Very friendly service from all members of staff, despite a busy reception and bar. Mixed clientele but mostly business; some travellers due to close proximity to Aberdeen airport. Excellent contemporary large double room and super en-suite shower room. Amazingly quiet room at front of hotel facing airport so double glazing must be A1! Good food, good value, speedy service. Only missing element is a shuttle service to airport. Will certainly stay here again.

On arrival checked in quickly by helpful reception staff, sent to a Spacious comfortable room, didn't want to get up from the comfy bed, it was a great nights sleep. Didn't hear any aircraft noise Food was fine too, limited menu but was nice,

Not much to say- good location with a 10 min walk to the terminal and the car rental companies. Friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Also good breakfast and a nice bar downstairs with a good choice of beer. And very nice to have ... Starbucks coffee :) Internet access is free and works good.

Upon arrival, the receptionist on duty was very welcoming, offering us a tour of the hotel and also accommodating my request of a quiet room, situated far from an elevator. We were positioned on the first floor. The room was spotless and amazingly quiet, I couldn't hear a thing from the restaurant downstairs or anything from any neighbouring rooms, never mind any airplane noise. There was also no housekeeping noise in the morning. We were allowed a late check out with no difficulty and the bed w... Read more

Made a mistake and were disappointed to find it was not the Marriott with the swimming pool leisure facilities . On arrival the hotel was full of stranded oil workers due to fog and the staff were coping admirably providing them with meals and accommodation . We took a walk to the airport and back and then the place was quieter think they all went to bed early. Ordered a meal made another mistake and ordered starter meatballs and not main course meatballs also chefs curry of the day which was f... Read more

My wife and I were traveling to a business event and wanted an overnight stop around the city and thought we'd give the Courtyard a try. From the moment of arrival the place "felt good". Austin at check in was superb and made us feel very welcome and explains the hotel, validated our parking and explained the rewards system that might help on our upcoming trip to the USA is a couple weeks. The hotel is fresh and very clean, rooms bright and airy and we seemed to be upgraded to a larger room t... Read more

I really recommend this hotel if flying to or from Aberdeen. I stayed at both ends of my trip to USA. The park and stay package is great value and it is wonderful to come off a long overnight flight, via London, to be able to shower then roll into a comfy bed in very quiet surroundings, and wake up refreshed for the drive home the next day. As In previous reviews I have stated that the rooms are excellent and food is very good for this type of hotel but the most impressive thing is the quality ... Read more

The Courtyard is a 5 minute walk from the airport terminal although I wasn't aware of any aircraft noise during my stay as it's not on the flight path. Check-in was very efficient and I was given a quick run through of the facilities including being told that food was being served until 10pm. Breakfast starts at 5am so it's geared up for those on the move. The room was excellent and had everything you'd need. It was a decent size with a comfortable bed, large TV and effective air-con. The tea tr... Read more

This was the second time at the Courtyard Marriott after having a pleasant experience the previous month. The service at check in was smooth and quick. The lobby full of oil riggers, as is Aberdeen (lol) was well kept and spotless. No fuss, no problems. Complimentary water was well appreciated after a long flight layover. Room was on 5th floor facing parking. Clean and relaxing. Plenty of work space with their glass desk and chair as well as wifi. I slept better this time around so no worries ... Read more

Haven't stayed here for some time. The food is ok but nothing special. Rooms are very nice and clean. The reception staff are very poor and totally uninterested. Queued at reception and after reaching the front the lady said I would have to join the adjacent queue as I was not on her list. Was given my room key with no explanation of meal times etc. Very poor ignorant staff.

Nice newer hotel, clean and modern. Very friendly and attentive staff. Major complaint was airport surroundings industrial area situated next to other hotels. Also many male transiting workers probably from oil rigs populating lounge area.

I spend a few nights here while my flight was delayed from Aberdeen Staff were always extremely helpful, the food options in the evening and breakfast were also very good and the grab and go shop is still a great feature As last time the room was modern and clean. The bed was large and comfortable giving a great night sleep. My only complaint is the room air con. It would only go down to 19 degrees - which in summer isn't really cold enough. Even when I turned it off before bed it seemed to c... Read more

very smart rooms and reception area. however having just arrived from a late flight from London. would have been nice to get some thing to eat. no room service is a bit hard to take. had to settle for a disgusting pot noodle out the bistro area, at a price of £3, would be nice if they could get drunken offshore workers to act in a adult like manner

Stayed in this hotel as I had an early morning flight and it was conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the airport/heliport. Rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of confusion upon check in as the hotel had cancelled my reservation by accident, the girl on reception sorted it all out and we got our parking fee wavered as an apology. Overall very happy would happily stay again.

My partner and i visited the courtyard marriott for 2 nights. Was the First break away from children in a while. Was looking forward to it. Hotel was beautiful, staff were very nice. However the food really bad and extremely overpriced. My partner ordered fish and chips for £13.50. The fish was NOT fresh the batter was soggy underneath and burnt on the top. Chips were horrible there was no peas or salad not even a garnish.of u wanted it u had to pay for that too. I ordered a rump steak which... Read more

Stayed here the night before an early flight. The hotel is perfectly located for the airport. You could easily walk over in 5-10 mins, but with luggage we had to get a taxi, which cost us £5. Rooms were lovely, clean quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed one night and would stay again. Check in was quick and the room was very clean and had everything you needed. Quiet location and out of town, but close to the airport. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and staff very efficient. We got back late after visiting family and the little market place shop is useful for snacks and drinks should you need them. A pleasant stay overall.

Our room was absolutely spotless, very reasonable size with comfortable bed. Staff had no problem when we asked for early check (no extra charge). Two girls who were working at the restaurant in the morning were very friendly and helpful. Both very courteous and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Stayed for one night in August 2016, not much to say really, very much your run of the mill hotel. Close to Aberdeen airport, within walking distance. Car parking cost £5 per night. Very basic dining menu, prices not too bad.

This is a nice modern hotel st the airport very handy for early flights and the heliport if offshore although it doesn't provide a shuttle bus. The staff make the place a warm friendly welcome when you arrive with clean and spacious rooms with free good wifi nice power shower with Lots of hot water. A friendly welcome and helpful receptionist called Kathryn will help with any issues although there shouldn't be. Highly recommended

I wish more airport hotels adopted the approach of the Courtyard Marriot at Aberdeen. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, with good quality linens and a spacious bathroom. But this hotel's charm lies in its bar and restaurant area adjacent to reception. The fresh, modern design, and thoughtful furnishings, render this space inviting to the solo traveller, couples, and groups. One can eat informally at a table in the bar, or more formally at a dining table, sink into a sofa with a drink, c... Read more

Stayed one night in late August, easy to get to on the 727 airport bus from the city centre. Also 5 minutes walk to the airport terminal. Check in quick and simple, rooms are standard size, a nice work table, good lighting, very quiet, heating and cooling works well and not noisy. Bath or has a walk in shower, good quality fittings and towels. I didn't eat in the bistro in the evening, but had breakfast in the morning, £10, not cheap but if you have the time a good selection of cooked and... Read more

One-night stay prior to a morning departure from Aberdeen Airport .Room was very modern but comfortable, Glass desk and several comfortable chairs. Good tea/coffee making facilities and ultra-modern shower-room with usual toiletries. Bed was very comfortable, and being on the fifth floor there was very little noise. Breakfast was also very good with cold and hot buffet available - coffee machine for your preference and plenty of breads etc. All very relaxed. Very useful free bus service into to... Read more

Although we didn't arrive to the hotel until around 2am, tired and grumpy, the staff were excellent and were quick to provide us a room. The room was lovely and was more than enough to tide us over for the night. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious and trays were constantly kept full. The only thing I can criticise is that it's a bit on the pricey side, but we would stay again.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed at the Courtyard before I flew out early on a Sunday morning and we had a fantastic experience throughout. Firstly when we checked in, the staff member knew who I was as I had used mobile check in. She was extremely polite and also gave us two complimentary drinks vouchers to enjoy. The room was highly maintained and well presented. After about 20 minutes of arriving the reception staff called to make sure everything was satisfactory with the room. The bar s... Read more

The room is really nice but it would seem the AC has been adjusted for winter as doesn't go below 19c. I have encountered this before and it is really annoying. Why do hotels think they know better than the guests who have to live in their rooms? Whilst the food is really nice, the menu is limited. Still, it's a nice hotel.

Definitely a better than average airport hotel - short walk through the car park from the terminal, great for an overnight stay after a late evening flight. Comfy room, nicely furnished. Buffet breakfast was really excellent, no fuss and tasty. Good free wifi.
