Stayed here over the Xmas period. Typical 3 star. No WOW factor. Hotel clean.TV in room had plenty of TV stations. Coffee/tea making facilites in room. Buffet breakfast. About 20 minutes walk to Belfast City Hall. Big turn off was no safe in room!! What the hell?? Come on, what hotels don't have this these days. Best turn on was the secured on site free car park.Brilliant!!

all the staff were helpful and courteous nothing being too much trouble room was large and spacious with drink making facilities the breakfast selection was good catering for a light start or a full on fry up also available in the evenings were bar meal at reasonable prices wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this hotel close enough to the centre and close to many eating places all in all an enjoyable 4 days

As is my habit, I checked the terrible reviews first. If you believed these, you wouldn't stay here ever. I booked a two night stay through the corporate website, and was given a very good rate. I had driven past many times, but never through the front door. We arrived slightly too early for check in, but we're offered a jug of water whilst we waited for the rooms Bedrooms were fine. Slightly tired beds, but still ok. Could be upgraded to 5 foot wide like Premier Inns. Shower in bathroom wa... Read more

We stayed here as a group for New years Eve, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast. The Staff are very friendly and helpful and the room comes with a buffet breakfast and there is a great selection. There is on site parking and the rooms are lovely with the bed very comfortable. The hotel is not far from the centre and I just wish we had booked two nights instead of one. We shall be back???

For a three star I was amazed at the quality of everything during our stay. Hotel was immaculately clean, room was modern and fresh. Breakfast was everything you would need. Front desk staff could have been slightly more friendly and the beds were only double not king size. Overall an excellent hotel.

Good hotel, booked in advance and got a great price and it included breakfast. Breakfast was good, buffet style, eat what you wanted. Rooms were comfy. Shower was good. Staff good and free parking for hotel guests!

A nice choice for those who love practical comforts! It is exactly one minute from the bus station, and 5 minutes walking from the center. Classical Irish architecture from the outside, and modern interior. Acceptable WIFI, great beds, great great beds and TV with many choices. On the downsides: the breakfast was ok, not bad not good, you could say borring, and they kept closing the heating! We had to call them twice the day and ask the reception turn on the heating!

The room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and the location is ideal. Plenty of things to do within walking distance and good links by public transport. We especially liked the ice machine in reception and the breakfast was great too.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. The hawaiian pizza 7/10, the fries 6/10. Breakfast 7/10. Thats the facts. I do struggle with the hotels in Belfast that have more comfy beds and better quality when they charge 110 room only and 12 for breakfast compared to 69 all in. Its not far into the city centre from here and a large saving can be made. The area is full of students which adds a vibrancy to it. Its nice.

Booked 2 double & one family room for 8 of us (6 Adults & 2 teens) Rooms were spotless, TV channels adequate, quiet at rear of the hotel. Plenty of towels provided and two pillows per person. We had dinner there, while there was ample food served I would rate the dinner as "ok" nothing special. It was served in a friendly manner but we missed out on desert as it was 5 minutes after the kitchen orders closed (20:50) no exceptions. Breakfast again was a good selection, usual cereal, beacon, scram... Read more
