The staff at the hotel are super friendly, it's difficult to ignore them even on a tough day. They respond to requests in a short span of time and of time; dining in is so well taken care of. The facilities and toiletries are available and just enough. Beautiful, quiet place that is 5 minutes from the airport and easy to get into town. Easy to get around it. We just had an overnight stay and booked this hotel as it is only 5 mn drive from the airport. The room looked a little old, but it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is nice, friendly and accommodating! Nice pool areas and 18 restaurants! We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and it was so tasty! We will come back!

as said previously - I return to Le Méridien quite often - every 2 months or so. Although the rooms, and especially food and drinks, are quite expensive, I simply like the place. Particularly the teams of Le Méridien Club and The Warehouse are great - very friendly, welcoming, with a personal touch. Since February 2016 I had been three times more in this hotel, which I find a real retreat. Le Méridien Club has given me for my stay in April 2016 an upgrade - The Presidential Suite - simply f... Even compared to 5-star-hotels around the world, this hotel stands out. The staff works fast, respectfully and kindly (without becoming obsequious), the interior design is tasteful and high-quality, and well-thought: aside from a usual table under the TV set, there is an additional free-standing desk! In the bath-room, aside from the tub, there is a roomy rainshower cabin. And even after midnight you get a first-class meal served on your room.

This hotel is located next to the airport and perfect for layovers. The in-room dining service is excellent here. Every time I order food I get pleasantly surprised by the good food and courteous attention given by Mr Rami and his colleagues. Very discrete and full of attention they are a highlight of this hotel experience.

A lovely staycation at the new wing of Le Meridien - The Royal Club. Fantastic hospitality with welcome drinks and fruit basket. The spread for the evening high tea and breakfast was excellent. Being a vegetarian, thank fully we had a good spread. The staff was quick to notice that we were veggies when we went for the high tea and they made sure we had a vegetarian variety for breakfast. The infinity pool was such a lovely treat in the summer heat. Great Spa facilities on the same floor and also... Read more

My husband and I stayed at the Le Meridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Center for four nights at the beginning of March. My husband is SPG platinum and we were upgraded to a room in the Club section. The room was spacious and had a large bathroom with separate spa tub and shower (with 3 separate sets of shower heads.) The room also had a massage chair, which was wonderful. We got free breakfast (buffet with additional option to order eggs etc.) as part of husband's SPG benefits, and the hotel... Read more

Amazing stay in a Royal Club Room, so many inclusions, airport transfers, afternoon tea, pre dinner drinks and canapés, breakfast and possibly the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in and less than an average hotel room at home, with the most impeccable service. Special touches like a drink delivered to our room with a little dessert night cap. Why didn't we arrange to stay longer? Felt like honoured guests. Next time we will, this was a delightful experience and we will plan to return one day... Read more

A great brief stay in a Royal Club room as I passed through Dubai on a one-day stopover. The room was fantastic with an amazing multi stream shower. Wonderful amenities such as airport transfers, afternoon tea, cocktails. The staff was friendly and helpful with any request. They really wanted to insure I had a pleasant stay as possible. The airport location is great and not too far from other attractions.

Had a short stay at the hotel courtsy Emirates airlines, since I had a long layover at Dubai airport. The Royal Club room was really large, very well equipped, large TV, well stocked minibar and toiletries. Bathroom had bidet, bath tub as well as shower jacuzzi. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, with a spread of at least 30-40 dished from continental Europe to Sushi. Practically everything I tried was very good. Egg Benedict were one the best I have ever tasted. Overall a very g... Read more

Great Brunch! I've been to Atlantis and some fancy brunches but I have to say warehouse was the best fun ,250 dirhams for four hours of all you can eat all you can drink .Food seems to be better quality downstairs ,whereas the party is upstairs .Great dj starts ,the floor is cleared and the party goes on all night then. Be sure to get your drink orders in early as the staff get very busy for last orders!

Short overnight stay connecting with Emirates. Not first time in rooms with usual issue of people trundling around all night for same reason I was there. However, wanted a cold beer so walked long way round to bars, went in and did not appreciate 2:1 working girls : drinkers. Drank my beer outside ...

Stayed for 6 hours between flights. Clean and spacious. Was able to rest easily. Staff always trying to be helpful. Located across the motorway from the airport 4 minutes by car. Maybe not my choice for a holiday hotel as there are many others more suitable and more central.

Stayed in Royal Club for 1 night. Staff were friendly and efficient. I booked online and telephoned the hotel to arrange pick up at the airport. Directions to locate their agent in the airport were good as was the Limo service to and from the hotel. Check in and orientation by Cheryl was excellent. She made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions in a professional manner. Afternoon tea is served between 3 and 5 and had a good selection of sandwiches and finger food. Club is open 6 ... Read more

It must be at least my 20th time that I stayed in this hotel. Since it was recommended to me by a friend five years ago, this hotel has become a natural choice when traveling to Dubai. I am not even considering any other hotel, no matter what the difference in price could be. Apart from friendly and super-professional staff of the hotel whose main objective is to make every guest of the hotel feel at home and feel special, other reasons I choose this hotel are its location, comfortable rooms man... Excellent hospitality and delightful guest experience all the way. This hotel excels at anticipating guest needs and the team members are well versed in the art of being there for the guest without being intrusive. The ambiance in the public areas makes it an Oasis from the summer temperatures that sore into the mid 40Celsius. The amenities are well thought out and maintained to international standards. It becomes quite a challenge to leave the hotel and go into the city for business or entertai... Read more

I arrived near the end of a nightmare. Everything that could go wrong had gone horribly wrong. Delays compounded on delays had left me exhausted and so late I just knew my new job was already lost. To top it off, my bags didn't arrive with me. I sent messages, and waited to see if my bags showed up, and to my great relief, I was instructed to go to Le Meridien. I walked down and out of the airport, and in the waiting area was a beautiful woman who looked for all the world to be Pinay! She ... Read more

We stayed 1 night during a 24 hour layover in Dubai. The rooms are nice, clean and simple, but very comfortable. The brunch is well worth the price. There were so many choices, many of which were authentic and interesting. Above all else, the staff was extremely friendly. We considered paying for a second night because our plane didn't leave until midnight, but they offered us a late checkout rate which was about half price. They have shuttle service for the quick ride to the airport. R... Read more

This hotel is my favourite in Dubai, especially when staying on a business trip. It's opposite the airport but it's not on the flight path, so you honestly do not hear the planes. If you can, stay in the Royal Club where the rooms are better, but I avoid the rooftop pool and head to one of the other four pools at ground level. With 20 or so high quality restaurants, you're sure to find something you fancy to eat, though as with most Dubai hotel restaurants, the bill can be high (£50 with no alc... Read more

This is a good business hotel, located near the airport and vast in size. The club rooms are comfy if not dated, with modern bathrooms and good amenities. However, the room temperature is difficult to control due to an old style air conditioning system. Housekeeping was quite patchy and the team can do a better job. Breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular and staff were a little slow to restock items. The afternoon tea is nice touch if you have access to the lounge. Service on the whole was ex... Read more
