I could not believe that a 4-star hotel would not have WIFI. When I checked in, I was told I could get 30 minutes complimentary, then could buy one hour or 4 hours. It is not even an option to buy 24 hours internet. Though really, in 2016, hotels should provide WIFI ?? you would not charge extra for a phone in the room. And on top of it all, even the generous offer of 30 minutes of free WIFI did not work! Password system was down. I also found the front desk staff impersonal and indifferent. Wh... Read more

I've just spent two nights here. Was upgraded, which was great. The room and bathroom are big. I faced the pool, so had music till 11.00 pm. The service was excellent, but what is staggering is that wifi costs 100 dirhams for 24 hours!! Haven't come across this is years. Also, there was a light behind my wall-mounted TV that didn't switch off and lights under the skirting to the door. The only way to get rid of these was to switch off the lights at the main switch, which means not being a... Read more

Hotel is close to airport and very comfortable - cannot fault the accommodation. Unfortunately the negatives out weigh the positives and we would not stay here again. Breakfast $US30 per person - they said that was a good deal - we did considerably better than that at the hotel coffee shop next door - $22 total for both of us. Internet expensive - it is an airport hotel and we still had to pay for Internet for flight check in. We looked at various options for our 3 nights in Dubai and chose th... Read more

The hotel location is the most competitive edge it has, just beside Dubai airport; you can even take it from the airport walking - especially if the weather is fine - and the service there is fine and not annoying. The food in breakfast also was fine and suitable for most cultures. The room view is suitable for a business-minded personnel, it looks over a main street in Dubai. Another good point is that there is a Metro station near the hotel (GIGICO) which makes it easy to go wherever you wi... Read more

I missed a connection in Frankfurt so I did not arrive at the hotel until the next day. Even though I called to alert the hotel of what had happened, they billed me for one night (which is okay) but also billed me a no show charge that was more than the price of the room. The charge was billed to my credit card and also billed on my final bill which resulted in a double billing. We had a 19 hour layover and were allocated to the Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai, with early room access on our arrival. I was travelling by myself this week and stopping in Dubai with both my kids, a 4 y.o. and my 9 month-old baby so ahead of the chaos picking up luggage after a long trip from Australia I decided to book a hotel near the airport. First of all, please dont book hotels via Emirates or Dubai Connect (the hotel booking service with Emirates). They only made the whole process of getting out of the airport and finding transfers so much harder than needed to be, they were extremely rude and there was no... Read more

Ramadan was on and the bar was opened from noon- bring a jumper with you to the bar as the air con is too high. Also went to the Italian in the hotel which was excellent also. Walking distance to the Irish village also. Staff were exceptional friendly and attentive . Thanks to all for a great weekend

When checking into an airport hotel I rarely have high expectations. I was very surprised to find a star 3-4 hotel, nice sized room and all other hotel amenities for just over US $ 109 per night. It is convenient to both the hotel and a short walk to the Metro line. The Internet is quite slow which gave me a good reason to leave the room and go for a swim.

The shuttle bus comes around every 30-40 mins. I booked directly with the hotel so wifi was unlimited. The room and bathroom were really clean. It's a nice place to relax for a long layover. Comparable to lounge price too. I recommend this to travellers who are thinking about booking a lounge for a long layover (at least 6 hours) The hotel is much better and you'd be able to shower in peace.

Large comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, close to airport, reasonable rates. Combine this with a huge, wind protected pool (unlike some other rooftop pools in Dubai that can be unpleasant due to exposure) - and you have the ingredients for an excellent stop-over choice. We booked into the hotel for a 6 hour stop over in Dubai the room was lovely and we recovered from the shock of a $84 meal at catus jacks. Unfortunately we woke up late and were rushing for our flight and accidently left a quite expensive shirt in the wardrobe. I immediately contacted the hotel and advised them of this and requested they post it back to us and I will happily pay the costs. I was quite shocked to receive a reply stating that I would need to arrange a parcel pick up and delivery m... Read more

It is close to the airport, the room we selected was in front of the swimming ball , when we enter the room , the smell of smocking was terrible and everywhere, we ask to change the room and the change it , now the room was clean but we lost the view, the staff was great especially the housekeeping staff. The restourant was so nice, a breakfast buffet with a varies of different dishes from all over the world. The kids will enjoy the swimming ball.

As a frequent traveller to DXB I have wanted to check out why the trip scores are so high despite being a "captive market" airport hotel Frankly you wouldnt know it was a airport hotel as the service and facilities are pretty good especiallly at a competitive price The pool is bigger than most non airport hotels and the restaurants are well run The only downside is the internet speed which is leisurely (best result shon after several tests across the stay) Top tip - swing by the supermarket ... I have stayed at this hotel 3 times or so in recent years. This is a conveniently located hotel, near the airport, with comfortable rooms and good service at the front desk, and restaurants. However, they have a couple of "bouncers" next to the door of the restaurant, as those that you'd find in front of night clubs. In my previous trip, one of them blocked the access to the restaurant because I was carrying a water bottle in my hand. In this trip, he blocked it because I was carrying my carry o... Read more

We chose this hotel at first due to its location. Room feature is decent and most of all it is clean and spacious. As a repeat guest, I always expect to have the same level of service that we had on the previous stay. However, on our recent stay the person who attended me in the reception for check-in was not attentive enough, specifically I requested a room without a connecting door but he gave me a room with it. I've stayed in this hotel a few time over the last year. The hotel is impressive for what I consider a low cost. There's a door man and some people available to help with bags immediately inside the hotel. A couple of floor managers are standing around to point you in the right direction if this would be the first time in the hotel. There is a nice gym and a huge outdoor pool with a swim up bar and an outdoor restaurant. There are also two restaurants and a pub inside the hotel. For people passi... Read more

We were really surprised by the quality of this airport hotel. Not expecting much for a 1 night stay between flights, this hotel met all of our needs and more. This is a very comfortable hotel. I was welcomed by several staff on my arrival. I was upgraded to a very superior room which was spacious, quiet, and with almost all the amenities I needed. The missing amenity was a hairdryer which I needed because I could not find a power point in the bathroom so that I could use my own. I had a very good meal in the Vinci restaurant. I flew in very late at night so I stayed here before heading to my conference hotel. Check in was fast and easy, and I was given a very large, 2 room suite (I always get the best upgrades when I won't be there long enough to enjoy them). The living room area was large, with a table/4 chairs. The bedroom was also large and the bathroom was nicely appointed. The breakfast buffet was good. While close to the airport, I didn't hear any planes landing or taking off. It was pretty quiet.

The room is clean and has everything you need to spend a night, or a day. The room is not serviced when you spend 24 hours there, allowing you to catch up with sleep deprived flights. Would use again
