We had requested non smoking and on entering our room this wasn't the case, within 20 mins we were moved and into a non smoking room. Lovely restaurants excellent food fabulous service. Pool areas clean. Beach spotless and again the service was impeccable. We holiday twice a year in Dubai and in our opinion you won't be disappointed at JBH. Superb

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and always had a fantastic experience. I wasn't planning to get away for the May half term with my daughter, however managed to secure flights and emailed the hotel to ask if availability at short notice. Sami at the hotel called me straight away and could not have been more helpful in trying to meet our requirements and budget, making suggestions and eventually we managed to get our room and dates arranged. Thank you Sami, a pleasure to deal with and ext... Read more

We have returned to this hotel many times now, and every time we just love it, I see some bad write ups on trip advisor and cannot for the life of me understand where they are coming from, we always book an executive room which means you are picked up/ dropped off at the airport in a luxury vehicle, and your holiday starts there, the staff from that first meeting can not do enough for you. The girls in the executive lounge so helpful so friendly, it is embarrassing as they want you to ask them ... Read more

This was our second visit to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and the experience was as good as the first. Staff throughout the hotel were polite, friendly, efficient, professional and eager to please. Our room was clean and comfortable, and overlooked the iconic Burj Al Arab with its nightly light display. There were excellent buffet meals served in the restaurant overlooking a small garden with the Burj Al Arab beyond. We were collected at the airport by the staff from the hotel and taken in a BMW 7 series to the hotel, great start. The check in was ok apart from not being listed on the club lounge, (made us wonder how many people pay for this and then it's just not mentioned when they arrive so they miss out on free drinks, private lounge, executive pool & beach etc.). Lovely room on 20th floor but only one queen sized bed. The hotel knew there were 3 people in the room but had not supplied a second bed?!? A ... Read more

We chose this hotel based on past experience and can honestly say we were not disappointed! The staff, facilities and service were still outstanding and we had a wonderful weekend away. We used to stay here every year when our children were young but once they grew older and we needed to book two rooms, we looked elsewhere. This time the six of us (3 couples) came for a long weekend without the kids! We booked club rooms with free half board upgrade, which represents excellent value for money. W... Read more

Friday is Brunch day in Dubai. Latitude's in the Jumeirah Beach Hotel is a great location overlooking the sail of the Burj Al Arab. It has the shape of a wave. Being a very popular venue we booked a table. Greeted at the restaurants reception with a glass of sparkling wine we were shown to our table. The menu showed that there were 3 options, one with champagne included with all drinks, one with alcohol drinks included but no champagne & the third with soft drinks only. We chose number 2. Had another great holiday at Jumeirah beach, as usual the executive club lounge staff were superb in particular "Marychis" in the Lounge, Mathew in the upstairs bar ears and "Earl" in the exec club pool area. My only criticism was the lounge area got extremely busy, felt very cramped and not exclusive at times, think there should be some kind of policing needed on who is used the facilities. We visited many quality restaurants which where included in the half board package, in the neighbouring ... Read more

I visited this hotel with colleagues for Iftaar dinner during Ramazan. The spread was lavish, extensive and featured Indian, Mediterranean, continental, Japanese and several dishes I couldn't even identify! I really enjoyed the experience and meal. Improvement suggestions: 1. Dish name should also have a brief ingredient list or dish description. Wait staff or the chefs in the buffet were super nice but could not describe dishes or ingredients. I really enjoyed my stay at jumeirah beach- the decor and atmosphere is really in keeping with Dubais heritage and vibe. It offers beautiful rooms and restaurants.. But be sure to book your table for al a carte in advance as they fill up so quickly. This hotel isn't as luxurious as some in Dubai but if you want to visit on more of a budget stay here.

Steve # is as negative as they come , amazing hotel, amazing people that's all I need to say. By the way you can eat at 50 restaurants on half board people ,not just one and if you have dinner at dinner time then the staff won't be laying the breakfast tables out , just putting it out there. Maybe they could introduce a volume button for the coffee machines as they are a bit loud according to someone on here lol.

I was amazed with what I've been experiencing during my stay. From food to services is top notch. Pleasant, friendly & professional staff. To mention them, Ali & Laksiri in Watersports, Lyn & Paul at LA Veranda & Sazhana in Kids club is kind to my nephew. I definitely recommend this place to my families, colleagues & friends.

A perfect family hotel. With amazing water park and free access to it . Open and fresh food court. From every where. Children will definitely like it and enjoy the accommodation. Do not miss it. Especially during the month of may as the weather not so hot

We surprised our dad for his 60th birthday here at the hotel. The staff helped organise the surprise. The view outside our room was unbeatable and completely stunning, I have included a picture. It was clean, the breakfast was outstanding and the water park was great! My only regret is not staying here longer. We would definitely come back. We had an 11 month old baby with us, the staff were great and helped tremendously. Outstanding room service, and stunning hotel with beautiful views. My o... Read more

I have been trying to book a room using half Sirius points and half cash? You would think this would be quite easy? After 4 days I have finally booked a room for one night, I have been trying to book the rest of our stay but it's proved to be the hardest thing ever, not only that as its gets closer to our holiday the rate goes up daily and they will not honour the price from four days ago. The customer experience is the worst I have experienced. If you are looking to stay at jumeriah be warned i... Read more

Came here with friends for a pool day. On entering I watched a member of staff run as fast as she could to apprehend us. "Are you staying here"? "Where are you going"? Now as a resident of Dubai I have been here many times and have witnessed the slow but very steady decline of this hotel. I don't know what has changed and so far I have refrained from posting on TA on so many occasions but today was the final straw for me. After being unnecessarily accosted and after explaining we are going to... Read more

Booked this hotel for locality and half board deal. We went for a balcony which was lovely and great for airing/drying, with a superb view. The super king bed was amazing and comfortable. Large TV, nespresso type coffee, plenty of water and fruit offered. Cleanliness was excellent. Minor downside to room was shower seals worn so water leaked to floor a little and the fit of the balcony door wasn't great so a little extra noise experienced from outside. Neither of these dampened our experience, t... Read more

I have been to this hotel on numerous occasions and love it for service and opulence. Drinks can be expensive and food the same, but overall you will love the location and the free entry into wild waddy is a great touch.

We have stayed here a few times over the past 15 years. We love the hotel and the location. The staff at the Executive pool were exemplary - Gobi and Harman and the rest of the team were a real asset to the hotel, and could certainly give some lessons to a few of those that worked in the Club lounge, whose attitude was very poor. Some training on how to deal with customers would not go amiss, and if they have received it already, then retraining is a must. The buggy situation again this year... Read more

This is our 12th visit to this hotel, a little disappointed this time. 1) Check in at Ex Lounge very poor, considering we were returning visitors, and that I had emailed so many times to ensure a smooth check in process, names incorrect, sirrus card, details incorrect, rooms not as they should have been. 2) Rooms were not ready on arrival but we did know that so made our way down to the Ex pool - superb service as always, chilled water on arrival, clean towels plenty of sun loungers. Swim up bar... Read more

Visited end of August 2016. Stunning hotel with amazing views of the Burj Al Arab. Great choice of restaurants, would highly recommend Maya ( Indian restaurant). Service and food was of the highest quality. The pool is beautiful but does get very busy so need to reserve sun beds early if you want certain beds. Gym was good, spacious and modern. Lots of variety for cardio and weights. Also has a really good choice of classes such as grit and body pump. You also get free water and fruit avai... Read more

This was our second visit to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and it will not be our last. It was dark when we arrived and when we drew back the curtains in the morning the view was breath taking. The hotel is spotless, food excellent with an excellent choice. There is free water and fresh fruit in the room every day. When you go to the beach you are taken to the sun beds, towels placed on them, one in the sun and one in the shade (one each) a bucket of iced water with a face cloth is left for you, and ... We stayed at Jumeriah Beach Hotel from April 15 2016 - May 1 2016, so we have a great understanding of the property. We chose this hotel as we are huge Jumeirah fans. We have stays at the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Dhevanafushi as well, and chose this hotel due to their child friendly nature. As a Jumeriah property it is a solid 4 star hotel. We traveled with A 1.5 YR old and I was 4 months pregnant. HIGHLIGHTS The food is great, go with the half board option and use the vouch... Read more

We had an amazing stay here at the JBH for our friends 50th birthday celebration. We arrived around 9am to the hotel and were shown to breakfast which was great - so much to choose from! After breakfast we headed to the Mall of the Emirates before returning around noon to find our rooms were ready. The room was good but the view was just spectacular - overlooking the pools and the Burj al Arab. We were on a half board option and chose a different restaurant each night to eat at and thoroughly en... Read more

Great hotel, excellent service, wonderful hotel room view, spacious rooms, beautiful beach bar, nice breakfast, exceptional sunset, comfy sun beds, everything is great but be aware of purplish and white big jelly fish that blocks you from the water completely.
