I was really impressed with the standard of the hotel. The room was sparkling clean with fresh air. Air conditioning was also a possibility if you are the type who gets really warm at night. Comfortable bed with clean and classy linnen. I like the fact that the rooms had a stocked minibar where one would choose to take something from it and pay at checkout. Excellent WiFi which allows you to keep upto date with whatever you want to keep upto date with. Check out is quick and if you require a ta... Read more

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 6 years now and it is getting more and more expensive. i have seen no or very little change in the property maintenance over the past 6 years. The rooms looks old, with crack on the walls, the bathroom tiles looks like it is in need of a TLC. The only thing that leads me back to this hotel is its convenient location to the metro, shopping mall and restaurant. Seriously the owners should look at renovating this place now before it falls apart.

The hotel rooms themselves are very clean. They are spacious and are good for travelling with groups. The hotel is located within walking distance of 3 metro stations and is in close proximity to shopping malls. Very good if you want to catch the metro to go to the airport (DXB). The hotel also has a gym and a rooftop pool. The pool is great for those wanting to see airplanes take off and land while enjoying some time in the sun. Only problem was that it took a very long time for housekeeping... Read more

Location is good for that area metro is 2 mins walk supermarkets and mall also, good restaurants around the hotel. Clean bright big rooms a little on the old side but for what you pay its fair. I stay in this area for business and find that these medium sized hotels are just pasted the perfect stage in there lifespan but never have any issues there seem to be lots of family's staying.

we have been informed that the hotel was located fairly close to airport, in the clue area of Deira, as not expected the room booked was not available and we were forced to add an extra bed to have short time sleep; despite assurance of night manager that room would have been changed, they charged us with extra AED 400 over 20% taxes, for the extra bed and not for the booked room. Breakfast is just fine for a 4 stars hotel, but nothing compared with other facilities in Dubai of same level. There... Read more

We stayed for 4 days at Landmark Riqqa on my first visit to Dubai. It is not very pricey and it's quite close to two Metro Stations: Al Rigga and Union Square. Also, two shopping centers, Al Ghurair Center & Reef Mall, are just a stone's throw away. Our room was neat and the housekeepers would knock or call everyday to ask if we'd like them to clean up our room at no additional cost. Toiletries were provided on a daily basis. They accept unmarried couples, as long as you can present a valid Em... Read more

The general manager was a very nice man. I watched him take care of a issue. As a young lady wanted to carry some assortment of bread on a plate upstairs to her room. The restaurant staff would not allow, however He allowed it. That was very good customer service in my opinion. The room was big and cleaned daily if you wish. Nice hot water and A/C and wireless very good. The food was good value as the hotel has a special going now that will cost you 45 AED for breakfast and dinner buffet wh... Read more

They have this tall indian guy who is such a terrible person at customer service desk. They made us feel like criminals and they dont allow visitor in the room. He is very racist and they keep on telling that they will get another fine from municipality if they were caught having outside visitor in the hotel even if they will not sleep in the room. He didn't even say thank you upon check out but he accused us us of having outside visitor slept with us. It was a very bad experience and we dont re... Read more
