Stayed for two nights in an Executive room for a leisure break. Only 10 minutes from Belfast City Airport by taxi (cost approx £10) the hotel is conveniently located, right next to the river and about 5 minutes walk from the city centre shopping area. The Titanic Experience is a twenty minute walk away. Food and accomodation were of good standard. The room was quiet despite overlooking the railway. The breakfast was very good. Overall, a good base for a short visit to Belfast.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, helpful staff.. Particularly one lovely girl on the reception.. Sigita I think her name was.. Couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. We've stayed in other Hilton hotels before and a lot of them have a sky bar which I think this hotel would benefit from with it been on the riverside, another downfall is there isn't FREE wifi but overall a lovely hotel.

The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. The bedrooms are spotless and very well equipped. The breakfast was honestly the nicest I've ever had in a hotel. Just be aware that parking is charged at £18 per night, very expensive in my opinion.

Staff are very pleasant and service orientated but this hotel is in a big need of a total refurb. The rooms are dated and tired even after an attempt to vamp them up a bit was made. Attention to detail was missing as the rubbish bin from the previous guest had not been emptied, and a few cob webs lurked about the room. A/C very noisy! Also very expensive for what it is and there are better hotels in walking distance.

Even from before our arrival, they were the most courteous and helpful staff we have met. What you expect with a Hilton Hotel. Clean, comfortable. Free wifi, at least with Hilton Honors program, Front desk staff very helpful. The weak point was the restaurant called Sonoma. We had dinner there over the weekend and the device was slow, even with very limited customers. About 30 minutes just to get water. The food took another 30 minutes and it was not worth the wait. Worst meal of our stay in Ireland. The hotel itself would have been a 4, but the restaurant was a big miss.

The service was terrific from top to bottom, but the first room we were assigned (on the third floor) were really poor. Poorly maintained, with a constantly clicking electrical circuit in the bathroom (for razors), and the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in a western hotel. It was also terribly noisy, with noise from the street and the ballroom below. Nice room. If you have a car you must pay extra (£18/24 hours). Wireless internet in the rooms is also an extra charge unless you're in the Hilton Honours programme. Breakfast was v disappointing. The scrambled egg was dreadful - made from powder? The tea and coffee was terrible and there was a real problem trying to get a bowl for the cereal, a plate for the hot food, etc. The staff were friendly but weren't keeping an eye on the basics...

I stayed here on a work trip and got to take in the Titanic museum and other famous sites. The staff were friendly and inviting. The hotel was clean and and they had an outstanding breakfast with a typical European spread. I really enjoyed Belfast and would like to take my family here on a hot summer day in the south. The hotel was very nice. Great location for walking into town, the rooms were spacious, clean and sound proof. My absolute favorite about this hotel was the hotel restaurant for dinner. The menu was not big and it took a while to get your food but once you got it, you knew why you waited. The dishes were superb! You could tell the pride and work the chef put into it. Complaints about the car park are apparently common and the poor receotion desk staff at the Hilton simply agree and say they can do nothing about it which l am sure is true but an hotel chain as big as Hilton ... Central location, 10 mins from City airport. Typical Hilton, everything you would expect. Friendly staff at check in. Conferences facilities and catering were good. Gym but no pool or spa. Belfast is an interesting and vibrant city and well worth a visit.

On arrival there was a strong urine smell, when we complained a housekeeper was sent who put some toilet gel in toilet, this did not help. Hairs on bathroom scale and water wouldn't go down the plughole, on removal of the plug oh wow I have never seen so much hair and grime. Housekeepers in this hotel need retraining... Came away feeling we had spent the night in a dirty hotel. Definitely not Hilton standard and not worth the money!

Attended for business meetings several times over month. No atmosphere although staff attentive. Meeting rooms very warm with no ventilation. Apparently controlled centrally. Food quality adequate but overpriced. Would be nice if Hilton offered free or reduced price parking if staying or using hotel.

Some good and bad on our stay. Good Incredibly comfortable bed. Evening meal tasty. Night staff friendly and helpful. Housekeeping accommodating and helpful. Great location Bad Had emailed front desk manager Kieran a request, unsurprisingly hadn't got back again. Shower is old and tired and not v powerful...for a 4 star hotel expect better. Would stay again but not up to my expectations or what I have come to expect from Hilton chain

Hiltns are apways good, here at the Hi,ton Belfast the staff are superb, very friendly, helpful and informative. The room was huge as they upgraded me, the room was clean, had a mini bar with drinks and snacks, tea and coffee in room, iron & Board. Great parking, close to city and waterfront. I had dinner and lunch in the bar, traditional Irish foods, the Costa coffee was fab and the wide range of beers.. You can't fail here come on down.

Stayed in the Hilton Belfast prior to the Rod Stewart concert on the 15 November. The hotel is centrally located and very near the SSE arena. Reception area is very spacious and welcoming. Tracy checked us in and I must say that she was brilliant. She made me feel very welcome and was polite, helpful and friendly. I was in a brilliant room (thank you Tracey) with spectacular views. The room was very big and spotlessly clean. The bed was so cosy I didn't want to leave. The bar staff were very fri... Read more

Ok, this is definitely more of a business hotel, well located, with adequate business amenities. My wife stayed there for a week on business, and I joined for few days too. It is still typical tired Hilton, a little boring. Service was hit or miss, generally good, but with missteps. To be objective, staff handled the problems with the first room well, and upgraded us to corner room with better views, and access to Executive Lounge. That was nice touch, and Lounge is quite good too, as long as y... Read more

OK. First the good: An efficient conference venue. Well situated near to the town centre and to the river. Some helpful staff. Inoffensive decor. Good pillows! And the less good: Some miserable staff. I don't want to befriend anyone at the desk, but a half-smile would not have gone amiss at some points. The first room I was given had a view of something like the Berlin wall outside its window and a droning vent outside in the void. It also had a malfunctioning tap which couldn't cope with the ... This was our first time staying in the Hilton Belfast, and having read some of the negative reviews we as a family of four were a little apprehensive. However on arrival all was forgotten. We were greeted at reception by Eileen, who was very welcoming. Our two rooms were beautiful. One looking out over the river the other overlooking the city. Rooms very clean,tea/coffee making facilities etc all good. Met a lovely waitress in the executive lounge Dominique, you would go there each evening j... Read more

I had significant trouble with the internet all week. I kept loosing connection to my laptop and the wired connection was not working either. The staff was not helpful to resolve it, after several attempts I gave up on getting staff help. The room had a terrible smell as well.

My wife & had a restaurant booking in 'Ox' & decided to book an overnight stay in Belfast. We stayed overnight on a B&B basis. The hotel is lovely & our bedroom overlooking the river was perfect. Breakfast was really superb & we couldn't fault anything. What made our stay even more special were the Hilton staff. From the moment we arrived until departure they where all enthusiastic, professional & friendly- a real credit to all. Thankyou

On check in Diamond status was acknowledged, advised that comp breakfast could be had in the main restaurant and that although upgrade was not available (Irish dancing tournament in Waterfront Hall next door so hotel was fully booked) access to executive lounge was available. Room was a good size and nicely designed with a view over the river Lagan. No issues with cleanliness or housekeeping. Executive lounge is on the 11th floor and provides great views of the city but unfortunately after that ... Read more
