We had requested non smoking and on entering our room this wasn't the case, within 20 mins we were moved and into a non smoking room. Lovely restaurants excellent food fabulous service. Pool areas clean. Beach spotless and again the service was impeccable. We holiday twice a year in Dubai and in our opinion you won't be disappointed at JBH. Superb

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and always had a fantastic experience. I wasn't planning to get away for the May half term with my daughter, however managed to secure flights and emailed the hotel to ask if availability at short notice. Sami at the hotel called me straight away and could not have been more helpful in trying to meet our requirements and budget, making suggestions and eventually we managed to get our room and dates arranged. Thank you Sami, a pleasure to deal with and ext... Read more

We have returned to this hotel many times now, and every time we just love it, I see some bad write ups on trip advisor and cannot for the life of me understand where they are coming from, we always book an executive room which means you are picked up/ dropped off at the airport in a luxury vehicle, and your holiday starts there, the staff from that first meeting can not do enough for you. The girls in the executive lounge so helpful so friendly, it is embarrassing as they want you to ask them ... Read more

This was our second visit to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and the experience was as good as the first. Staff throughout the hotel were polite, friendly, efficient, professional and eager to please. Our room was clean and comfortable, and overlooked the iconic Burj Al Arab with its nightly light display. There were excellent buffet meals served in the restaurant overlooking a small garden with the Burj Al Arab beyond. We were collected at the airport by the staff from the hotel and taken in a BMW 7 series to the hotel, great start. The check in was ok apart from not being listed on the club lounge, (made us wonder how many people pay for this and then it's just not mentioned when they arrive so they miss out on free drinks, private lounge, executive pool & beach etc.). Lovely room on 20th floor but only one queen sized bed. The hotel knew there were 3 people in the room but had not supplied a second bed?!? A ... Read more

We chose this hotel based on past experience and can honestly say we were not disappointed! The staff, facilities and service were still outstanding and we had a wonderful weekend away. We used to stay here every year when our children were young but once they grew older and we needed to book two rooms, we looked elsewhere. This time the six of us (3 couples) came for a long weekend without the kids! We booked club rooms with free half board upgrade, which represents excellent value for money. W... Read more

Friday is Brunch day in Dubai. Latitude's in the Jumeirah Beach Hotel is a great location overlooking the sail of the Burj Al Arab. It has the shape of a wave. Being a very popular venue we booked a table. Greeted at the restaurants reception with a glass of sparkling wine we were shown to our table. The menu showed that there were 3 options, one with champagne included with all drinks, one with alcohol drinks included but no champagne & the third with soft drinks only. We chose number 2. Had another great holiday at Jumeirah beach, as usual the executive club lounge staff were superb in particular "Marychis" in the Lounge, Mathew in the upstairs bar ears and "Earl" in the exec club pool area. My only criticism was the lounge area got extremely busy, felt very cramped and not exclusive at times, think there should be some kind of policing needed on who is used the facilities. We visited many quality restaurants which where included in the half board package, in the neighbouring ... Read more

I visited this hotel with colleagues for Iftaar dinner during Ramazan. The spread was lavish, extensive and featured Indian, Mediterranean, continental, Japanese and several dishes I couldn't even identify! I really enjoyed the experience and meal. Improvement suggestions: 1. Dish name should also have a brief ingredient list or dish description. Wait staff or the chefs in the buffet were super nice but could not describe dishes or ingredients. I really enjoyed my stay at jumeirah beach- the decor and atmosphere is really in keeping with Dubais heritage and vibe. It offers beautiful rooms and restaurants.. But be sure to book your table for al a carte in advance as they fill up so quickly. This hotel isn't as luxurious as some in Dubai but if you want to visit on more of a budget stay here.

Steve # is as negative as they come , amazing hotel, amazing people that's all I need to say. By the way you can eat at 50 restaurants on half board people ,not just one and if you have dinner at dinner time then the staff won't be laying the breakfast tables out , just putting it out there. Maybe they could introduce a volume button for the coffee machines as they are a bit loud according to someone on here lol.

Came here with friends for a pool day. On entering I watched a member of staff run as fast as she could to apprehend us. "Are you staying here"? "Where are you going"? Now as a resident of Dubai I have been here many times and have witnessed the slow but very steady decline of this hotel. I don't know what has changed and so far I have refrained from posting on TA on so many occasions but today was the final straw for me. Large TV, nespresso type coffee, plenty of water and fruit offered. Cleanliness was excellent. Minor downside to room was shower seals worn so water leaked to floor a little and the fit of the balcony door wasn't great so a little extra noise experienced from outside. We have stayed here a few times over the past 15 years. We love the hotel and the location. The staff at the Executive pool were exemplary - Gobi and Harman and the rest of the team were a real asset to the hotel, and could certainly give some lessons to a few of those that worked in the Club lounge, whose attitude was very poor. Some training on how to deal with customers would not go amiss, and if they have received it already, then retraining is a must. The buggy situation again this year... Read more

Myself and my husband stayed here mid September 2016. This was our 5th time staying here and we were worried as when we had visited in March 2016 we had been given such a terrible, noisy room on the 4th floor directly over the Dhow and Anchor which is a 'pub'. The worst thing is that they screen sports outside this pub on a large screen so everyone sits outside and cheers and boos and this is nightly until 2am. We complained there in March and were told that all rooms were full so we couldn't be... Read more

We stayed here on our second trip to Dubai, the hotel was great, no complaints there, the black was not that great, in the shadow of another hotel, quite narrow and nothing to do but lay there. Food was excellent, but pricy. service was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. not sure i'd go back, i prefer the JBR area. has it's own, small, waterpark, Wild Wadi, but not as good as the one at the Palm.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2016 having stayed in other hotels (notably the mina al Salam next door) in Dubai. Our arrival at the hotel could have been better, check in took around 25 mins due to low staffing on reception, normally this wouldn't bother me but just coming off a night flight we were exhausted. People skip to the front of the queue and staff see this happening and do nothing, it's very stressful. We had a room on the 4th floor, well maintained and spacious. Unfortunately our... Read more

We were there for a couple of days during our stay in Dubai. After that we changed the location and went to try something else. All in all Jumeirah is a perfect place for staying in Dubai. The beach is amazing, pools are cristal clear, service is very good and there are a lot of things to do around the hotel. One very nice aqua park is next door to the hotel. Buggy shuttle service, a lot of green areas, tennis courts, swimming pools.... Breakfast is rich with fresh food and a lot of various cous... Read more

Jumeirah beach hotel is stunning for her scenic view and facilities to offer. But the standards inside were slightly disappointing when i noticed sun beds being ripped off, bars were dirty and too many guests so there is no attention from staff.

This is my 3rd trip to Duabai and their has to be one of the great hotels and location in amongst the group of hotels. We had a 3 bedroom apartment that was super. The location lends itself access to the hotels nearby by buggy and travelling by boat through the complex is something to see. There are more restaurants that you could eat at. Try and book a stay where you are there for a Friday Brunch in the Madinat complex. A bit pricey, however anytime you can eat and drink for 5 hours is always g... Read more
