Perfect for me, had spicy hot wings for an evening meal, nice latte. Had a good nights rest, then courtesy van took me to the heliport. Found it to be very clean & modern. The sound proofing helps, never heard a thing.

The hotel was full when we arrive, which is a good sign. Good price, room, very neat and people at reception very friendly. we watch the football, have a beer and order food. it took a while for a Chiken Tikka but was good. Went to bed and had a very good night sleep till the breakfast. Woke up at 4 as I had to be at the airport by 5am and got told breakfast started at 4h30 so was there,, the AF crew arrived. thing were not ready but by 4h35 all was open. Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is modern, with ample parking and good comfortable, clean (but small) rooms. Everything you might expect from a new 'business' quality budget hotel. The hotel is in an ideal location for the Airport, a 5 minute walk under a largely covered walkway, which you will appreciate if visiting at any time of the year in this 'most drizzly' city. You just need to find somewhere else that does food, because the food quality here is very poor. Breakfast was limited a... Read more

We stayed last night because we were on a flight leaving 06.40. The Hotel is "newish" so nice and fresh, the room and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly, some looked a little bit overworked in the Bar area. I know the Hotel is 3*, but I do like a porter to help with my luggage, we had 4 suitcases, so not easy to get them to the room. Also it would be handy to have a trolley to push the bags to the airport. The hotel is ideal for the airport, just a short walk to the terminal, very eas... Read more

Booked to stay the previous evening due to an early flight next morning. Room was very clean and quiet. Tea coffee available in the room which was great. Went down early next morning good choice of cereal ,buns etc and 3 hot food items more than enough to set us up for the day. Would visit again when I next need a hotel at the airport

Booked this package ready for an early morning holiday flight. Package allowed us 15 nights parking at the hotel whilst on holiday. Unlike others, where they move your car to another car park, your car stays in the hotel park where you park it. Quite a new hotel so everything is bright and fresh. Ideally situated (5 minute walk) for the airport most of which is undercover. Breakfast started early so we managed to grab a bite to eat before heading for a 05:00 check in.

I checked two clients into the Holiday Inn express at Aberdeen airport and alarm bells were ringing straight away, One of my clients is in a wheelchair we approached reception which had two staff on duty one of whom was checking in another guest although three of us stood not three feet from the receptionist we were completely ignored for a couple of minutes so I decided to time this and fully seven minutes past before any member of staff acknowledged our presence , I find this level of rudeness... Standard Holiday inn express you know what to expect and it delivered nice and modern clean rooms staff ok but not as friendly as the holiday inn at the aecc in Aberdeen. One issue we had was a £5 charge for parking which in my opinion is not openly displayed on the web site when booking, the charge is there but you have to look for it.

Whilst in the Aberdeen area, i stayed here overnight for one night. I have to say, Holiday Inn's have come a long way. I remember the days of horrible rooms, crap beds and just not a care in the worlds from the cleaners to the receptionists - that was at several places in the past!! Not now. This place had nice rooms, well designed and cheap! We arrived fairly late and there was no food as restaurant was closed. My husband and I have just returned from a 2-night stay. hotel was very comfortable, good food and service. No sound from adjacent airport. However, poor signage (Satnav didn't pick up postcode or Address) meant we spent an hour driving around the airport area trying to reach the hotel and incurring an airport car park charge for transit. It was very frustrating as we could see the hotel, just couldn't get there. Eventually I got out of car, walked to the hotel where I was given driving dire... Read more

I came on a business trip but took my family too. The hotel was nice and new with great breakfast options included. We had one big room for 2 and a standard room for 3 which felt a bit lopsided. There were some minor issues in the room with the sink not draining and limited storage for clothes. Overall it was fine. The hotel appears to be mainly used by men travelling through Aberdeen airport and whilst we debated the restaurant it did not feel like a great place to go with our children. Staff w... Read more

I stayed here with work in July and found the hotel adequate to my needs. Rooms were basic but had all the facilities required. The staff were friendly and happy to help with any queries. The bar prices were a little expensive but expected as on the airport. The Hotel only serves food of an evening and the selection is poor and overpriced. There is a free breakfast in the morning - which was hot and filling. You can walk to the airport in about 5 mins.

We stayed here while touring the north east, rather than using the airport as the advance rate was the best available in the area. Finding it was not easy, between the roadworks on the A96 and lack of any signage. Car parking is £5/night and is shared with the Crown Plaza next door. Arriving at around 6:30pm we were lucky to get one of the last car parking spaces. By the time we'd checked in cars were parked on the grass verges and the access road. There is a really big car park but as it is shared with the Crowne next door it took me ages driving round till somebody left and I could park - and they charge £5 for this! Nice clean rooms, ideally located for early morning flight and you can include parking as part of the package. Staff seem to be unsure of what they are doing (Two ladies on reception needed reassurance from one another during the booking in process) therefore could only deal with one person at a time. The bar is only tended when someone is free, I waited 5 minutes for a pint of Stella which was then served in a Becks glass.

Whilst chain hotels are devoid of character, you can absolutely guarantee that the room is clean and comfortable. This hotel must be new because it's immaculate. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is incredibly well cooked considering it sits in hot plates and is cooked en masse. If you need a hotel close to the airport, it's a 2-3 minute walk, has additional glazing to keep the noise out and is ideal for the job. I would certainly stay again.
