not function well. 3) The extractor in the bathroom was constantly on. Nice, quaint place to stay. The location is great and you are in walking distance from just about everything. Rooms can be very warm though as there is no air and the windows don't open very far- if there is no breeze, it can get suffocating.

Stayed for one night excellent central location within walking distance of city centre. The room however was quite stuffy lacked air conditioning and was noisy when windows opened. That said it was perfectly adequate for our needs for one night. We were not on a luxury trip. Ate in the restaurant both dinner and breakfast again perfectly adequate nothing fancy and perfectly adequate. The convenience of the hotel far outweighed any negatives. Totally recommend.

Lovely big and comfortable room. Only complaint was the heat, room was far too warm, no air conditioning and a window that only opens a small way.

Our stay was only brief on a busy Sunday but most pleasant and met with all our requirements. We had nothing but good vibes from all. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed. We parked our hired car in Castle Street car park as recommended by the Jury's Inn website. The hotel is conveniently located close the Victoria Square shopping centre and there are numerous other shops walking distance away. We walked to the Cathedral and the Waterfront.

Jurys asked us if we had the confirmation form and by luck my partner had the confirmation on his phone. We visited Belfast to attend attend pride but waiting for a dicission about a room we missed most off the parade. Jurys done us proud and explained that they held rooms in the Europa and we got upgraded to 4 star. Many thanks Jurys. Unhappy with Alpha rooms.

Hotel was booked as it claimed to have parking, it does not and you will pay to park in local 3rd party parking. I made a stand and got parking in the staff area at the back of the hotel. Otherwise a good hotel, clean basic amenities and pleasant staff.

Good location within a short walk from the main square. The hop on tour buses start right outside the hotel which is convenient. Rooms are comfortable & clean. Bathrooms are a bit dated but clean. Tip: get a front room as the view is better. At the back, the view is of the dirty laundry storage in the rear courtyard. The reception staff were very helpful & printed our boarding cards for our return journey. There's a public car park behind the hotel. Tip: Leave before 10am for cheaper overnight... Read more

Very nice room. A lot of TV channels, fine bathroom, Great location. Traveled from Listowel to be there. Quick and easy service. Only problem was i only got like a 20% discount on the car park, thought I would have gotten more off seeing as i stayed in the hotel, but overall Jurys is very good.

The only fault I have is that when I lifted down the extra pillows that where in a plastic zip bag...the dust was thick on the bag and blew everywhere. Other than that we had a lovely stay and would book again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Nearby parking was about $12 for 24 hours or $6 about 7 minutes walk away. The staff were excellent and were quick to respond to any needs. There was limited liquor and beer selections available. Overall a good experience.

Excellent experience at this hotel. Very good location in the centre of the city, within walking distance from Belfast Central Bus terminal and train station, very well connected by bus routes to various sight seeing places, and very easy to get cabs since the cab parking is just outside the hotel. The hotel staff went out of their way to tell us the shortest and fastest route to any of the destinations we wanted to visit. Cabs are relatively cheap, and if you are 2 or more persons, cab is more ... Read more

Travelled for business, 3 nights, Hotel is clean and tidy and access to rooms/floors is easy and security controlled by requiring a scan of your room key before you can access the guest bedroom floors. The Hotel itself is slightly dated, there is no air conditioning and it can be stuffy, however due to being in the city centre, opening your window to let in air means that the peace and quiet of the room is banished to honks and sirens due to the busy traffic outside. If there was air conditionin... Read more

Jurys Inn is very well located, walking distance to many places and attraction in the city. Good value for money if you are not looking for much. Breakfast was fair but not great. My friend's room was just near the cleaning staff room so the noise starts early in morning.

The hotel itself is placed in a very accessible location - 8mins walk from city centre and shops. Nearby are small pubs and tesco express. Rooms are clean. Some of them have biscuits and water. All of them have coffee and teas. Most of the rooms are more than warm and the bed is not the comfiest but I guess it's just a case of my back. Had no problems whatsoever with them and I stayed with them lots of times during past 2 months. And definitely would recommend it for anything. The only thing I w... Read more

Stayed here one night during a recent trip through Ireland. The front lobby directed us to the secure, nearby parking and as soon as we mentioned interest in a Black Taxi Mural Tour, they set one up. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast not included in our economy rate, but for £5 each we were able to take advantage of a great customer continental breakfast. Loved this city and Jury's is extremely comfortable and convenient to everything downtown.

My only serious problem with this hotel is the noise which affects the bedrooms. I was first assigned a room with a connecting door to the neighbouring room. One could distinctly hear every word spoken by the neighbours. I protested at reception and was given a room at the back of the hotel facing into a courtyard. Air-conditioning units started and stopped intermittently during the night and woke me up repeatedly. From about 6.30 a.m. in the morning, there was a dreadful racket generated b... Read more

Excellent restaurants are a short stroll away. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast has what you'd expect - all the usual items for a full cooked breakfast and they'll make you an omelette if you ask. All in all very good... Read more

We were so thankful that they could book us in after having to endure 1 night at the dump of Diamond apartments. The lovely reception staff made us immediately feel welcome and Sandra I believe was more than happy to help us with directions to places we wanted to go. She also stored our bags until we were able to return and check into our room. Room was lovely and spacious for there being 3 of us. Nice and clean too. Great location to everything and good value.

Very pleasant stay in a wonderfully quiet room with the most comfortable bed! Could have stayed for weeks. Had a small issue with the television in my original room and so had to swap rooms - very kind staff gave me an upgrade for the inconvenience and I have never slept better. Location was also great although didn't have a huge amount of time to explore, I had a lovely sunny walk to the Titanic Quarter and an excellent couple of pub and restaurant visits - wonderful!

I had an issue with J.I. before I stayed, I won't bore you with details, however; after speaking to them they resolved it with a room upgrade (up to executive) and seeing as it was for our 15th anniversary; we got some complimentary drinks. So I/we were happy with this. They've got friendly / welcoming staff. The beds are really comfortable and the room decor is smart with the usual amenities (tea/coffee making, desk/mirror /wardrobe, table & a safe) and we had plugs either side of the bed too... I enjoyed my stay in the Jury's. It has been a while and I think it is much improved. The overall environment is very pleasant. My room at the back of the hotel was spacious and quiet and I had a bath. Access to the lifts is by key card which is a good safety feature. The breakfast buffet is not extensive but the cooked breakfast is better than many hotels in the area, and seemed to be fresh and refreshed regularly.

The hotel was very central which was great. However charging 218£ or 260? for a room in a 3 star hotel is EXTORTION! For that cost I would have expected a far surperior room. The room we got, 238, was very basic. I have stayed in a suite in 5 star hotels in London, New York and Vegas for not much more than I was charged at your hotel. While I understand you were capitalising on the holiday season and Black Friday I think charging this rate is disgraceful. The room was also incredibly warm wi... Read more

The location is very good and the rooms are fine. The rooms are tired and could do with some TLC but for a three star no complaints The issues I had were with noise from hotel activity and the lack of any personal interaction with staff at breakfast. In addition your breakfast is bland and does not reflect the best of Irish food please be more Irish than British.

The housekeeper was lovely. Thank you.
