This is a new IBIS adjacent to the older version. Our client placed us in this hotel (thinking the newer one would be better) and the satisfactory level of this hotel is dismal. 1) Poor internet connectivity, 2) Very Small Rooms, 3) Beds made of lowest cost materials and typical of a University dorm room, 4) Room temperatures set uncomfortably high and 5) No business center for printing, etc. On the positive side; 1) prices are low, 2) breakfast is good, 3) staff is friendly.

I booked for one night during the Automechanika fair in Dubai. The reception was well organized, checking in was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was the room size, the bathroom is very small, the water from the shower was hot in cold tap position. The tv is very small, almost 21 inches. The rooms really need some renovation. Overall it is ok for one night.

Only 3 minute walk from the Trade Centre Metro Station ... very convenient. Brand new hotel in 2016, rooms are clean & bathroom modern (shower unit entry door is a bit cramped). Hotel has a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

This is a very good budget hotel to stay and enjoy in Dubai. It is a good place for two adults since the rooms are not that big but pricewise its is a good bargain. The hotel is very conveniently located for business persons visiting dubai especially for any event at the World trade center in Dubai.

When on business and don't have location related restrictions, this is my 'go to' hotel of choice. The staff here is very helpful and friendly (special mention to David). While the dine-in options may not necessarily be top-tier (considering Dubai), the hotel is well located with a lot of options nearby. The metro is walking distance with the Dubai Mall a couple of stops away.

Very close from the exhibition halls and from the subway station. You can go easily to the main places in Dubai. Very calm and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and dedicated. I ask for the housekeeper to change 2 hangers, done immediately. The wifi could have been better in my room.

I am on a budget stay here, no doubt. Ibis is usually good, I stayed in the other unit with great pleasure. This one is a worn out place. Needs refurbishment in the rooms, bathrooms, in the hall and all across. The bed is clean and comfortable though. Well, needless to stay it is very well located adjacent to World Trade Center, so these visitors might have used it all in the past xx years. Breakfast is good, the restaurant in the late evening was almost empty, yet nobody welcome me upon enterin... Read more

I always like to start with the positive. Check in was fast, the hotel is connected to the event center (which is why we chose it) and that was wonderfully convenient. The bed was very comfortable. However, I would not recommend this hotel for more than a one-night stay. And then, only if you're going to an event in the WTC. To begin: there's no parking here. Literally, no parking. You pull up and unload yourself as there are no bellmen, check-in. You're then given a card to drive to a nearby h... Read more

This is my first stay and I was just at the nearby Ibis One Central a few days back. In comparison this is a older hotel thus the shower, flooring and lifts are pretty worn. If you are ready for a 5 min walk, stay at Ibis One Central which is the latest and much more bright.

Let me at the outset inform all that there are two ibis very close to each other at trade center. The one which is old do not have parking. It is a challenge to get one or drive to the new ibis and do valet. Strange the check in desk does not advise this aspect and it was quite a difficult thing to keep walking up and down between ibis. The rooms look old and loo is just ok. This hotel is good if u have convention or other business to attend to. Metro station is nearby but the location after 8 o... Read more

For those who would like to have an affordable, yet comfortable stay in Dubai, the Ibis world trade center is the hotel to choose. The hotel has a modern style and average size rooms, yet the value compared to the service and quality is definitely worth it.

The hotel was good value and the staff welcoming polite and helpful. The hotel and rooms are now looking at bit tiered. But if location and value are your thing this will be ideal. Perhaps the new Ibis around the corner will be better appointed.

I've stayed in this hotel for 6 days. I agree with the factors that the hotel is very close to WTC metro station and rooms are clean. However my check out experience was really bad. We have a flight to catch from Dubai in the evening 11.30 PM, and the check out was at 12.00 PM with an expectation that the hotel will carry the baggage in their luggage room. I've confirmed the luggage room availability before my booking to make sure I need the bags to be carried from 12.00 PM to around 7.30 PM. ... Read more

As a low budget option, it covers all the basics well. This shouldn't be compared to the typical Dubai hotel as it is nowhere near that standard. Small but comfortable rooms, good black out blinds, bathrooms are slightly dated though. An OK (but the same daily) breakfast selection. WIFI in room is fine, but is very slow in the bar area.
