Stayed for a work visit, very convenient to work office and city airport and would definitely use again. Staff extremely friendly. Just a shame that I didn't get a chance to appreciate the view from my room due to the lack of daylight hours in January.

Great Hotel and staff very pleasant. Our christmas dinner was lovely and everyone got their meal together. The hotel rooms are brilliant and ours had a view over Belfast, it was great not too walk far to the city centre.

We stayed in the Belfast Hilton for two days between Christmas and New Yearâ??s Eve. From the moment we arrived we felt there was something wrong with the running of this hotel. We arrived at 4.00 pm and there was a queue at reception which stretched across the foyer to the front door. Only 2 of the 4 reception desks were manned. The couple checking in ahead of us were told that their room was not ready. They were asked to wait in the bar but were offered a free drink. Breakfast is served ... Read more

Booked 2 nights here for a break away plus extra rooms for business associates for one night. We had an executive room which was lovely and had a very large bed (my only complaint was the pillows were very thin and soft) we had use of the lounge also. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good although a bit cool, food in the bar was also very good. All in all a good experience.

Booked a deluxe room on 8th floor with view over the River Laggan. A very comfortable stay further enhanced by a delicious breakfast and really great staff. Particularly enjoyed a quiet evening in Cable's bar. Our waitress was so very friendly and welcoming and mixed some delicious cocktails for us. A lovely relaxing treat after the rush of the festive season. Belfast generally feels like such a friendly city with people really making you feel like very welcome visitors to their city. Shame ... Stayed about three years ago and the standard is not as good.Staff friendly, room was a bit worn..told we had a city view..that was the waterfront roof! Also stains on bed balance. We weren't informed anout mini bar being locked. Bar staff very friendly. ...breakfast was plentiful but cooked breakfast wasn't that warm.

Convenient location next to the waterfront, but within walking distance of Titanic exhibition and close to city centre shops and across from the main train station. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful - service with a smile certainly applied here!
