??"Outstanding"?? 5 of 5 starsReviewed 2 days ago NEW The four-bedroom villa architecture is excellent, ambiance is extra-ordinary. The bedrooms reflect tranquility; privacy is treated with utmost importance. The service is superb due to well-trained, keen and polite staffs. Words could no more express the overwhelming experience. The family will be more than happy to comeback for the third time. We will highly recommend Zabeel Saray to our friends and family circle. Stayed here with my daughter this month. What an amazing place!! Can't praise it enough!! The room was beautiful with lovely views over the Marina and there was a huge marble bath which the daughter spent hours in. We ate 3 times in the hotel (had the half board option so could eat in other hotels/restaurants in Dubai). Highly recommend 'Lalezar' Turkish restaurant with fabulous food and even more attentive staff (Raul deserves special praise); and the Indian restaurant 'Amala'. Food is on par w... Read more

I stayed at the Royal Residences with friends in October 2015 for a 50th birthday celebration. Well, I'm not usually lost for words but with this place, I was speechless! It is the epitomy of absolute luxury! Beautiful, huge en suite rooms, gorgeous living room, plenty of sun beds on the patio which has steps straight into the lagoon pool and a butler at ones disposal 24/7!! The bathroom products are Penhaligans Quercus range and the Quercus scent is also used inside the hotel reception. Many lo... Read more

Just come back last week , This is the one of the best Hotels we have ever stayed in, It is opulence at its best, Staff very good, Good choice of food, It is a way out of Dubai, Taxi up to the fountains about 40/50 dhm, One BIG complaint we have is they are no HOT plates for hot food only cold ones not good?, During the day their is a endless mounts of free water around the hotel, BUT if you require water non branded in the restaurant's a small bottle is £2.00, a 2Lts is £8.00?, What puzzle'... Had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for 10 nights in July/August 2016. I have visited/stayed in many hotels in Dubai including the world famous Burj al Arab but i can honestly say that this hotel is even more luxurious!! The decor and furnishings are absolutely stunning. The attention to detail and quality is gorgeous. The little things make all the difference. For example. The swimming pool is cooled to a perfect temperature. At Atlantis the pool was too warm so there was no escape from... Read more

Stayed for 10 nights with wife and 2 teens in interconnected rooms. First off, what a stunning hotel. Have stayed in JBH, Mina Salaam,Royal Meridian, and the Burj Al-Arab over the years but this is most beautiful place. We had the half-board offer, like most it seems, which works well though lunch can be very expensive at the hotel. Charging for water is plain silly/petty when you've paid a lot to stay here in the first place. Imperium evening buffets tend to lack choice, the quality of food is... Read more

Hotel is beautifully furnished, excellent staff, spa amazing, i would definitely stay again. Room was excellent, some issues which i think they should improve on room service is terribly slow, waiting 45mins for ice on several occasions, also on beach there should be more lifeguards on seaside. Pool area there are two i believe whereas on beach just one saw children swimming etc on empty side of beach ( near the residence) no lifeguard in sight and i was only person on that side of beach, i have... We have stayed in the Zabeel Saray many times recently in May 2016 and we are due to holiday again this September, the success of this hotel is definitely the staff who are frankly awesome everyone wants to make the guest feel welcome Everything else just follows fantastic restaurants beautiful beach with lovely sunshine They will probably never please all people however they do try and that's important Cannot wait to get back with our friends in September You have to try this hotel.

We have had a great week and were looked after each day by Susith both at breakfast and by the pool. The hotel and the facilities are great and the remainder of the staff very helpful. We had a great day at Wild Wadi and many great times in the hotel pool where I managed to take 2 golds for team GB.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights for our honeymoon during May and we can't wait to go back. The beautiful Arabic entrance literally took my breathe away, the hotel is an ideal size not too big but not too small and the decor is pure luxury. We did have some small teething problems during our stay but these were rectified by senior management who more than made up for it and dealt with it all superbly - a sign of a great hotel group! We would advise eating in the Imperial restaurant inside ... Read more

Such a beautiful hotel, went in August so very very hot. The buffets we're okay but their prices for drinks very overpriced. Will be back despite being overpriced in a cooler month. the waterpark which you gain free entry to is mainly for younger kids not adults. It has only a few rides.

We had the most amazing time at the Zabeel Saray... On arrival we were treated like Kings and Queens, given a seat, fragrant flannel and glass of apple juice whilst checking in. We were taken to our room and shown around by a lovely lady receptionist. The rooms were fantastic and the bathroom...well the bath! HUGE!!! The spa is so luxurious and not miss this! The pool is outstanding and you are never short of a lifeguard near by. Every member of staff in the hotel were lovely, poli... Read more

The water activities are very different. Because it is constructed on Palm some stone and concrete pieces may make you an injury. So using the Beach was not very good but very luxury pool and nice area around the pool will make you very excited and satisfied.
