A very special stay, we arrived at 7am not only to find our room was ready but we had been selected as special guests and given an upgrade. It was so nice to be able access our room to freshen up before heading out for the day. The bed was amazing - like sleeping on a cloud. Lots of little touches from the staff made this the place to stay while visiting Dubai. There is no question We will be back and look forward to it.

We have just returned from an 8 night family holiday. Overall the hotel decor, rooms and staff were wonderful. They were always professional, friendly and courteous especially Akeel in house keeping. It is conveniently located being only 5-10 mins from Duabi Mall (via a taxi) and 5 minutes walk from the Metro. There is on site Pool which the kids had many hours of fun using. From the time of arriving back in Dubai (this time with my husband whom i met there) it was incredible. The hotel was outstanding, the service professional. We were upgraded to the suite on the 18th floor which was spectacular. If it wasnt for the fact that it was Dubai I probably would've stayed in the entire time. We were spoiled with a bottle of champagne and chocolates at turndown one evening which was really sweet as we got to share it with a very good friend who also visited from Maldives.

Excellent stay at the Jumeirah Emirates towers. Being a regular at the Jumeirah brand wanted to be more central in Dubai hence why I chose to stay here. Hotel is lovely not the best from Jumeirah but still amazing. Staff very friendly and welcoming as always with Jumeirah. Had a few hiccups upon check in but was resolved very quickly. Had a junior suite and executive lounge access. Overall had an excellent stay. Thank you to Rohan and Mudassir and staff.

Stayed here for four nights as part of a work trip to Dubai. Check in was smooth, even at 2.30am. The room was massive and was well appointed. Bathroom large with a walk in shower and separate bath. Good quality L'Occitane toiletries provided. I had breakfast in the hotel on the first morning. Whilst it was nice, I didn't have the time to relax and enjoy and for me (read my company) not worth 150 dirhams. The outside pool was nice to relax in whilst the sun was setting. Despite passing this hotel for the last 10 years, I was thinking for it appears that it only an expensive offices' buildings. Will, right and wrong.. One of the two buildings is a luxurious hotel and the second is as my pervious thoughts (offices). What make this area unique -beside the decor lobby and fast-elevators- is the facilities they provides and the mini-remarkably-market, different number of restaurants and shops; that sound they cope DXB-city in their own way. I have been agreeably surprised with the level of luxury and excellence offered by this Hotel. It is definitely one of the best Hotels in Dubai, with a unique location in one of the best emblematic towers on Sheikh Zayed Road, in addition to the very high quality of service and customer experience that will leave you amazed, with a taste of "I'll definitely come back again here next time".

I have stayed at quite a few hotels in Dubai for holidays and business. This particular hotel is outstanding, location is great, rooms are outstanding, insane views and more importantly the customer service is out of this world. Ignore those bad comments on trip advisor, people tend to moan about small things. Overall - Excellent.

I always have a good impression about Jumeriah hotels and will always recommend it to friends and family. Prime location I would say. Close to everything you want from dubai mall to downtown, DIFC and box park. Prices usually go up during high seasons Nov to March. We paid 1200 dirhams standard room for one night including breakfast. The lobby is stunning and the view is nice but I would say room need renovation to keep its 5 stars standards.

This hotel is excellent. Fantastic to look at, well located and the standard of the rooms is superb. Customer service is spot on without being over the top. My only compliant would be some of the pricing £5 for a Pepsi is excessive and £15 for some suntan lotion is stretching the budget. That aside you get what you pay for and this one of the very best.

Nice hotels with friendly employee. Jeff, Anil and Sachin in the club lounge were very helpful and professional. I stayed in 4405 Nice pool but facing buffet restaurant. Badia bar was also too good. I forgot his name, he made magical cocktails for us. Overall it was good staying experience, after quick break from work in Dubai. But one most important point, i observed some of staff were not friendly and accommodating.

Let's start with the positives, the lobby is stunning. Couldn't fault the quality of the food, we were given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which is always a plus. Also, the location was great, we are in several restaurants close by that are highly rated and all a short taxi to and 10 minute walk back. As for what disappointed us, there was substantial building work taking place on our floor. Whilst there was no noise at night it was a shame. The pool is basic and the staff were not as a... After 8 years back in this Jumeirah and not a lot has changed. It is still high quality and I had a very large and comfortable room but except for a larger flat screen tv it is no longer leading edge in technology. No USB charger, very few power outlets and not really a lot of technology in the room. Otherwise good service, nice and friendly staff and quite efficient check in and out. Next time in Dubai definitely an option again.

Many positives about the property - staff could not have been more accommodating and attentive, with the mall, good choices re: restaurants, and rooms were spacious. The bar on the 51st floor - they cram you into these tiny spaces. The biggest off is in regards to the bathrooms - tiny towels for drying off and only one bar of soap in the room (I don't like to use bath gel) so I had to use the soap for both my body in shower and washing hands.

Just back from a fantastic week at JET. Would like to say a huge thank you to Sven, Sid and the team for making it such a memorable one. This is our first time at JET and having tried a couple of the other top hotels in Dubai previously, this is the one we will certainly return to. Whilst it is not on the beach, there is a shuttle bus to get your there and back without any hassle at all. You have 2 choices. Either Zero Gravity or Jumeirah Beach Hotel. With 2 kids (7&5) we went to the beach hote... Read more

Loved the hotel! The staff was very accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Stayed on the women only floor. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Dubai.

We stayed here for two reward nights using Chase Ultimate Rewards. It was a good experience, but not a great one. Pros: 1. Location - conveniently located near the Dubai Mall, and taxis are cheap in Dubai anyway ($15 USD could get you almost anywhere in town) 2. View - stunning views of the water or the city... our room was on the 47th floor, and we had a great view of the city. 3. Amenities - the bed was comfortable, the room had plenty of space, and the bathroom had everything we needed. 4. A... Read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The Hotel itself, the staff, gym everyone treats you professionally yet friendly. Unfortunately, i didn't have much time to enjoy all the amenities, but what i did use was great (particularly the gym). The only negative comment i have is to the Mundo restaurant (where breakfast is served). it can get a bit busy and hectic. i personally prefer a more relaxed and quieter start to my day. Will definitely stay here again and probably one of my better stays in th... Read more

During our stay in Dubai, we stayed at Jumeirah Emirates Towers hotel. The hotel is outstanding in all aspects. We received an amazing service from the moment we arrived till we left. We booked a club room and the room we were given had view to Burj Khalifa as requested, in addition we had access to the executive lounge which we used for afternoon tea and drinks. Special thanks to Susan and her team at the executive lounge as they were always amazing and very helpful. They arranged little celebr... Read more

I have been sending emails and calling regarding the credit card charge that was made when I checked in at the hotel. I was told that this would be reserved within a week but now it has been more than a month. I have tried calling and sending emails but no one has bothered to assist me. I settled my bill separately when I checked out, so I do not understand the delay with regards to reserving the charge. Please do so.

This hotel is a great option if you're looking to do more than just go to the pool everyday. If you want a hotel with a great pool this isn't it. That said it has an OK pool and very good gym because it allows public membership. If you like to get in the gym a bit then this is a good option. Rooms are luxurious as you'd expect with any Jumeirah hotel and Dubai in general. The hotel offers a daily shuttle service to the Wild Wadi, Zero Gravity Beach Club and Dubai Mall. You can save on taxis u... Read more

We spent 4 nights in this amazing hotel. Our room on floor 38 gave a stunning view on burj khalifa. The hotel is located close (walking distance)to metro station emirate towers. Breakfast with fresh fruit juices, eggs a la minute, and a variety of other dishes is top.

I stayed at the Emirates towers for one week.I found the hotel to be very modern and grand in design. The staff were friendly, efficient and pleasing. I enjoyed the free pass to the amazing water park. The hotel has a very good free shuttle bus. Free gym was good as well !!!

Just by itself the hotel would justify an excellent rating but for the three nights I stayed there I ended up in grid locked traffic trying to leave the premise between 5-8pm which knocks one 'star' off my review. Although I really don't like public transportation you better use it to go either to the old city or to the marina. But again, hotel staff extremely polite, the rooms are fantastic (the rubber bath duck made me smile, a nice little touch) and the in-house amenities are excellent too.

I had a VERY pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel is great, luxury, the rooms are smart system, great view, great amenities, they have even thought of putting a hair-band for the ladies in the bathroom!!! I don't have enough words to describe how satisfied I was... The staff were extremely friendly, polite and experienced. The breakfast was great. Overall perfect!

This is our 3rd visit to The Towers. The hotel is away from all the hurly burly of the shopping malls and far enough away from the Burj visitors. However, it still has it's own beach, just a 15 minute taxi drive. Attention to detail is top notch, the breakfast is superb. Living in Abu Dhabi,we will continue to use this as our preferred hotel to take guests from afar, when we visit Dubai .

My husband and I stayed in Emirates towers for two nights. It was a good stay, clean and beautiful room, spacious and has a big window with a nice view. Staff were nice and kind, we didn't try the food as we ate out. Location is close to downtown. We recommend this hotel.

We travelled to Dubai on 15 November after spending a week in Rak and on arriving at the hotel we knew we had made the right decision in choosing Jumeirah Emirate Towers. We were assisted out of our taxi by helpful staff and also the very nice General Manager. It was lovely to see that greeting and helping guests is something that the GM does when he is around the hotel. We were checked at reception and given all details we required for our stay. Our tower suite (1701) was just wonderful, o... Read more

My husband and myself stayed here for two nights. Found it very easy to find, via the metro from airport. It was a very high standard throughout, beautiful views and very helpful staff. We also made use of the wild wadi water park and the Jumeirah beach hotel through the free bus transfer.

We stayed at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers hotel in mid-November, for four days, to celebrate our anniversary. On arrival at the hotel we were thrilled to receive an upgraded room as part of the hotel's "Surprise and Delight" programme. When we returned to our suite later that evening we had also been left a delicious chocolate cake for our anniversary. The service in the hotel was excellent throughout our stay, and we would recommend it to anyone - it is a business hotel, but also ideal for hol... Read more

Close to the business district and within easy walking distance to the metro this typical 90's style hotel is smack in the centre of Dubai. The rooms are generous an immaculately clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfasts diverse and well presented. My only gripe is the lack of usb (none) and few power outlets in the rooms. For those wanting to go to the beach the free shuttle takes you to the sister hotel next to Burj Al Arab. A shuttle is also available to the Dubai and Emirates ... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for business with a colleague for 4 days. The location of the hotel is really good as it's just 10 minutes from the airport and also located in the heart of the DIFC. It's well designed with a huge lobby area with seating which is good for work. Rooms are lovely and well spaced out. For the price you get a lot! It's a lot cheaper than staying at a beach hotel which you can understand but the quality is still so high if not better. It still has a small pool area which is nic... Read more
