The staff are very good... the breakfast was fantastic - the room was nice and clean - the space is very good to for a Hilton My only regret is not complaining about the springs digging into my back from the poor quality mattress. I am not a large person and my is only 15 and he felt it also - we where there for the FA Cup Final so we paid a silly amount for a twin. Having won the cup and being in a great mood I let this go but at those rates you should have to even think about the quality. The... Read more

Stayed for just one night on business as i wanted to be able to park my car and jump on a tube. This seems like a new hotel, reminded me of the Hiltons that you get in the Middle East, i.e. very high quality, lots of glass, lovely building. Right next to the stadium. Had a nice room, bed was comfortable, plumbing worked well. Wifi was useless - basically BT Openzone (nothing wrong with that) but too many people using it I guess and kept dropping out, so unusable. Tube is a 5 minute walk away -... Read more

Great location for Wembley stadium and SSE Arena and easy access to central London The only thing I find disappointing is the£5 charge to bring food to your room Even Dick Turpin put a mask on first before he robbed you if you have had a long journey or hectic day all you want to do is relax in your room with something to eat.To be charged £18:00 for burger and fries including tray service is a bit much I think

We decided to treat ourselves to a suite for the Friday and Saturday nights of the FA Cup Final weekend and the hotel was excellent in every respect - staff, rooms, bed, restaurant and bar. The room was even available when we arrived at 1pm as we had requested as room service prioritised its cleaning for us. We had a great view overlooking the stadium which is about 100 yards away and to be able to stroll there and back before and after the match avoiding the usual hassle of getting to and from ... We stayed here as it was very convenient for Wembley Stadium where we were attending the Bruce Springsteen Concert. The room was very comfortable and reasonably priced for London although the view from the window was a concrete wall! The staff were friendly & helpful. On the down side, I think that £15 for WiFi in the room is a bit steep (I didn't use it!) and the drinks & food in the Icons Bar are over priced (£46 for 2 glasses of wine & 2 sandwiches!). However, as I said, it is a very conve... Read more

I think all the staff from security to Bar staff, have been on an excellent hospitality course. The room was spacious, & overlooked the stadium. Had an Executive room for a couple of nights and managed to get a room overlooking the stadium, what a view. Executive lounge is on the top floor with nice evening snacks (and free booze) along with staff looking after us very well. Great stuff. I will consider this place as a first choice to stay when visiting London as Tube stations are all within walking distance. Gold car park underneath was £15 for the night. Swimming pool is clean and at a pleasant temperature.

Not enough lifts to service the size of the hotel. The walk to our room was a 'trek' in comparison to other hotels I have used. Had a dirty towel and stained quilt cover. We stayed in an executive King room and paid £230 for the night, the bed was good, but other than that it was just an ordinary hotel room. There are no windows in the room either. The food was also extremely expensive and not that great either, we had a meal in the association restaurant and 3 courses with a bottle of proseco cost £150, that's fine if the food stood out, but was nothing special at all, the service in the restaurant was really good.

Located as close to Wembley stadium as you could be, and you also have a London designer outlet with some restaurants and bars just a 30 second walk from the hotel. Booked purely to visit Wembley for the charity shield game! Stone throw away , amazing view watching the crowds from the sky bar, room price was very reasonable but food and beverages in the hotel are extortionate, however there are lots of restaurants and bars in the shopping centre next door, parking reasonable for London! Room very clean and spacious fulfilled our weekend stay and got to meet Rio Ferdinand who was also a guest!

This was an excellent hotel with amazing views of the stadium and close to shops, restaurants and the Tube. The rooms were clean, spacious and great views. Quite often there are good offers on when events aren't taking place at the stadium and we use the hotel for getting into London as it is top notch and far cheaper than staying in a hotel of the same quality in the centre. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast and very good and excellent porter/ reception service. Would recommend,

Just come home from a brilliant weekend in London! Helped by having a fantastic place to stay. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was brilliant ,buffet style with a great variety of foods and well stocked. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Great location, loads to see around the area and in easy reach of central London . Tube station in walking distance and lots of places to eat and shop. We definitely recommend the Hilton and can't wait to return !

As it is right in the middle of a major tourist area my expectations of this hotel visit were low end. Delighted to be proved wrong we had an excellent experience. All aspects of our stay I would rate as 4 star or above other than our room looking onto a blank wall. The room size and facilities were excellent our 9 year old grandson had a King Size bed to himself. Good size and quality TV with Sky Sport 1&2 amongst a good selection of channels. Bathroom spacious and functional. Breakfast OK, goo... Read more

My friend and I came to London to see a concert at the SSE arena. We booked into the hotel with no problems at all and the staff at the desk were friendly. Once booked in we made our way to our room. The hotel was incredible clean and well presented. This is a big hotel and because of the shape of the building our room was quite away from the lifts (this wasn't a problem). All the cleaning staff we passed said hello. The room itself was spacous, clean and attention to detail was above what I had... Read more

Excellent hotel, great location, would definitely stay again, best thing was being able to do day activities in London center but also to get away from it a bit. Pool, steam and sauna was a fab way to chill out after busy days in the city. The surrounding area near the hotel has everything you need like shops and restaurants too.

I arrived with my wife for a 3 night stay at this hotel and was not disappointed with some aspects although some things we expected were not offered. We paid 130 a night for an executive room which was supposed to look over to Wembley. Instead we got a room whose window looked into a 'well' type area which looked at other guestrooms, we could see the Wembley arch but nothing of the bottom part of the stadium, given my craze for football stadiums, this annoyed me. Great hotel, easy location for visiting Wembley Stadium or Arena. Stayed while seeing NFL international series. Had a room on executive floor, which on an NFL weekend is a must, as bars and restaurant aren't always available during these times. Advise check this when booking. Lovely room, clean and spacious. Visited for the NFL game at Wembley and overall had a lovely stay. Check in was a little slow, although it was a busy time. Had a room on the 4th floor near the lift (which was very handy) Reception area is bright modern and airy...with lots of memorabilia from previous sporting occupants to look at. The Wembley Hilton is adjacent to both Wembley Stadium and the SSE Arena which is obviously why it was built! We were attending an event at the stadium and it is a fair assumption that most people using the hotel would be doing the same. It therefore came as a surprise to us that, arriving in the early afternoon and wanting a snack for lunch, we were told that as there was an event in the stadium there was only a limited menu available. I stayed here for a work function and liked it so much I came back with my wife! We rarely get time away together so when we do, a decent hotel is top priority. So often, hotels in central London and overpriced and the rooms are small. True this hotel is out of town but a short walk to the tube and Baker Street is only 2 stops away. Stayed here for the rugby game and would recommend it for people going to events at the arenas close by. The gold car park is within 5 mins walk and costs 15 pounds per 24 hrs and is good value for the area. The rooms are well equipped and to a good standard as is the rest of the hotel. I did not see management during my stay and once we asked for a duty manager got advised that he was not on "duty". Overall an okay experience although not 5 star.
