I stayed here briefly and the hotel is an average budget hotel. The facilities and rooms are dated (key for the doors, no room allocated control of the AC, old fridge in room). The breakfast waqs basic too but filling. Be sure that you are aware that you need to pay the extra taxes for the room upfront as this may not have been charged when you made the online booking ( I did mine through Agoda and the taxes were not charged) Pros: Excellent location - 5 min walk from Union station on the metro ... The staff were lovely but the hotel was terrible. The quilt cover had cigarette burns in it and the bathroom was cracked and leaking. The buffet breakfast was cold and tasted like yesterday's food. Good location but not a good hotel

Very very close to Union metro station. Breakfast is average and the same menu around the year. Rooms are very small even you feel difficult to move inside the room. The bad thing is the management turns the Air conditioners very slow at the mid-night. Whenever i visit Dubai for work, I spend the whole day in the meetings, prefer to stay in this Hotel. It is a family hotel, "guests" not allowed to visit the room. Always stay on top floors.
