This is a new IBIS adjacent to the older version. Our client placed us in this hotel (thinking the newer one would be better) and the satisfactory level of this hotel is dismal. 1) Poor internet connectivity, 2) Very Small Rooms, 3) Beds made of lowest cost materials and typical of a University dorm room, 4) Room temperatures set uncomfortably high and 5) No business center for printing, etc. On the positive side; 1) prices are low, 2) breakfast is good, 3) staff is friendly.

I booked for one night during the Automechanika fair in Dubai. The reception was well organized, checking in was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was the room size, the bathroom is very small, the water from the shower was hot in cold tap position. The tv is very small, almost 21 inches. The rooms really need some renovation. Overall it is ok for one night.

Only 3 minute walk from the Trade Centre Metro Station ... very convenient. Brand new hotel in 2016, rooms are clean & bathroom modern (shower unit entry door is a bit cramped). Hotel has a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

This is a very good budget hotel to stay and enjoy in Dubai. It is a good place for two adults since the rooms are not that big but pricewise its is a good bargain. The hotel is very conveniently located for business persons visiting dubai especially for any event at the World trade center in Dubai.

When on business and don't have location related restrictions, this is my 'go to' hotel of choice. The staff here is very helpful and friendly (special mention to David). While the dine-in options may not necessarily be top-tier (considering Dubai), the hotel is well located with a lot of options nearby. The metro is walking distance with the Dubai Mall a couple of stops away.

Very close from the exhibition halls and from the subway station. You can go easily to the main places in Dubai. Very calm and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and dedicated. I ask for the housekeeper to change 2 hangers, done immediately. The wifi could have been better in my room.

I am on a budget stay here, no doubt. Ibis is usually good, I stayed in the other unit with great pleasure. This one is a worn out place. Needs refurbishment in the rooms, bathrooms, in the hall and all across. The bed is clean and comfortable though. Well, needless to stay it is very well located adjacent to World Trade Center, so these visitors might have used it all in the past xx years. Breakfast is good, the restaurant in the late evening was almost empty, yet nobody welcome me upon enterin... Read more

I always like to start with the positive. Check in was fast, the hotel is connected to the event center (which is why we chose it) and that was wonderfully convenient. The bed was very comfortable. However, I would not recommend this hotel for more than a one-night stay. And then, only if you're going to an event in the WTC. To begin: there's no parking here. Literally, no parking. You pull up and unload yourself as there are no bellmen, check-in. You're then given a card to drive to a nearby h... Read more

This is my first stay and I was just at the nearby Ibis One Central a few days back. In comparison this is a older hotel thus the shower, flooring and lifts are pretty worn. If you are ready for a 5 min walk, stay at Ibis One Central which is the latest and much more bright.

Let me at the outset inform all that there are two ibis very close to each other at trade center. The one which is old do not have parking. It is a challenge to get one or drive to the new ibis and do valet. Strange the check in desk does not advise this aspect and it was quite a difficult thing to keep walking up and down between ibis. The rooms look old and loo is just ok. This hotel is good if u have convention or other business to attend to. Metro station is nearby but the location after 8 o... Read more

For those who would like to have an affordable, yet comfortable stay in Dubai, the Ibis world trade center is the hotel to choose. The hotel has a modern style and average size rooms, yet the value compared to the service and quality is definitely worth it.

The hotel was good value and the staff welcoming polite and helpful. The hotel and rooms are now looking at bit tiered. But if location and value are your thing this will be ideal. Perhaps the new Ibis around the corner will be better appointed.

A great place to stay for a stopover! Very clean and friendly. Upon check in (6am - after a 14 hour flight) we were told that check in was at 2pm :(. They were excellent and told us that they could have our room ready by 8am. Very accommodating! Beds are comfy and room fresh and clean, and very quiet. Location excellent - cost 65 Dirhim $23 AUD by Lexus limousine, a standard taxi would have been a little cheaper! Took a taxi - which are always waiting outside the Ibis to Dubai mall - cos... I've stayed in this hotel for 6 days. I agree with the factors that the hotel is very close to WTC metro station and rooms are clean. However my check out experience was really bad. We have a flight to catch from Dubai in the evening 11.30 PM, and the check out was at 12.00 PM with an expectation that the hotel will carry the baggage in their luggage room. I've confirmed the luggage room availability before my booking to make sure I need the bags to be carried from 12.00 PM to around 7.30 PM. ... Read more

If i wanna start with criticizing the hotel it will take me forever but i will make it short 1. The telephone can be used only inside the hotel if u wanna call outside u have to get down to the reception and give them a deposit to call inside Dubai !!!! 2. The reception is only 2 guys always busy so when u call the reception it will take them forever to pick up. 3 . No safe in the room !! And to get safe there is a safe room at the reception with two keys one with u and one with the reception ... Read more

Business Travel. Despite the welcoming reception, the room was not clean and had an obsolete decoration. Bathroom was not clean and shower door handle was broken. Room really needs a renovation to reach standards. I will not comment on price as it was taken in charge by my company.

we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. it has a felle that it is new and I think it might just be. there is another ibis next to it so I wonder if the criticisms on this site are related to the other ibis hotel. anyway we had a very pleasant stay. staff courteous and friendly, the room was clean and though small, was very adequately appointed. the water in th shower was a bit weak but that was my only criticism of the room we had. the restaurant provides a very good breakfast with fresh orange juice... Great value for money. Stayed two nights during a mini-visit to Dubai. Rooms are clean, well equipped and maintained, but a bit small. Breakfast is above Ibis average with a cook that makes you a fresh omelette on your specs and selection of local cheeses and fruits. Even better: hotel has a bar that serves cold draft beer and wine which is rather unique in Dubai. But not to be missed after a hot day with 45degrees! Hotel is immediately next to the metro station and also has a taxi stand in fron... Read more

Stayed here during the recent Jubilee games..paid through my nose due to proximity to the event I was attending..rooms were small..barely any breathing space...No plug points near the bed!!! Washrooms are pigeon holes...NO toiletries...NO complimentary drinking water kept in the hotel room. Breakfast was just ok..they don't have any kind of juices on display and you have to ask them for one..Staff were courteous and helpful..

Got a very good price for this hotel via Booking.com Stayed for one night - on arrival directed to park at nearby Ibis (short walk). Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was small however for the price it had all we needed i.e. a comfortable bed, coffee making bits, water, tv etc and was very clean. It is well located with plenty of taxi's available outside.
