We stayed and this hotel, because it had a good location, and was close to the metro. When we arrived, we wanted to confirm a taxi tour that we have booked via the hotel, at first they said that, that was not possible, until i showed them my confirmation, then it was okay. The hotel it self i nice, feels like a quality hotel. The rooms are really nice, but the bathroom are a big disappointment. The toilet was old and rusty, did not feel premium at all. We where there in the holy month of ramadan... Read more

We stayed in this Hotel for 3 days in January 2017. It is a very good hotel to stay. All the basic amenities are provided except a press. The only disadvantage in Dubai Hotels is that there is NO Indian channels available on TV. The breakfast is excellent. It includes south Indian food also everyday. The location is also very good as you can shop in the mall just opposite the Hotel. The rates of this mall are most reasonable.

Firstly, let me say that I very rarely post negative reviews. I accept and understand that sometimes things happen that are not ideal but what makes hotels great, is the way they handle such situations. We booked to stay here on the way home from a holiday in Thailand. We booked via bookings.com and had four rooms for the eight people in our party. We encountered problems with: 1) Check-in - they didn't have a record of two of our rooms even though it had all been booked at the same time in ... Read more

We booked this hotel based on location, special offer and amenities. Sure its interior looks nice and the rooms are spacious. However, the overall experience proved to be disappointing for a 4-star hotel. To summarize: 1) I send an email to the hotel inquiring for information and received the answer 4-5 days later and very short in description. 2) The hotel has a night club on the ground floor. Since the rooms all have entrances to an atrium like shaft, the music can be heard in every room til... Read more

The staff are very rude, aggressive, and not professional. Check-in took too much time. The bed was not comfortable. Bathrooms are dirty. One of my friends wanted to visit me in my room, they kicked him out in a very rude way. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. don't waste your money for such a horrible place.

Really a GRAND feeling. You won't regret for the price you stay there. Manager & staffs were very courteous, Room was very big, House-keeping was absolutely upto the Mark & breakfast spread was worth it. Would prefer to revisit the same Hotel again during our next visit.

The hotel have 4 star, but don't know how. The rooms are small, dirt on the lamps, many of the employees doesn't understand English. We had to move 3 times from our rooms. We got stolen our iPhone and they didn't do anything.

I'm trying to find positive comments but I just can't. I hope to never stay here again. I was here for a week on a business trip, breakfast is basic and tasteless, in a clinical feeling hall. They played this awful music, instrumental elevator music was blasting out in the corridors outside the rooms from about 8am till 11pm, after hearing it for about 2 days it drove me mad, it was playing everywhere and there's no escaping it, it's so loud that even the tv doesn't drown it out. There's a dodgy... Read more
